Young Love

Kohaku and Kanna. Both gothic, best friends every since the third grade and both secretly love each other. About to graduate high school what happens when one accident causes both to express their love.

The school bell rung and all the students went into the building. Two people kept staring out into nothing under the shade of a tree though. They stuck together for years and they only moved with each other. They had all the same classes, sometimes wore the same clothes but they did wear the same color, and if they got into a fight both would fight together. They were the weirdest couple in school and they never knew it until one fateful day which was last week.

“Kanna.” A voice called through the crowd. She was standing in her long black skirt and black short sleeve band shirt. She stood out and her eyes creped everyone out. They were grey and she also had silver hair which she was born with.

She walked over to her friend and grabbed hold of his hand. “Yes, Kohaku?” she asked as dully as he said her name.

The boy was a few inches taller than her. He had dark brown eyes, wore his hair in a ponytail, wore baggy black jeans, and had two piercings in his ear, a tongue ring, a black muscle band shirt, and smelt of always Nivea soap. Kanna almost had the same thing except she had three piercings in each ear, her bottom lip was pierced, and she had a tattoo that had flames with a snake going around a sword on her left shoulder. They walked through the crowd without speaking. She was on the street and someone was about to get hit with a car. She just closed her eyes until Kohaku showed up.

When they were far away from the crowd Kohaku sighed and said, “I thought you was the one getting hit for a second.” Only a little emotion showing in his eyes than his face.

Kanna lowered her head and said, “I'm sorry. It was just that I had to get out of the house. My father was about to rape my sister again. I couldn't stand another one so I just left. I forgot to call you. Plus I didn't want you to hear what was going on.”

Kohaku raised her head in his hands and said, “Don't worry about it. Your father is a dirty jerk. Now let's go get something to eat at my place. My mother won't be home until three in the morning this time.”

Kanna had a smile inside but didn't let it come out. She and Kohaku learned to control their emotions so that they would stand out from a crowd. Kanna's sister showed fear to their father so that's why she always got beat or raped in the house. Fear turned her father on and that was an emotion she would never show in front of her father. Her mother died when Kohaku's father died. They were sleeping together and was caught by a gang and shot to death when they were six. They were close ever since.

After walking to Kohaku's house they sat outside for awhile and looked at the darkening sky. “I wish it could stay like that.” Kohaku broke the silence and looked at Kanna. He secretly loved her and he really didn't know how to show the emotion.

Kanna looked at him and nodded. She waited until he opened the front door. They kicked off their shoes and walked into the kitchen. They both made chocolate milk and got some square crackers. That was their favorite snack other than grapes with water. They only drank grape juice, tea, chocolate milk, and water. Throughout their whole life that's what they drank. Enjoying the silence together they ate for about an hour.

Kohaku went into the living room turning on the stereo and played Linkin Park. While that played Kanna went through her own thoughts. She wanted Kohaku to be her boyfriend but never had the guts to ask. They were so alike in many ways. She almost smiled today which means she must love him. She got up from the table and went into the living seeing Kohaku sitting on the couch just listening to music and watching TV. She sat next to him their arms brushing against each other.

Her heart was beating so fast and it almost made her flinch every time. Then she felt Kohaku's eyes on her and then she looked to see an emotion in his eyes. She didn't realize it at first and then knew it was love. “Why are you looking at me like that?”

“I was just thinking. After we graduate college what are we going to do? I know you want to be a poet but what about me?” he said still having the emotion in his eyes.

Kanna thought for a second and then said, “While I do my poetry you can draw. You are good at drawing. You even drew me one time.”

Kohaku's eyes sparkled a bit before setting back down into the emotion. Kanna turned her head and tried to hide her blush. Kohaku didn't know his emotions were coming out toward Kanna until he saw her turn away. His shield has vanished and when he saw it in her eyes he saw a flash of love. He scooted closer to her and made her turn around to face him.

“Why are you turning away?” he asked not wanting to scare her.

“I have a confession to make.” She said in a shakily tone. Kohaku never knew she had it in her. His Linkin Park CD was still playing even though they could hear each other normally. “I l-love you.” She said looking him straight into the face with love showing in her face.

“I know this may sound weird but ever since eighth grade I love you.” She said seeing Kohaku going into almost shock.

Kohaku couldn't believe his ears. Those words were playing over and over in his head like a broken record. He went forward and captured her lips in his. He mumbled, “I love you too.” Against her lips while at it. Kanna opened her mouth before he asked permission with his tongue. She darted her tongue out to meet his and they wrapped their arms around each other. It was the most exquisite moment she had ever been in. Then she felt they going to the floor like there were a third person pushing them. She opened her eyes to see her mother and then blinked and didn't see anything. Kanna went back to kissing Kohaku then.

Kohaku then roamed his hands over her but was pulling up her skirt while at it. Kanna felt this and happily pulled it up to her waist for him. He lifted her on top of him so she could grind on his groin. Kanna felt her center moisten. She unzipped Kohaku's pants and released his groin that was poking through his boxers. Kohaku then ripped her underwear off of her and she positioned herself on top of his groin. Kanna then slipped a finger between her legs making sure she was all ready. Then when she knew she was she slammed herself onto his groin. It hurt and made her cry out in pain. Kohaku saw this and flipped them over pushing more of him into her.

Kanna felt the pain subside and cried out in pleasure when he left and inserted back in. It was more than she wanted. Her virginity broke by her first and only love for that matter. Kohaku sped up coming to their peak knowing Kanna is too. It was like Kanna's body was made for him and that was it. Kohaku collapsed on her and pulled out of her letting her breathe by herself. Kanna was done breathing and looked at Kohaku who still had love in his eyes. She then decided to strip and they both tried it without clothes.

They looked at each other and then at the school. They only had a few more weeks before graduation. They seemed to be remembering their memory of last week together. When Kanna broke the silence she said, “I guess we don't have to go in.”

Kohaku looked at her showing no emotion. He only showed emotion when they weren't in public. He nodded and said, “Yes we don't let's try again tomorrow.”

They had young love and they guess it would never end until they graduate and marry.
