I was so happy when I got all the reviews. I also apologize for not updating sooner. Thank you butterfly Rin, fluffyfan, Starry Dragon Knight, KikyoKiller, and all the consistent reviewers. Also thanks fluffyfan for the help with spelling I suck at spelling that's why I have spell check. Last thank you KikyoKiller, wolfstar03 and butterfly Rin for Kagome school friend's names.

Chapter: 8 (The Note)

"I said let go of me," Kagome said to Kento. But before he could respond…

"What's your relationship with Lady Kagome?" asked Miroku.

"Were madly in love with each other" responded Kento. This shocked everyone except Kagome and Sota.

"Lady Kagome is this true?" asked Miroku a bit shocked.

"Sure and I think hell froze over" responded Kagome sarcastically while giving Kento the evil eye. Kento sighed and let go of Kagome.

"You don't let me have any fun" said Kento giving her a sad look. Kagome looked at Kento.

"Don't be a jerk, and quite it with the puppy face" said Kagome not falling for his little act.

"So you two are not together right?" asked Miroku just to clarify thing.

"No Miroku we are not together but we are good friends" said Kagome.

"Yeah, don't mind me, my job is to bug little Kagome," said Kento. Koga and Inuyasha let out a breath they didn't know they were holding.

"So now that's your job to bug me, and after Sesshomaru put you in charge off my guard force I'm hurt" said Kagome turning away from Kento. Kento noticed this and realized that Kagome was mad at him.

"You know I was just kidding" but Kagome refused to look at him but held in a smile.

"Oh come on Kagome please look at me" Kagome kept looking in the other direction.

"Ok I'm sorry will you forgive me" Kagome then turned around and looked at Kento's puppy face.

"All right I forgive you, why don't you and Sota help me out by getting the guys in modern cloths, and I will get Sango's cloths. I just have to find my dads old cloths and Sota can you lend Shippo some of your old cloths?"

"Sure thing sis" Sota said heading up to his room.

"Kento can you come with me to look for my fathers old cloths, and can you guy's just stay in here will be right back," asked Kagome.

Kento followed Kagome upstairs to her mother's room. Kagome knew her mother kept her fathers cloths in the closet; she refused to get rid of them and Kagome was grateful she decided too keep them. Kagome lead Kento into her mother's room and shut the door.

"Kento Sota informed me that he came while I was in the feudal era. He told Sota to give me a note I haven't opened it yet because Inuyasha and the rest of them are here. {Kagome pulls the note out of her pocket} I don't want them to know about him, they have Naraku to worry about in the futile era they don't need to worry about me." Kagome then unfolds the note and it reads to herself…

(Back down stairs.)

"Well that was interesting, what was this thing called again?" asked Miroku pointing to the TV.

"It's called a TV," said Inuyasha. Miroku looks at the TV and inspects it more closely. Sota then walks into the room with a hand full of cloths and sets them down on the couch.

"Sota what was with you and Kagome being so nervous about that note?" asked Inuyasha. Sota wasn't sure what to say his sister told him not to tell them but he wanted them to know. He wanted them to protect his sister he didn't want to loose her to.

"I… It was nothing… don't worry about it" Sota said trying his hardest not to sound nervous but falling miserably.

"I know there's something you are not telling me," Inuyasha said walking over to Sota. But before Inuyasha question Sota anymore they heard...

(The Note)

Dear Kagome,

I have missed you and I can wait to see you again. Soon you will be mine.

You can't escape me forever. Sesshomaru won't always be there to protect you or will your new little friends. I also don't think you want them involved you remember the last person whom interfered and I hate to hurt you like that again. You wouldn't want anything to happen to your friends nor to your brother now would you. Make sure they stay away from what's mine. I do love you and I will meet up with you soon.

Kagome reread the note before handing it to Kento. He didn't read the note right away Kento was more concerned with Kagome. She had a dazed look in her eyes and it had a look of someone daydreaming but her face had a slight look of terror.

"Kagome are you all right," asked Kento obviously concerned. Kagomes eyes came slightly back into focus and she looked at Kento.

"He… he's threatening t… them and I… I'm scared" Kagome managed to say before breaking out into a full out cry. Kento immediately comforted her. While he was holding her he read the note. Kento then understood what made her so upset.

(Back downstairs)

crying. Both Sota and Inuyasha ran towards the stairs once they herd it. Sota knew what was wrong unlike Inuyasha. The both race up the stairs and into Kagome and Sota's mothers room to see Kento holding on to a crying Kagome. Sota immediately when to his sisters side and also tried comforting her. Inuyasha just watched as they tried to calm her. Miroku, Sango, Koga, and Shippo stood in the doorway. Shippo walked into the room and went over to Kagome and crawled between Kento and Kagome and sat in her lap trying to comfort her as well.

When Shippo climbed into her lap that's when Kagome realized that it wasn't just Kento and her in the room. She slowly calmed down and looked at the Inu gang standing in and by the doorway. Sango rushed in as soon as Kagome lifted her head. Kagome wiped the last remaining tears from her face. She picked Shippo up and got up from Kento's lap. Kagome placed Shippo on her mother's bed and walked over to her mother's closet and pulled out a box. She opened the box and its contents were her father's old cloths.

"Sota can you please help Shippo pick something to wear. Also Kento please help Miroku, Inuyasha and Koga get something to wear and let know one see that except Sesshomaru" (Kagome saying the last part referring to the note). Kagome then turned and started walking out the door.

"Sango come with me I will help you find something to wear."

Kagome lead Sango to her room and they both walked in and Kagome shut the door behind them.

"Kagome are you all right hat was that all about?" asked Sango.

"Don't worry about it Sango I was just informed some news about the pack and with school it can put a lot of stress on a girl" said Kagome with a smile. It was a forced smile but Sango couldn't tell and just believed what Kagome said.

"Ok pick anything you'd like from my closet. I'm also going to get out of my school uniform," said Kagome. Both Kagome and Sango decided on something to wear. Kagome was in Capri pants and a red spaghetti strap shirt. Sango wore jeans and a black shirt.

With Sota Shippo found his outfit quick he wore a shirt that said "I can't go to sleep or the clowns will eat me" written in a spiral on the front of the shirt and jeans. (One of the guy's at my school has that shirt; I also think it's referring to the movie IT)

Last with Kento getting Inuyasha Miroku and Koga dress.

"Ok pick out something suitable for going out and comfortable since you haven't warn anything like this before" said Kento.

Koga picked out a green shirt and baggy pants. Miroku had picked a white shirt with a thin long sleeved shirt over it not buttoned also with baggy pants. Last Inuyasha had the some out fit as Koga except with a red shirt.

They all meet down stares in the live room. "Ok why don't Kento Sota and I show you what our era is like?" asked Kagome. They all agreed.

Ok sorry it took me so long to update. I had writer's block. You will eventual find out who He is and how he plays a part in Kagomes life. The next Chapter is Tour of Tokyo. There will be more new characters on the way. Review = New Chapters. Thank you.

So far I will not do a crossover and thanks for the spelling of feudal I forgot to change it when I looked it up. I also appreciate help with spelling cause I suck at it. With out spell check I would be screwed. I'm also going to change the title to all caps on the next new chapter. Sorry for no new chappie.
