On Monday morning Kagome woke up to the smell of sweet, but heavy, breakfast. She got up and walked down the hallway to the bathroom to take a shower and get dressed. Sango walked over to Miroku and kissed him as she also rewarded herself by sitting down.
"Sango? You are with Miroku?''
Kagome quickly glanced to Miroku's guitly face.
"Well, now that everybody knows everbody let's order!" InuYasha said cheefully.
Later on after the dinner and the nervous and guitly looks from Kagome and Miroku, InuYasha stood up with a glass of sparkling grape ready to make a toast.
"Seventeen years ago today, It was the senior prom and that was the day I told Kagome that I love her and I always will. I celebrate because Kagome is the best thing to happen to my life."
Kagome stared at her husband with passion. "I didn't even know you remembered that night."
InuYasha looked down to his wife. "How could I not. You are the most important thing that happened to me. After my parents died I thought I had nothing you were still by my side through my heart break. You brought me happiness, love, and a cute eight year old girl who is currently staying at your mother's house even though Sango is a wonderful babysitter"
Sango giggled and smiled.
"I love you Kagome and I will until I die."
Tears began to weld up and Kagome's eyes and jealousy began to weld up in Miroku's. He hated to share Kagome with InuYasha. But he also hated to treat the guy like this. He was a sweet considerate guy and had everything including the woman he loved. InuYasha kissed Kagome and sat next to her.
"That was so sweet Mr. Taisho." Sango said stary eyed.

"Yeah, that was really heartwarming, InuYasha.'' Miroku said in a uncomfortable tone that Kagome could sense and lowered her eyes to the floor.

Later on Miroku was tossing and turning in his bed.
''No! She's mine!" He jumped up and in a cold sweat.

Miroku looked to the phone and picked it up dialing a number. Meanwhile Kagome was sleep under the embrace of her husband until she heard the phone rang and slowly sat up and picked up the phone.
"Hello" She said in a grogy voice.

Kagome looked over to her sleep husband and ran into the bathroom and shut and locked it then she turned on the faucet.

"Kagome I want you to leave InuYasha."

"No, I 'm not. I need you Kagome and I can't have that other man touching what's not his."
"That's insane, Miroku. He's my husband! Your the other man touching what isn't his. I think we should break this before it gets nasty, Miroku."

Then Kagome hung up the phone.
Tears was getting ready to flood out of her eyes but she tried hard to stop them. Kagome smiled proudly at herself. She was proud that she broke it off with him but she knew he would be calling like crazy at work. She was beginning to get scared that this situation wasn't over. No, not yet. Kagome turned off the water and slowly got into the bed and snuggled alongside her husband. Thinking that if he found out her world would surely be over. She wouldn't dream of breaking her baby's heart but this isn't a dream it's reality She slowly fell asleep in the embrace of InuYasha.
