She ran. She ran as fast as she could away from the well. She had to find him. The man who listened to her, shared her pain, the man who she fell in love with.

The girl from the future ran with all her might towards the spot where they always met. How could she have been so stupid? She was letting him slip through her fingers. She promised him that she would always be there for him.

The final battle had been over with for along time now, she had almost lost him there. That tore her apart that night. It was only when everyone was at the well, and she was dangling on the side of the well, did she realize what that feeling she had towards him was. She turned away from the well and took off in a hurried run, startling her friends. All they had for an excuse was a whisper of “listen to my heart”.

He was there! She saw him; his long black hair pulled back into a braid was swaying in the wind. His hamaka and haori were as white as ever. His halberd lay again against the large tree. He was facing the tree, so he didn't see her running towards him. He spun around to see her, panting, and looking as if she was about to cry. Kagome right into his arms.

Their lips descended on each others, in a quick motion. Nothing would ruin this moment. She had come back to him. Friends they started off as, now she realized what her heart was telling her.

She loved him. Kagome loved Banktosu, and he loved her back.

 

 

AN: ok well im done really short only took about 15 minutes. It was a spur of the moment kind of thing, so yeah. Anyways this pairing is awesome.
