Thanks for the reviews and sorry about the earlier chapter 4, I don't know how but somehow the quotation marks didn't work and they cut off the rest of the chapter. Anywayz….here's chapter 5 hope you like it. I know it took really long, because I had way too much homework to even think about this lately, but I'll probably get more done during the winter break.

 

Chapter 5

*gasp* isthat…Who I Think it is?

 

“Hey, Kagome! Wait up!” Sango called after Kagome.

“What's up!”

“That guy over there is looking for you.” Sango pointed to a guy with short brown hair. “Do you know him?”

“Uh…I don't think so.” Wait! Is that Houjou? No it can't be, he wouldn't come all the way from Osaka just to visit me here in Toyko.Kagome thought to herself.

“Well, he says he's a friend of yours. He said his name was Houjou.” Sango kept staring at him.

“Oh, I think I remember now. I moved away when I was in grade 3, and we were friends till then.” Kagome was also staring at the guy. Before Kagome even got a chance to react. Houjou ran up to them and asked friendly, “Excuse me? Are you Kagome Higurashi?” Kagome nodded. “How are you? I'm Houjou. Remember me?”

“Uh…Oh! Hello! How are you? It's been so long. So what brings you here? Oh, I must introduce Sango, this is Houjou. And Houjou, this is Sango.”

“Nice to meet you.” They both smiled at each other and then Sango said, “Well, I gotta go. See you around Kag and Houjou if you are going to be here that is.” And with that she smiled and turned around to find Miroku and Inuyasha.

Kagome and Houjou started talking once again.

“So what brings you here?”

“Well, I'm away from school for a short vacation here. And I just thought I could visit you. It's been seven years since we last saw each other.” Houjou smiled.

“Oh, well. We've got a lot of catching up to do, eh?” Kagome continued, “Well, I better get to class now. Here, I'll give you my number.” She reached out a piece of paper and wrote her cell phone number on it. “So, uh. Bye!” Kagome waved good-bye to her friend and walked on.

During Class

“Psst, Kagome!”

Kagome saw a piece of crumbled paper on her thrown to her desk, she turned to find Miroku smiling at her.

This must be from him. Kagome opened the paper slowly. It said:

Hey, wuts dat I hear a guy visiting u? I wanna meet him, Sango says he came all the way from somwhere far from here. He must got something goin' on for u.

Miroku.

*Sigh* he just had to make something so simple sound so so so like what he would do! Kagome replied on the paper:

Miroku, u've got probs. Do u know dat??i suggest a physiatrist! Or even better, a pervertrist!

Kagome

She threw the paper onto Miroku's desk, then continued with her work.

After School

“Well, another day! Can't wait to get home and take a nice long shower! I smell so bad from

Phys. Ed.” Sango sighed.

“Yeah! Shower is the best!” Kagome heard her cell phone ring, she got it out of her pocket and answered.

“Yeah, I agree. Shower is the best thing.” Miroku daydreamed.

“HENTAI!” Sango slapped him across the face, “you'll never change!!!”

“…….Oh, OK. I'll meet you there. Bye.” Kagome hung up and stared at Miroku's face for 5 min. and shook her head slightly from side to side. “Let's go home people.”

At Home

“Mom, I'm going out.” Kagome walked down the stairs towards the door.

“OK, where are you going?”

“To the movies.”

“Just give me a call if there's a change of plan.”

“I know Mom, bye!”

“Bye!”

Kagome closed the door behind her and started her way to the movie theatre. There she met Houjou.

“Hi Kagome! So which movie do you want to watch?”

“How about…hm…how about The Stephord Wives”

“Sounds great!”

They bought the tickets and food and drink then went into the theatre.

After the movie, Houjou asked Kagome if she wanted to have dinner with him, but she said no because she had to get home. But the truth was the date so far was lame.-_-zzzzzzzz!! Houjou decided to be a gentleman and walked Kagome home. On the way, they talked about what they had missed during all these years.

Now it's not so bad, I guess he's just dense during movies.

~~RECAP OF WHAT HAPPENED AT THE MOVIES:~~

(author's note: I haven't watch the movie so I don't know everything)

NICOLE KIDMAN FOUND A PALE WOMAN LAYING ON THE OPERATINGTABLE…

Kagome gasped, and Houjou just sat their staring at the big screen…

WHEN THEY TRIED TO MAKE NICOLE KIDMAN JUST LIKE THE OTHER WOMAN (PERFECT B#T#H#S)…

Kagome gasped and covered her eyes, and again Houjou just sat their staring at the screen blankly….

and it goes on…….well, you get the point, Houjou just sits there completely shut away from the real world…….who knows what he has been thinking or he could be just watching the movie -_-“

At the bottom of Kagome's shrine stairs

“Well, I had a nice time, thanks Houjou.” For being so dense during the movie…

“Your welcome. I hope to see you soon again sometime.”

Houjou leaned forward to kiss Kagome but she stopped him and said “Good night” and ran up the stairs.

Huh??? Houjou thought, then he walked away without any worries of what he did wrong tonight. -_-
