Hello everyone!!! I can't believe that this fic is all the way to chapter eight. It's kind of scary!

Chapter eight- The Word "Die" Isn't That Enough?

Kami stood up trying to stay focus. All the tears blurred up her vision. `What am I doing? This isn't right I shouldn't be crying over him.' She thought. `Oh well its life.' Kami opened the door to her room, and stepped in. She walked to her bed, and sat down. `I know its life, but…this is not fair!' She punched at her pillow leaving her fist's shape imbedded in the pillow. "I can't stand this!" She screamed. "What should I do?" She whimpered.

She got of the bed, and walked to her window that slid open showing a balcony. She walked slowly to the edge of the balcony, and let her eyes glide over the western lands that Sesshoumaru used to own. She would have to take over otherwise any old demon could take over!

*Now with Inuyasha*

"Why does Kami work for Sesshoumaru?" asked Sango. "I'm not really sure, but I think it has to deal with that Kami had no where to live and Sesshoumaru took her in or something." answered Kagome. "That wouldn't be it Sesshoumaru wouldn't just take anyone in. That's no like him." Inuyasha said. "Yeah but it doesn't make any sense then." Sango said while standing up. "Where are you going my dear Sango?" Miroku asked standing up too. "Why would you want to know you…pervert?!" Sango yelled starting to walk away. "Wait Sango!" Yelled Miroku running after her.

"Man, will Miroku ever learn?" asked Shippou. "And I should ask the same to you!" he said looking in the direction of Inuyasha. "Shut the hell up!" Inuyasha yelled while pounding Shippou on the top of his head. "OWWWW! Kagome Inuyasha is hurting me again!" Shippou yelled running into Kagome's arms. "Inuyasha…sit! *WHAM* "What was that for?!" he yelled. "Inuyasha you know enough of why I did!" Kagome yelled. "Bitch." Inuyasha said under his breath.

*Back to Kami*

`Oh great what should I do?' Kami thought. She walked back in her room and laid down in her bed. She fell into a deep sleep, dreaming of the sight of Sesshoumaru lying on the ground.

Part Two of Chapter Eight

"Inuyasha where are we going?" asked Kagome. Inuyasha didn't answer, he just kept walking. "Hey did you hear me?" she asked. Inuyasha didn't say one word. "Heeeelooow Inuyasha are you there?" Shippou asked while jumping on Inuyasha shoulder. Inuyasha looked at Shippou for sometime, and then he shoved him off. "Hey Kagome I think Inuyasha's is mad at something. Did you do anything to him?" Sango whispered into Kagome's ear. "No, I don't think so. Maybe he's still mad at that sit I did to him yesterday." Kagome whispered back.

Inuyasha was listening to their conversation clearly. `Man they don't have a clue, do they?' Inuyasha thought. "Hey Inuyasha what's the matter?" Miroku asked walking up to him. "Nothing." Inuyasha responded. `So Inuyasha will talk to Miroku, but not me.' Kagome thought. "Kagome what's wrong?" Sango said looking at her face. "What, oh I'm okay." Kagome lied. "Are you sure?" asked Sango. "Yep!" Kagome said. She looked away from Sango and stared at Inuyasha's back. `I wish I knew what is wrong with him.' Kagome thought.

After some time of thinking Kagome sensed some jewel shards, or more like the whole jewel! "I sense the jewel." Kagome said. "Really where?" asked Inuyasha. `Oh sure, now he talks.' She thought. `Ummm…this way!" she said pointing west. Sango told Kirara to transform and she climbed on and so did Miroku, and Shippou. I Kagome jumped on Inuyasha back. Then they started heading westward.

Kami woke up suddenly to hear the sound of Inuyasha's voice. There where about four miles away from Sesshoumaru's castle. "They must be after the Shikon Jewel." She said to herself. She ran out to the hallways in the direction of the dead Sesshoumaru. When she got to where she left him he wasn't there! "Thought you could get rid of me that easily?" said a voice behind her. Sesshoumaru stood there ready to attack. "W-what y-y-you can't be s-still a-a-a-a-live!" Kami stuttered. "What a worthless idiot!" Sesshoumaru said with an evil smile.

`Oh great what should I do?' Kami thought. `I know I'll just turn around and walk away…no scratch walk, and replace it with run.' She thought. Kami turned around slowly and started to run. `Wait why am I running? I'm way stronger then him!' she thought turning around and started to run towards her lord.
