Okay, so I decided to skip a few months and start rushing Kagome's pregnancy… the real drama begins after she has her kid so just wait. ; )

My head was spinning as I was gently placed on a bed, the strong arms carrying me belonged to no other than Inuyasha and he gave me equally soft kisses as he laid on top of me. I felt his hands slowly stroking my arms, making his touch get a feather feeling as his fingers ran up and down until they reached my shoulders. His mouth worked its way from chest, leaving a hot smooth trail of his scent as he reached for my neck. There his tongue sent sparkle jolts through my body as he sucked and nipped my delicate flesh. Inuyasha's hands went from my shoulders slowly downward, reaching to my chest and then lower; he slowly grabbed my shirt and started pulling it up.
“Don't…” I whispered, strangely my voice seemed to be raspy and rough.
He wasn't listening and he pulled it up anyway, I looked down to stare at my abdomen and suddenly I noticed that my belly wasn't swollen up; it wasn't looking big and round like I had seen it this morning. My stomach was clearly flat as if nothing had been there at all but all my coherent thoughts were dispersed when I felt him tugging on my shirt. Inuyasha finally took it off and he stopped nipping my neck as directed his attention to my now bare naked chest.
His tongue gently lavished my abdomen as it made its way to my breasts; he pulled my bra down and stared at my naked chest for a mili second before descending his mouth on my left nipple; I let out a loud moan since it had been ages since anyone touched me in that way… I felt his hand cover my other breast as his mouth ravished my nipple. He repeated the same delicious process on the other one as I gripped the covers underneath me; the pleasure was too much, it made my lower region burn in agony as he had done nothing relevant to me… yet.
Inuyasha stopped all his actions for half a second before taking off his shirt, he then resumed kissing me and this demonstration of interest was making my body shiver in anticipation of what would happen next. My hands instantly reached for his shoulders, his skin was warm and soft under my touch and I felt his hands gently massing my breast; my back arched out of instinct and I let out another moan. Inuyasha stopped his actions and smirked at me.
“It's our last night together, will you stay over? Like the old times?” I was confused at what he was saying… why would he ask something like that?
“What?” I asked as I breathed heavily, he kissed the tip of my nose.
“Do you have a condom?” the voice that came out of him this time wasn't his, the words and the new voice were vaguely familiar.
“What are you talking about?” I asked as my breathing finally normal and suddenly his arms enveloped around me.
“I don't want to leave you.” He said once he pulled away from me.
Inuyasha simply looked at me and I was more confused than ever… nothing made sense to me at this moment. I stared into his amber eyes and then they started changing, amber becoming piercing blue and his wonderful silver white hair suddenly became ebony black and realization hit me.
“Kouga…” I whispered and he smirked.
“I love you so much Kagome, have a good night… dream about me.”
My eyes suddenly were open and I breathed in and out quickly. I roamed my eyes around the place and I realized I was inside my room, in my bed and completely alone. I touched my body immediately reaching for my belly and felt the small little bump that was right there as always. I sighed relieved and I rolled my eyes at my stupid dream, Inuyasha and I now were having a very weird relationship… we acted like a couple but we weren't exactly boyfriend and girlfriend per say and that was actually my fault. I blushed furiously when I got a few flashes of my dream…
“It was a dream…” I whispered out loud just to make sure this time I wasn't dreaming.
I grunted annoyed then because my body still felt hot as if I needed something to quench the fire… better yet, someone. I sighed heavily.
Two and a half months had elapsed quickly and now more than ever I felt what pregnancy was like; hot flashes, horrible mood swings, uncontrollable dreams and worse than anything… cravings, disgusting yet delicious cravings. I sighed at the lost of my reason and yawned when I remembered what had interrupted my sleep.
Inuyasha and I spoke regularly… I couldn't really classify us as a couple since, well… the one time we kissed we had never done it again or try to go further. I was mostly to blame because lately the only thing I've been thinking about was… Kouga. For some strange reason my mind has been wandering off to memories with Kouga and though I can't say I don't enjoy them, Inuyasha doesn't seem to like it. I really like him but… I don't really want to think my feelings for Kouga might be stronger and push me apart from Inuyasha.
I stared outside the window and by the faint taint of light on the sky it seemed like morning wasn't that far away, I grunted annoyed and I decided to sleep anyways and knowing that it was nearly impossible for someone to bother me in my sleep.
But it seemed like my sister had other plans… she annoyingly woke me up as she said that it wasn't healthy to over sleep… funny, no one ever wakes her up when she sleeps up until noon. I had to obey Kikyo since there was no one else in my house since my mother had gone for a business trip. I felt a strange urge of eating tomatoes with chocolate pudding, so I decided to follow my instincts and I went downstairs to eat it. My sister was there with her reading glasses as she held up a book that said `Anatomy', probably for her college classes… sometimes I forgot Kikyo was more than the bitch she acted around me, she was also a very talented and intelligent student.
“I made waffles,” Kikyo offered before sipping some of her juice.
“No… I want tomatoes.” I said as I opened the fridge, I heard her book being closed as I took them out.
“Tomatoes? For breakfast? That's all you're having?” she asked dazed and I shook my head as I walked to the cupboard.
“I'll eat chocolate pudding too.” I said and I heard my sister gag, I looked at her and arched a brow.
“What?” I asked innocently and she shook her head.
“Nothing, cravings are normal… disgusting in this case, but completely normal.” She said as she pushed aside her plate and finished her juice. “I'll wait for you upstairs; my stomach won't be able to handle it.”
I chopped the tomatoes in a few pieces and placed them in a bowl before adding the chocolate pudding on it, the mixed seemed gross… even for me but its smell just seemed so inviting that I just couldn't control myself and I finally got a spoon of it. The acid of the tomatoes and the sweetness of the chocolate or perhaps my pregnancy cravings made my tongue swirl in pure bliss. I ate it completely because it seemed like it was my new favorite dish, I think I even scrapped the leftovers from the bowl with my spoon and before I was tempted to lick it I placed it on the sink and poured some water on it. I went to my sister's room to find her still with the book on her hands; she sighed heavily and scratched the top of her head as she closed her eyes for a second… I wondered if she was thinking about something or someone in special. I softly knocked her door to bring her attention and she quickly opened her eyes and removed her glasses.
“Ready?” she asked and I nodded not to pleasant.
“I don't want to fall behind, don't I?” Kikyo half smiled and nodded.
“Remember that this isn't only because you have to learn but because you need to give your final exams so you can go to college with everyone else,” my sister reminded me and I nodded again.
“Yeah, yeah… let's begin with literature.” I said and my voice lighted up at the thought of my favorite assignment; Kikyo shook her head.
“No… we'll begin with math, you're not very good at it you know.” I rolled my eyes as she opened up her text book and handed me a paper. “Copy this down and solve it… if x=0 and y=54, determinate…”

“Oh! Isn't this adorable?!” I cooed as I picked up a small sized pink dress, Sango rolled her eyes.
“What if it's a boy?” she asked and I grunted. “Hey, calm down… I just don't want you buying something you won't use.”
“I know and I'm sorry I reacted that way… it's just the hormones.” I said rolling my eyes, I didn't like snapping at Sango that way but I just couldn't control it.
“Kagome, weren't you looking for a stroller?” Miroku asked.
I had agreed to let Sango take me to the mall to help me pick out my baby's accessories and I just couldn't help to check out everything before looking for what I actually needed. Miroku helped us out because he figured we would need someone to help us carry heavy things and I let him come because Sango wanted him with her. I was happy for them, they had solved all their problems and although Miroku was still trying to get help for his… um, addiction, Sango supported him 100% and was always by his side even when she just wanted to rip off his clothes and sleep with him.
“Kagome?” Miroku asked and I snapped from my thoughts.
“Oh, yeah…” I said and we followed him to find the designs.
“I think this is a nice one,” Sango suggested pointed at a faint blue small stroller; I sighed as I looked at the tag price.
“It's out of my budget,” I admitted and Sango shook her head.
“But I can afford it,” I rolled my eyes.
“Sango… when I said you could come I meant you could help pick one, I didn't mean for you to pay for my things.” I said as I looked around for another one I liked.
“Well… consider it a present for your baby shower,” I stopped and turned to look at her.
“I'm not having a baby shower… and you know it!” I heard my voice raising and she pulled up her hands as to defend herself.
Sango had tried to get me to do a baby shower for half a month now… I tried to keep my pregnancy a secret but somehow everyone knew by the time I dropped out of school and though no one pointed at me and whispered behind my back I still didn't feel comfortable talking about it with some other people.
“Well, we can't back out now that everyone has agreed to come…” I was about to kill her when she smiled at me and let out a few giggles. “It's going to be so much fun Kags!
I have everything settled so you have nothing to worry about.”
“She went for a lot of trouble and she even made me suffer for it, please let her do it.” Miroku said and I giggled as I nodded.
“You know Kags, I was thinking about…” my cell phone rang and I smiled, figuring who that it might be. “Ooh, it's getting serious.”
“Shut up Sango,” I said before I answered it. “Hey Yash,”
“It's not Yash… it's Naraku.” He revealed, I had to cover my mouth to stop a gasp coming out. “Where are you?”
“I'm at the mall, I told you I was going out with a friend today…” I said and he sighed.
“Right, I'm sorry to interrupt you… it's just that… can I talk to you?” I looked at Sango and Miroku who were looking around happily.
“Sure, wha…?”
“Not on the phone,” he interrupted, a bit anxious. “I need to talk to you personally, could I pick you up?”
“Um…” I turned to look again at them and Sango this time stared at me. “Come in 15 minutes.”
“Thank you,” he said, this time his voice wasn't as worried; I hung up and when I turned I found Sango standing right behind me.
“What's wrong?” she asked and I plastered a smile on my face.
“Nothing, Inuyasha called… he's picking me up in 15 minutes,” I said and Sango laughed.
“Someone's getting whipped.” I joined in her laugh and Miroku rolled his eyes.
We kept on looking around, I had no idea why I decided to lie to them… it was probably the fact that Naraku was considered their enemy. I was sure the reason he called me had nothing to do with them, more like about my sister but Inuyasha wouldn't understand it. On the other hand, Inuyasha isn't my boyfriend and he wasn't with me at the moment. It was probably for the best. I picked out a small brown and blue stroller that was in my budget, Sango protested but I promised her she could surprise me with something in my baby shower and she squealed in joy. 15 minutes had elapsed and I said goodbye to my friends before walking out the door and meeting up with Naraku. He seemed much stressed out and I immediately took a deep breath as I approached him. Naraku smiled lazily at me before greeting me with a soft kiss on my cheek.
“I'm glad you would let me talk to you,” he said and I smiled.
“You're my friend… so what's up?” he leaned against his car door and sighed.
“I can't stop thinking about Kikyo; you've got to help me.” Naraku seemed like he was going to cry, his voice cracked up a little as he asked for help and he turned his head away.
“Wow, this is killing you…” I said and suddenly my eyes felt teary, he looked at me and he was surprised.
“Are you crying?” I nodded and let my eyes ball out, he hugged me and hushed me as he patted my back gently. “You don't have to help me if you don't want to…”
“I do!” I said while I was still crying, my eyes suddenly drying up. “It's just that my sister is so stupid… I want to kill her,”
“Okay, take it easy Kaggy… I love her, remember? That's why we are here.” I nodded and tried to focus, damn hormones.
“Right, well of course I'll help you! I wouldn't want anyone else as my brother in law.” I smiled and he hugged me again.
“Thanks Kag,” he dropped his arms and scratched the back of his head. “So, can I drive you home?”
“Yeah… it's the least you can do after I agreed to play cupid,” he laughed and opened the door for me.
I had never spent so much time alone with Naraku but I realized he was a fun guy to be around, it was almost clear to me why Kikyo had fallen for him but I still had no idea why he choose my sister. We talked about many things but neither of us decided to touch the subject of Inuyasha, I was still curious about the story Inuyasha had told me… how Naraku's father stole their songs and he never did something to stop him. Finally, we were at home and helped me out like the last time.
“Thanks for the ride; I'll do whatever there is to help you out with Kikyo…” I said as I walked towards the door, he grabbed my arm and pulled me into his embrace.
“I should be thanking you Kagome, I can't live without Kikyo.” He said as he lightly stroked my hair, I gently pulled away from him and at the sound of the door opening we turned to look.
My sister, still with her reading glasses came out and she looked at me for a second before placing her eyes on her ex-boyfriend. She sighed before crossing her arms across her chest and turning her attention back at me.
“Kouga called,” Kikyo said leaning against the wall. “I suggest you call him back.”
“Right,” I said and kissed Naraku's cheek lightly before going inside.
I trusted Kikyo would stay behind and talk to him but I heard the door being slammed and she was inside.
“What were you doing with him?” she asked as she turned to look at me.
“I… just found him at the mall and he offered me a ride home, that's all.” Kikyo walked closer to me and studied my eyes, I didn't even blink because I knew she wanted to intimidate me and tell her the truth.
“Call Kouga, he might like to know how your baby is doing.” She said once she had given up and walked upstairs. I let out a relieved sigh and grabbed the phone but once I tried to reach it, my cell phone rang.
“Hello?” I answered.
“Kagome, where are you?” Inuyasha asked and I sighed.
“I'm at home, I'm fine.” I said and it was his turn to sigh.
“I went to the mall to meet up with you and I crashed with Miroku and Sango… they told me you were with me, what the hell is going on?” I laughed.
“Sorry, it's just that… I had a…. doctor appointment for an echo and if Sango found out she would want to come with me so that's why I said that.” I lied again; I was becoming very crafty at lying.
“You could have at least called me,” Inuyasha said and took a deep breath. “Well, I wanted to know if I could take you out for dinner tonight…”
What…? Is he…? Inuyasha is…?
“Are you asking me out on a date?” I asked surprised, Inuyasha and I were more like friends with benefits because I didn't want to rush anything.
“Well, yeah… it could be fun, but you don't have to feel pressured. Only if you want to,” he said, suddenly sounding very nervous and I smiled.
“Of course I'll go out with you,” I smiled again at the sound of his anxious laugh.
“Great! I'll pick you up at 8… okay?”
“Okay,” I nodded even though I was aware he couldn't see me.
“Right… um, so… I'll see you tonight.” I nodded again and hung up before he got even more nervous.
I grinned crazily and ran upstairs to decided what I was going to wear that night, Kouga's call could wait… after all, our time differences would “make it difficult” to reach each other .
