Inuyasha thinks to himself as he watches over Kagome as she sleep hugging
Shippou to her.
I know not what I feel. How can I tell her that I love her? I made a
promise to protect her and long ago I made a promise to love another. But
how can I keep that other promise if I have fallen for the one I protect.
You are the light that saved me when the other gave me only darkness. She
came back form hell to take me with her. But I just can't leave you that
one I love the one I protect with my life. I chose her over and over again
and you forgive me every time. I see how you place your heart in my hands
to protect but how can I protect it from myself. I call you name and verbal
abuse you, you yell me, and leave me but you always come back. I'm such a
bastard for hurting you my love my Kagome.
