Chapter 4-The Hostage Girl

Kami got out of bed, and ran towards the door. She looked down the hallways. But saw no sight of him. She sniffed the air, and quickly followed his scent. When she got to where the scent led her she saw Sesshoumaru open the door to his room, and he went inside. Luckily Sesshoumaru did not see her. `Should I knock on the door, or just burst in and say I'm sorry'. Kami thought. She decided to knock. But before she did, she put her ear on the door, so she could listen to any conversation inside the room. That made it safe to know when to knock.

After a few seconds of listening she heard nothing so she started to pound her fist on the door. The door opened…it wasn't Sesshoumaru…it was a…a-a girl!!! `W-w-what the?!" stuttered Kami. It was the girl that Inuyasha was always caring around. "Ummm, hi!" The girl said softly so Sesshoumaru wouldn't hear her. "Please, get me out of here!!! Sesshoumaru is keeping me let's say hostage! So if Inuyasha comes he can easily trade my life for the Tetsusaiga!" She said in a whiny way. Sesshoumaru started to walk to the door to see who it was. Kami wasn't the kind of person that helped the weak, but she looked helpless. "Fine, get on my back hurry!" yelled Kami The girl hopped onto her back, and they dashed off. Sesshoumaru was right on their tail. He was getting closer!!! When Kami reached the outside of the castle she broke into a really, really, really, really fast run. He was very far away now.

After awhile Kami slowed down a little, so the girl wouldn't fly off her back. But the bad thing about that was that Sesshoumaru could catch up easily. Kami started to pick up her speed again. Kagome was starting to slip off Kami's back! "Awwwwwww!" yelled Kagome as she fell to the ground. She tried to get up from where she had fallen. But it was no use she sprained her ankle when she fell. Kami stopped suddenly, and Sesshoumaru caught up. He looked down to Kagome, and picked her up by the neck and through her over his shoulder. He took one more glance at Kami before turning around, "Bitch" Sesshoumaru said under his breath hoping Kami did not hear him. She heard, and started to walk back to the castle. Sesshoumaru turned around and followed her.

As they got back to the castle, Sesshoumaru through Kagome in his room, he shut the door, and started to walk over to Kami. Kami started to walk away from him knowing she was going to be very badly punished. Sesshoumaru walked up to her and wrapped his claws around her neck. He dug his nails so far in she started to bleed. (Witch rarely ever happens.) Kami started to chock! She was going to die, right here, right now!

Part Two of Chapter Four

Sesshoumaru let go of Kami letting her drift to the ground. She just laid there not wanting to move until he was gone. Sesshoumaru peered down to the demon. He decided to leave her alone. He turned around and walked back to his room. Kami tried to get up, but she couldn't she was too weak at the time. After awhile of resting she got enough strength to get up. She walked up to Sesshoumaru's door and put her head on the on it. `How the hell did Sesshoumaru catch that girl, when did he, why didn't he tell me?' she thought. Suddenly the door opened causing her to fall to the ground. She got up swiped some imaginary dust off her kimono, and looked up to the person who opened the door. Of course it was Sesshoumaru. Kami stared at her lord and began to walk back to her room. She opened the door and went to her bed. She fell asleep knowing she would probably have to do something to deal with Kagome the next day.

"AWWWWWWWWWWW" Kami yelled as she jumped out of bed, she had a very bad dream.

~~~~Dream~~~~

"Where am I?" Kami thought as she walked through a pitch black abyss. She saw Kagome flash though her eyes it wasn't a pretty sight, she was covered in blood! Then she saw Sesshoumaru appear right next Kagome with blood smeared all over his hands! Kami ran to Kagome, wanting to kill that son of a bitch, Sesshoumaru! She tripped, the ground felt like daggers piecing through her skin! She jumped to her feet and started to run to Kagome, but before she could get there she fell again. `Why the hell do I keep on tripping?' She thought. She looked down to her feet; there was some kind of rope tided around them. `That's strange, I didn't feel any rope.' Kami thought, trying to get the rope off her feet. She finally got it off.

She started to run to Kagome again, but they were gone! Just then she felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned around and the thing punched her in the stomach. She gasped for air as she looked up to the person who did this. `It can't be him!' Kami thought as she fell to the dark cold ground. It was…Inuyasha! "This is for failing to give me back Kagome, and now she's DEAD!" yelled Inuyasha in her ear.

Kami ran to Sesshoumaru's room busted down the door, took Kagome and ran to find Inuyasha. The thing that was really wired was that Sesshoumaru was sound asleep he didn't hear a thing!

Kami found Inuyasha, shoved Kagome in his arms and turned around so she could go back to sleep. But before she could…she dropped to the ground! (Let's put it this way she was very tired.) Kagome jumped out of Inuyasha arms, and knelt down to Kami. "Arigato." Kagome said lightly. As she got up she saw Inuyasha staring blankly at the screen. "Inuyasha what's the matter?" Kagome asked. Inuyasha shook his head lightly erasing the image of his staring face. "Nothing." He answered back.
