Chapter: 6 (Meet Akio)

"Yeah, I remember what he said."

"Good, so what's been going on since I left?" asked Kagome.

"Not much."

"Come on lets get in the house" said Kagome walking towards the house.

`I'm never going to live through this just wait till Ak….'

"Kagome."

`SHIT.' Kagome turns around to see Akio standing at the top of the shrine steeps.

"Kagome how are you?" asks Akio.

"Fine how are you?" asks Kagome trying to sound normal.

`Why does it have to be me is Kami out to get me' thought Kagome.

"So have you thought about my offer" said Akio thinking the answer will be yes.

"I've thought about it and the answer is still no. It could never happen anyway, Sesshomaru told you that himself." At this point Kagome just wanted to get away from everyone.

"So you still like my brother," said Akio.

"Your brother has nothing to do with this, why do you always blame him?"

"Because you've always liked him better."

"That's not true, you know as well as I do that I can't be with either of you too!" Yelled Kagome totally forgetting about everyone else.

The Inu gang stood confused about what was going on.

"Don't mind them there always doing this," said Sota with a bored expression.

"Who is that guy?" asked Sango.

"That is Akio, he's Sesshomaru's second son. The reason there fighting is because Kagome refuses to go out with him; he blames it on his older brother Joshu. He has always had a crush on her" stated Sota.

"Does she like this Joshu" asked Miroku with a grin. He was mostly trying to hit a nerve. He obviously did because both Koga and Inuyasha stopped watching Kagome and Akio fight it find out the answer to the question.

"No she doesn't like Joshu, even if she did she couldn't be with him anyway, because Sesshomaru said that nether are her future mate" said Sota.

"Does Sesshomaru know who her mate will be" asking Miroku loving the first reaction of Koga and Inuyasha, and hoping to get another.

"Actually Sesshomaru does know," said Sota.

"Well then who is it?" asked Miroku holding in a chuckle.

"I don't know he refuses to tell, trust me Kagome has tried to get the answer from both Sesshomaru and Rin" said Sota.

`Rin isn't that the name of the little girl who follows Sesshomaru around?' thought Miroku.

Sota walks over to Kagome and Akio.

"Will you to stop it your acting like kindergartners," both Kagome and Akio stop fighting and look at Sota.

"The answer is no, and it has nothing to do with your brother."
