Chapter: 6

Inuyasha and Kagome went into her hut. Miroku and Sango stayed out side the hut taking in everything they had heard that night. While everyone else went back to Tasukis hut to discus the real reason Mamoru had shown up.

The reason was the two fangs he had made for his sons. One is a fang to help inuyasha and Kagome. It is a fang of distraction. A powerful weapon made to protect the one he loves. He will be the only one who can wheeled the sward. The second is for his oldest Sesshomeru. It is a sward to bring back the dead. Only he will be strong enough to bring out this true power.

Mamoru went on to explain why he had the swards made.

"My lord Keade had another vision and in it there was a way to save Kagome and inuyasha." Mamoru was happy with the news Myoga had brought to him. He wanted to know right away what was it but sadly they did not have the answers. But Keade told them her visions keep coming revealing more each time. First there was one of Kagome being different some how witch made inuyasha and her stronger. The second Sesshomeru was in and he had inuyashas lifeless body in his hands and the next minute there was breathe in him. The next was of a sward with tremendous power in it.

"So you see I knew only one demon could make such a sward so I went to see him. And that is when he told me of the sward of life that he was trying to make. I ordered him to make the two swards one for inuyasha and the other for Sesshomeru. All he needed of me was my two fangs."

Hotohori was pleased with this news. "This is great then this means I will not loss my daughter and we can still defeat Naraku."

"Yes but what of the other vision the one where Keade says that Kagome is different. If we do not find how or what makes her different we might yet still loss. … Hotohori has already altered fate so what is to say if Kagome does not change and make inuyasha stronger we will win?" Sesshomeru asked. "You must send for Keade." Tasuki said.

Meanwhile in Kagome's hut sitting on the floor against the wall was inuyasha with Kagome between his bent legs her back to his and her head against his shoulder. {I won't let anything happen to you} he thought when Miroku entered the room. "Is she sleeping?" he whispered and inuyasha answered with a nod. Afraid that if he spoke his anger would come through and he'd wake Kagome and have to tell her everything. He was just not ready to do that yet.

"Well why don't you and Kagome get out of here." Miroku said startling his friend. "What?" he asked not really understanding. "I see it like this fate is fate there is really nothing you can do about it so why don't you and Kagome just elope spend all the time you can together and when the time comes." He trailed off not really wanting to think of everything.

"That time will never come! I'll never let it happen! Fuck fate!" inuyasha said in a low deadly growl and Kagome began to steer in his lap. "Inuyasha?" she whispered. He looked down and at that moment he knew what he wanted more then anything. He new he loved this girl and would do anything for her.

He felt such a longing in him. He wanted more then anything was to be with Kagome forever. To feel her lips against his. To feel her soft smooth skin against his. To taste every last inch of her. To be inside her and feel her warmth.

He placed a hand to her cheek and in a soft voice "its ok Kagome go back to sleep." He leaned in and kissed he lips. She gave him a sweet smile witch had him wanting her even more.

Mamoru and the others were heading to Hotohoris hut to tell the others of their news when he and Sesshomeru stoped dead in their tracks a few feet from the hut. Mamoru and Sesshomeru could smell inuyashas desires and looked at one another.

"Perhaps we should discus this later. It is late they are probably tired with all they have heard today." Hotohori looked confused "this is good news we should tell them now." "I agree with father maybe we should he back to Tasukis and talk strategic." Tasuki agreed and so they headed back

"Oh as Sango why don't you fetch Miroku and the two of you can join us" Mamoru called back to her. Sango then ran into the hut as she was told. "Miroku we are all heading to my fathers hut to talk strategy why don't you join us?"

Miroku gave one look to his friends and thought. {They need some time alone.} "Sure Sango I'm coming." He said as he followed her out.

"Inuyasha is there something wrong?" Kagome sensed his unease and he knew it. All he could do right then was hug her close. "Inuyasha?"

He buried his face in the crock of her neck and inhaled her sweet smelling sent. He silently prayed to every god there is that he would never be with out her.
