Last time on It's a dog's life

 

Startled by the sudden loud noise Kagome stopped her rampaged of the room and turned towards Inuyasha and slowly moved to sit at his feet. She was not certain why she was doing this but figured that it was best to quickly explain how stupid she had been using something of magic in her time when she didn't know what it would do. Nosing his hand with her nose she stares up at Inuyasha, *Inuyasha, please don't be mad….*

 

 

He softly grazed her head with his claws, as he looked down into her eyes, so many questions were running through his head all he could do was stare. “Bitch, what did you do?” *I, uh well you see….* Kagome moved closer to his leg leaning her head into his scratches as she told him of the old woman and the magic stone she had been given. Though leaving out certain parts such Hojo and the fact that the wish was about him. A growl rumbled through Inuyasha's chest making Kagome wince. Suddenly she realized that she could understand the growl, it wasn't just words but the pitches that as a human she couldn't pick up on. ^stupid bitch, this is why you shouldn't leave the pack^. Kagome whimpered and laid down at his feet, followed quickly by rolling over and exposing her stomach. Looking down Inuyasha's growl stopped as he watched Kagome acknowledge that he was Alpha and her life was his. “get up, lets go see baba and see if she knows how to fix this.” Turning he walked out of the room, leaving Kagome to jump up and run after him only to jump into the well into the past.

Effortlessly Inuyasha bounded out of the well and started down the well worn path to the village. Kagome though was stuck…..at the bottom of the well. Shortly after Inuyasha jumped out Kagome attempted the same. Only to find that though she could jump higher as a canine she couldn't pull herself up and over the ledge. After about four tries she became frustrated and growled at the well. Suddenly a loud barking laughter echoed through the well, <having trouble bitch?>. <Shut up and help me up there Inuyasha> Kagome whined rearing up and placing her paws on the wall of the well. Reaching down Inuyasha scuffed her and hauled her up. Setting her on the ground her crouched in front of her and scratched her chin, “your more trouble as a dog then you were the wench.” Kagome growled softly at his joke and licked his chin in thanks for pulling her up. Her instincts taking over she started to lick his neck and face at the same time exposing most of her neck to him. All the while a soft whine that could only be heard by canines and youkai, drifted up to inuyasha's ears. <Thank you my alpha. Are you pleased with me? You are never going to leave me, Right?> He lowered his mouth to her neck and growled, “Never will I leave you, you are my ma…> he never got to finished because at that moment a loud cry could be heard as a orange fuzz ball attached its self to inyasha's ear and started chewing upon the fluffy white appendage. “WHERE IS KAGOME YOU BIG JERK? DID YOU MAKE HER CRY AGAIN?” Grabbing him by the tail Inuyasha stood up and started on the trail once again to the village. Kagome also stood and followed him both lost in their own thoughts. `was I really going to call her my mate? No that can't be right, I mean I know that I like….ok love her but she could never, or would she? NO it has to be the canine in her… she would have never started acting like an alpha female in heat if she knew what it ment…' Inuyasha's mind went around and around so confused by everything. A sudden tugging on his sleeve brought him out of his state of confusion, lifting the small kit up to his face he grunted “What?” “Hey Inuyasha, why is that dog following you?”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ok so I know what I want to do but I would like some input, if anyone has an idea on where the story should go. I will do my best so please review and let me know
