A.N: If you have any suggestions or comments you can tell me in a review. I'll answer them in the chapters. I couldn't think of a name for this chapter either so here it is, Chapter 7.

Disclaimer: I don't not own Inuyasha in any way, shape or form.

Chapter 7

Kagome got up early so she could pick out something to wear and make sure she was all ready to go. There was a problem with finding anything to wear though, because almost everything she owned was packed into three suit cases. She would be staying at Inuyasha house for the first week. Two of her suit cases were full of clothes. The other one was full of her beauty products such as make-up, blow dyer, straitening iron, curling iron, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body spray, etc. She also had a back pack with her school stuff in it.

After making sure that there was no other option, Kagome finally had to un-pack one of her outfits. She ended up wearing a tight pink shirt and blue jeans with holes in the knees.

While holding a piece of toast in her mouth, Kagome pilled all of her stuff in her car. She said goodbye to her family and left for school knowing that this would not be an easy week. Then again, if life was always as easy as we wanted it to be it would get boring. Kagome and Inuyasha never seemed to get bored.....(A.N: Just a note so you don't get confused. From this point it's going to change to Inuyasha's P.O.V)

I quickly went over the house one more time. I had to make sure that everything was totally perfect. Why did I want to impress her so much? I don't really though....I just want everything to be perfect so I can show her up. And after all I was trying to get her to like me, if I wanted my plan to work, which I defiantly did. I had seen Kikyo with Naraku yesterday and I wanted to kill him.....She doesn't belong with him, she belongs with me. Now that Kagome is so good looking, she'll make Kikyo jealous for sure.

Once I got to school things were as annoying and stupid as always. I saw Kagome in the hall surrounded by guys who were all talking to her and she just stood their smiling. I didn't know why, but it really bugged me. I heard about 5 different guys ask her what she was doing Friday night, but she said every time she was busy. She didn't even seem to like the attention.... I walked pasted Kikyo's locker to see about 6 guys all talking to her. I felt a growl rising, but I tried to hide how I was feeling. The thing that bugged me the most was that she was flirting back with all of them even though she had a boyfriend. Had she always been like this? Had she been flirting with other guys behind my back too?

"Still stuck on her huh?" Miroku said coming over to me.

I glared at him and decided to pretended he wasn't there hoping that he'd leave.

"I figured that after you saw what a babe Kagome was, you wouldn't even care that much about Kikyo." Miroku said probably thinking, very wrongly, that I was trying to get over Kikyo.

"First of all Miroku, Kagome isn't that good looking. Second of all, I don't want to get over Kikyo. And third of all, don't you have your own problems to think about?"

"Example..."

"Well, considering that you have a habit of grouping Sango every ten minutes, I'm just wondering how you're going to live though the week. I don't know if you've noticed, but not many girls go for that kind of thing."

"Sango and I both know that she really likes it. Soon she'll stop fighting it and just give in to what she really wants."

"Or maybe she'll come to her senses and just kill you to save herself the pain of being around you for two weeks." I snapped.

Miroku knew something was wrong with me, and I knew it too. Only problem was I didn't really know what was wrong. Something was just getting to me...

As the day continued on things became more and more boring. What ever moron invented the idea of people going to school should be shoot. Another annoying thing was how excited people were about the stupid history project. For me, it was nothing more then a one way ticket to two weeks of hell. At least some people shared my pain though...

"Miroku if you touch me one more time I will remove your hands and then move on to what you think with, and I'm not talking about your brain!!!"

I flinched knowing exactly what she was talking about. If Miroku had a real brain he would have learned long ago not to mess with Sango and moved on to another girl. He was determined to get Sango though. He could never explain why to me, so I just decided that Sango had killed any of the brain cells he might have had left when beating the shit out of him.

I was beginning to wonder why Miroku hadn't yet said anything back to Sango, when I realized that he was unconscious on the ground. Apparently the threat had fallen on deaf ears because Miroku was out cold.

At the end of school, I stood by my car waiting for Kagome to get her ass out there an met me. She suddenly drove up in a black Jaguar and parked next to me.

"Nice car," I said looking it over. I hated to give her a complement, but it was a nice car.

She smiled getting out of the car and gracefully walked over to me. "Thanks. I know that when you're staying at the other persons house your not supposed to bring a car. I guess they think were going to try and run away or something."

"Now why would anyone try and do that?" I asked the sarcasm obvious in my voice. She glared at me and continued what she had been saying.

"I had to bring a car though because there was no way I could carry all of my stuff."

I rolled my eyes and said, "Figures. I weak human like you can't carry anything without getting tired."

"Oh really?" she asked smirking. She went to the trunk of her car and opened the lid. Before I could say anything in protest, she was pilling tons of crap into my arms. If I hadn't been half demon I'm sure I would have fallen over. I quickly got ride of it all into the back of my car and then turned to look at her. She was sitting in that passengers seat with a smug look on her face. While uttering a very colorful assortment of swear words under my breath, I got into the car and headed for my house. The project had started only 10 minutes ago, and already I would have been happy to shot myself.

We finally got to the house and pulled up in front. Kagome looked up at it with a shocked expression.

"Wow," she said softly.

From the front of the house you could see beautiful gardens on both sides of the house. The circular drive way led up to white marble steps, which lead a huge marble door. There was big marble pillars in the front giving the house fancy look. I thought that it almost looked like a castle and honestly it wasn't quite my style. But after all it was my parents house not mine.

We walked up to the door and Kagome tried ringing the intercom. I rolled my eyes at her ignorance and pushed the button down.

"How may I help you?" Asked to the old, annoying voice of Keade.

"Why don't you just open the doors?!" I yelled back.

The doors slowly opened and Keade appeared on the threshold.

"I should have known it was ye Inuyasha," Keade said holding open the doors.

"Yeah sure whatever. Just make sure that Kagomes things are taken out of my car and put in room 46."

Keade bowed and said, "I'll see to it, and your mother said that she wanted to talk to ye as soon as you got home. She's in her office I do believe."

Trying to ignore how annoying she was I walked away heading towards my moms office. I assumed that Kagome would follow me and I knew she had when she decided to start talking again.

"Who was that old women?" She asked trying to be polite about it. I continued to ignore her as I walked. "Does she work here?......You know you didn't have to be that rude to her, she seems nice over all."

She was still talking when I turned my ears off and tried to think about something I actually cared about. I didn't know what she was going on and on about, but I didn't care either. I do know one thing though, I was very great full to see my moms office door in front of me.

As always my mom was sitting behind her desk doing paper work for something. When she saw us she stood up and smiled kindly at Kagome.

"You must be Kagome," she said extending a hand to her. "I've heard some things about you." My mom looked over at me briefly and then back at her.

Kagome sent me a cold glare and said, "I could tell you a few things about him too."

"He said he was glad you were back in school and that it was nice to see you in Tokyo," my mother said quickly fixing the misunderstanding.

"Oh....." said Kagome blushing. "Never mind then....."

My mom laughed and Kagome just turned darker.

"I'm going to show her around mom. See you at dinner," I said exiting the room.

After we had gotten a little ways away from my moms office Kagome said, "So you lie to your mother huh?"

I looked at her trying to figure out what she was talking about. It didn't take every long to figure it out.

"No, not always," I said smirking.

Apparently, even though that had been the answer she had been expecting, she didn't like it. Without saying anything I just decided to proceed in showing her the house. From the huge ballroom to the huge, indoor pool, I showed her everything. Once I had showed her everything but her room, I took her there. We got in the glass elevator and I pushed the little 5 button. Floor 5 was the top floor so it had the best view. I had specially picked out Kagomes room because I thought she would like the view of the gardens and the forest from there. Her balcony provided a beautiful overlook of it all. He room was right next to mine which I decided would be helpful to the plan. The closer she was to me, hopefully, she begin to like me more.

She opened door and timidly went inside. Kagome looked to shocked to say anything. I had known that her favorite color was pink, so I made sure her room was just how I imagined she would want it. I was doubting my choices a little, but by the look on her face I shouldn't have been.

The carpet was a light pink and the walls were white with pink flowers on vines. There was a queen size bed against the right wall. The comforter was gold with pink flowers on it, and the decoration pillows were the same design. The was a door on the side of the bed closest to the door we came in though. Kagome opened it to find a big walk-in closet with her clothes already hanging up in it. In the back of the closet there was another door that led to the bathroom. The bathroom had everything that anyone would ever need it to have. Even a spa/tub that could have probably fit at least 4 people. Kagome went back out to the main room and looked around some more. There was artwork and pictures on the wall that my mom said she would like which she seemed to. There was also a pink rimed clock on the wall, as well as a flat screen TV that went back into the wall. There was a computer sitting on a desk next to a gold dresser, and there was a bookshelf next to that. (Not gold as in the metal gold, but as in the color.) The bookshelf, TV, and desk were against the opposite from the bed. In the back of the room there was two glass doors that led to the balcony. Kagome walked out onto it and admired the view. You could easily see the waterfall at the edge of the gardens, that went into a river at the beginning of the forest.

"Well, what do you think?" I said still waiting for her to say something. "Will it do?"

"Yeah somehow I think I'll live....." she said still in awe.

"Good, I'll be in my room. See you at dinner."

"OK....Wait Inuyasha where's your room?" she called after me. I pretended I didn't hear her and walked quickly out the door.

I decided to just read a book since I had nothing better to do. I got into it and was surprised to hear the door in between Kagomes and my room opening. You see, there was a door behind the bookshelf in her room, and if you picked the right book you saw a red button below it. If you pushed that button, the bookshelf would move to the side and reveal a door. Clearly, Kagome had found that the door was there.

I was sitting on my bed, reading, without a shirt on when she came into the room. When she saw where the door had led her, and what was on the other side, she started stuttering and seemed to have lost her voice.

I looked up at her and smiled, "Can I help you?" I asked innocently.

She blushed and tried to figure out what to say. "I.....uh....well...." I think she decided to just change the subject. "Why is my room right next to yours? And connected to it no less!"

You just had to read Pride and Prejudice huh?" I said knowingly.

"What does that have to do with anything!?" she demanded.

"No need to get snappy. Your the one that choose that book, pushed the button, and opened the door."

"Yeah but you are the moron that put my room right next to yours, even knowing the they connected to each other!"

"So what. It's not big deal really. Besides, that's a one way door. You can come this way, but I can't go though it to your room."

"Yeah right, isn't that convenient?"

"If you don't believe me try going back the way you came."

Kagome turned around and opened the door. All she saw was brown. As I knew it would, the bookshelf moved back as soon and she closed the door.

"It closed behind you," I said simply going back to my book. "Just go around to get back to your room."

"No I don't think I will," Kagome said back.

I looked up in surprise, "Excuse me?" I had heard her, I just didn't believe what I heard.

"I'm not going back that way. What if someone sees me coming out of your room? I'd rather not have people think something like that of me."

"Think of what of you?" I asked innocently. Pretending to figure it out I said, "Oh Kagome what is in your thoughts....Thinking of doing stuff like that with me? Naughty, naughty."

I noted that she blushed, but didn't deny it.

"Looks like you stuck here then," I said not really caring at all.

"There had to be another way out of here!" She cried in frustration.

"Sure there is. You could always jump off the balcony and hope you land in a tree," I said smiling.

"YOUR A GENIUS!" She suddenly yelled surprising me.

"I am?" I asked stupidly. "I mean, of course I am.......What did I do?"

"The balcony is a perfect way to get back without anyone thinking anything bad about me."

"What?"

"Oh never mind."

Without saying another word she went out onto the balcony. Once I got there I was shocked to see her standing on the balcony railing.

"WHAT are you doing?!" I yelled running over to her. Before I could do anything, she jumped. To my surprise, she landed gracefully on her balcony.

"See you later Inuyasha." She smiled triumphantly and walked into her room. I just stood there staring in disbelief.

A.N: I had been planning on going on, but this chapter is the longest one I've done yet. Don't forget to review! Thanks :D Bye for now, Kristina.
