Lonely

InuYasha look out to the crowd feeling very nervous. He was about to sing a song that came from the heart. Him and his girlfriend of 6 months had a huge fight resulting in their break-up.

He missed Kagome dearly and was at the brink of insanity because he needed her in his life. `I hope to god she'll take me back I miss her so much'

The song started so he was waiting for his cue to start the song.

Sittin in a hotel miles from nowhere
Thought that this would be my happiness
I look at the phone and pick it up
For the millionth time I put It down again

His melodic voice sounded throughout the whole auditorium whilst people listened intently

He was singing the song with all his heart and sole hoping somehow it will get the message across that he wanted, no needed Kagome there

Kagome was sitting in the back of the auditorium listening to InuYasha sing

`Is he doing this for me?' is what rang through her mind over and over again as she watched the man she still loved with all her heart, sing with a passion she never heard

before.

InuYasha still singing his heart out was beginning to feel the beginning of his depression all over again preying to every god he knew of (even though he only knew of God and Jesus) that Kagome would forgive him. He needed her and if he had to he will beg for her to come back no matter how degrading that would be.

The song finally came to an end and the whole gym stood up and gave him around of applause.

*after school*

InuYasha started to walk home seeing as he didn't bring his red and black dodge viper coupe, that is until he heard a voice he's been wanting to hear for the past 7 days or so call out his name

“INUYASHA? WAIT UP!!” Kagome shouted hoping he will stop

InuYasha stopped and turned around as Kagome ran as fast as she could to catch up with him, but just as luck would have it when Kagome was about 1 meter from him she tripped on a rock and fell into his arms

“Kagome are you alright?” InuYasha asked with concern evident in his voice

“Yea im fine, I jus wanted to ask you something” Kagome said as she stood up and as much as InuYasha never wanted to let go he knew he had to

“Yea ok what is it?” InuYasha inquired looking intently at Kagome

“well um I jus wanted to know if that song uhh was it for me?” Kagome asked with a light blush on her cheeks

InuYasha looked at her with nothing but pure love in his eyes while answering with, “Yea Kagome it was for you, I cant live without you, I tried but I was on the brink of insanity knowing that you could run off with someone else” InuYasha exclaimed raising his voice by a notch

Kagome saw all the love and passion in his eyes as he said what he just did `so he does still love me' she thought

As Kagome thought this she grabbed onto the side of his face and pulled him down into an electrifying kiss setting off fireworks in their heads

Both InuYasha and Kagome knew that from then on things were going to go back to normal.
