Inuyasha's recovery

“Inuyasha” Kagome cried out.

He was still asleep; he was resting comfortably in a guest bedroom. Sess was in his study, refusing to check on Inuyasha.

“Kagura, please tell Sesshomaru that Inuyasha is ok” Kagome said.

“Yes of course, Lady Kagome” Kagura nodded. Kagura quietly slipped out of the study and went down the hallway.

“Lord Sesshomaru, Lady Kagome told me to let you know that Lord Inuyasha is wake” Kagura said.

Kagura left to make sure that everything was alright with Inuyasha. Kagome saw Inuyasha waking up, at first just one eye, then the next.

“Thank goodness you're alright” She smiled at him. Sesshomaru came into the room.

“This Sesshomaru heard that the hanyou is awake” Sesshomaru stated.

“Yes I'm awake, ice prince” Inuyasha answered.

“Refrain from calling this Sesshomaru an `ice prince'” Sesshomaru growled.

“Oh I'm sorry, Ice King” Inuyasha said sarcastically.

“This Sesshomaru will not be disrespectful” Sesshomaru hissed.

“Why I oughta...” Inuyasha started but Sesshomaru left.

“A picnic, for you and Lord Inuyasha, in Lord Sesshomaru's castle” Kagura offered.

“That sounds great, thanks” Kagome cheered.

“Kanna is currently cooking the food & it should be ready in an hour” She announced. Then Kagura left.

“Sess is really nice to do this for us, he seemed really concerned” Kagome hinted.

“He's only doing it because you're around” Inuyasha mumbled.

“He is honestly a good guy” Kagome said.

“Sesshomaru?” Inuyasha questioned.

“He can be a sweetie” Kagome whispered.

`Does Kagome really like Sess' Inuyasha thought

. “Lady Kagome, Lord Inuyasha, the picnic is prepared” Kagura interrupted. Kagome waved her off.

“Ready?” She asked.

“Yeah” Inuyasha answered. They strolled off to the gardens.

“Lord Sesshomaru, gaze into my mirror” Kanna said. He saw them on their way to the garden.

“I'm sorry that I spied on you” Inuyasha apologized.

“It's ok, it's not like you meant it on purpose” She forgave. Inuyasha was glad, but he worried that Sess would steal Kagome away. The picnic was definitely a huge one; Kagome's ramen, bbq, & grape wine.

“Wow, Kanna really gave us a lot” Kagome admitted. Inuyasha was too busy eating ramen.

“So how is Kikyo?” Kagome asked.

“She's probably ok, I haven't seen her in awhile” He confessed. Kagome was secretly glad Kikyo was staying away. After they finished eating, Kagome went to pick a bunch of flowers.
