Author's Note: Sorry I haven't updated in a while, I've been so busy with schoolwork and working at Kings Island that it's hard to update but, now that the season is over I can update sooner. Well I am gonna quit making excuses and type! Here we go!

Inuyasha didn't know what to say. `Kagome went through hell with Koga and now all I want to do is bash that idiot's fucking skull in, for hurting her.' Inuyasha unconsciously was stroking Kagome's black hair. Kagome grew tired from all the crying that she fell asleep while Inuyasha was stroking her hair. `This is nice. I haven't been this comfortable in a long time.' Inuyasha looked down at the sleeping beauty that he held is his arms. He couldn't move. His butt fell asleep. (AN: Uncomfortable. I know it happened to me once.) `Damn, I can't get up. What should I do now?' Inuyasha finally decided to take a nap. He rested his head on top of Kagome's head. That was how Sota found them.

~~*Chapter 4: Awkward Dinner*~~

“Kagome! Wake up, dinner's done.” Sota screamed at her door. He opened it and to his surprise there was a guy sitting on her bed with Kagome in his arms and they were asleep. When Sota came into Kagome's room, he poked Kagome, and that was how Kagome found herself wrapped in Inuyasha's arms.

“Fuck, Inuyasha, wake up! Sota, I'll be down soon, go tell mom to add an extra place for Inuyasha.” Kagome tried to get out of Inuyasha's grasp. Kagome was not succeeding until Inuyasha changed positions and pulled her with him, they were now curled up together on her bed.

`What am I going to do? Inuyasha!' Kagome reached up to Inuyasha's hair and pulled some hair.

“Ouch. What the fuck did you do that for?” Inuyasha about nearly screamed. He then realized that he was Kagome's bed. He jumped out and started to gather his books when Kagome climbed out of bed losing warmth from his body.

“I told my brother to tell my mom to add an extra setting. You might as well eat while you're here. Then I'll drive you back to the mall, you probably left your car there.” Kagome grabbed his books out of his arms and walked with him down to the kitchen.

“Momma, you probably remember Inuyasha. Kikyo went out with him.” Kagome's mom turned around to the sight of Kagome hold Inuyasha's hand.

“Yea, I remember him. What's he doing here?” She questioned.

“Kikyo didn't tell you. Well it figures. Inuyasha is my partner, we have to do a project on William Shakespeare.”

“Oh, that's nice. Sota's added an extra place. You can eat here if you want Inuyasha.” Kagome's mom added.

“Thanks. Mrs. Higurashi.” Inuyasha thanked her.

 

 

Dinner Time

 

During dinner, everybody started eating. Kikyo couldn't take her eyes off Inuyasha. She kept on glancing back at Kagome and Inuyasha to see if there was something there. Kagome caught her glancing at Inuyasha and she couldn't help feeling jealous that they had something in the past.

“So, how was school today for you guys?” Kagome's ji-chan asked.

“Same old, same old. It was boring.” Sota always complained about going to school, but now he had a girlfriend, Hitomi-chan.

“Well, I had a nice day. I made Cheerleading captain and I aced my science test.” Kikyo, was an-all popular girl. She was the girl every guy wanted to fuck and every girl wanted to be her.

“Boring!” Kagome stated easily. Inuyasha smirked at the comment.

“What are you smirking about?” Kagome accused Inuyasha for smirking at her.

“Nothing.” Inuyasha grinned.

“Mister, you are in trouble when I have to take you to the mall later.” `Okay, I couldn't help it. I had to make a comment about something to him' Kagome made her lip curl.

Once dinner was done Kagome told her mom that she would be back.

 

“Inuyasha, you are in trouble.” Kagome couldn't help grinning and reaching over to Inuyasha and started tickling him.

“Wench, stop.” Inuyasha tried to hold back his laughter. It didn't work. He burst out laughing.

Kagome stopped and leaned back into the driver's seat. She was trying to get her composure back when Inuyasha leaned over and snaked an arm around her shoulder and pulled her to him.

“My turn.” Inuyasha crushed his lips on hers. His lips were soft of hers. He opened his mouth and started outlining her lips when she moaned open and he stuck his tongue in her mouth.

Kagome was lost in the kiss. She didn't want to come back to reality. This kiss was a once in a lifetime. Kagome and Inuyasha's tongues were in a frenzy. His arms started to roam, and Kagome willingly let him. His hands skimmed her bra-wire. He could feel her constricted nipples against the fabric of the bra. He cupped her breast and changed the angle of the kiss making it deeper.

Inuyasha broke the kiss.

“I think I better take you home.” Kagome's voice was husky from the kiss.

“Yea, I think you should.” Inuyasha gave Kagome another hungrily kiss.

 

Kagome pulled the car out of the driveway, and started to the mall, where from the window on the upper level. A set of eyes were looking at what went on during the ten minute interlude.

 

At the mall lot

“Well, I'll see you tomorrow, Inuyasha.” Kagome said one last goodbye for tonight.

Inuyasha leaned over to Kagome's side of the car and gave her one last kiss.

“See ya.” Inuyasha smiled.

Kagome: I mean who knew he could kiss like that.
