Hey guys. Look I'm updating again. It had been a really long time. But I'm back. So I guess I better get going right?

Ok here goes.

Chapter 10: betrayal by a hanyou

Kagome came running out of the forest as fast as her wounded body would carry her. Blood soaked the right side of her kimono and a huge slash was on her upper arm. Sesshomaru called out to her but she didn't stop or look like she heard him. Sango and Miroku ran to Sesshomaru and Kaede and Shippo ran out of the hut.

"I could smell her blood, what's happened?" asked Shippo, but Sesshomaru was already running to her.

He was slashed by a red blur. His armor shattered and blood seeped his clothes, but he didn't seem to notice.

"Kagome!" he said grabbing her by the waist and stopping her. "Kagome what happened to you?" he hadn't seen that much blood from the angle he had been at.

"Sesshomaru, we have to get out of here. Your bleeding." She had a tear stained face and her heart was pounding.

"Who did this to you?" he had looked at the gash but waved it off when he had sensed Kagome's distress.

"Sesshomaru!!" Inuyasha yelled his brother's name as he landed on the ground.

"Inuyasha you bastard! Did you do this to her!"

Sango, Miroku, Shippo, and Kaede ran to Kagome and Sesshy holding their weapons in attack mode, ready to kill the damn hanyou.

"Kaede I am taking Kagome away from him. She will be at my castle. Rin come here!"

The small child came running when her `father' called for her.

"Shippo I think you should come too." He said staring at the young pup next to Kagome.

"Ok." Was his answer.

Sesshomaru caught Kagome as she fainted and held her wedding style; Shippo rode on his shoulder and Rin held on to his leg.

He flew into the air and looked back at the hanyou.

"Sesshomaru you get your stupid ass back down here and fight me god damnit!!"

Miroku hit him, hard, over the head. Inuyasha looked around and then at his claws. "What…..what happened to Kagome? What did I do to her?" he looked at his friends with watery eyes.

"I think you tried to kill her Inuyasha. She was bleeding really bad. She fainted as sesshomaru was taking her away." Said sango.

"AHHHHH!! Where did my master go?!?!?!" it was jaken. Had fallen asleep and not waken up when sesshomaru was leaving.

"he left you here so that you could show us to his castle later." Said Miroku with a small grin.

"AHHH!! He would never!" "Ya well he did." Said sango.

"How could I do that to her?"

Sesshomaru landed and walked to the grand double doors. He pushed them open with his good shoulder and walked up the stairs.

"Rin get one of the nurses and tell them to go to my room. Hurry!" rin ran to the nurses quarters and sesshomaru took kagome to his room.

He laid her on the bed and wipped her face with a wet clothe.

Her eyes fluttered open and she looked up at him.

"Sesshomaru im getting blood all over your sheets."

"That's ok. I'll get another pair." He smiled and lowered his to kiss her. She put a hand on his cheek, pulling him closer to her. The door opened and a nurse walked in with fresh cloths and a basin full of water.

"lord…"

Sesshomaru broke the kiss and stood up. "I'll be back in a little while my love." He said, walking out the door and down the hall.

"So let's see about your wounds dear girl." The nurse undid her shirt and looked at the wound. "Oh this is no big thing. I'll heal you and you'll be good as new by tomorrow."

The nurse was rather plump and had a kind motherly smile. Her squinted when she smilled and her voice was soft but firm, it made kagome relax as she listened to the the lady's stories.

"There you go. All done. All you have to do is take a bath to get all the blood off. Here is a kimono to wear and I'll lead you to the bathing room."

Kagome was helped up and taken to an indoor hot spring. "Here you are dear."

She left kagome by herself, and went to change sesshy's bed.

Kagome striped to her birthday suit and started to ease herself into the water. She relaxed her muscles and dunked under the water, washing the blood off.

She didn't hear the door open or the splush as sesshomaru got into the water.

"Your wound is gone."he said as he settled himself behind her.

Kagome nearly jumped out of the water when she heard his voice.

"Sesshomaru you scared me."

"I'm sorry love. I didn't mean to."

"I know." He wrapped his arms around her and kissed her neck. She turned around to face him, then kissed him.

He kicked her lips asking for entrance, which she gladly abligded to….

Sorry to leave you right there but I have to leave some sorta cliffy. But the next chapter will contain a lemon just so you know. Till next time. Ja ne!!
