Chapter 5
A few minutes later Miroku and Sango were gently placing Inuyasha and KLagome on Hachi's back. Hachi had arrived when Kikyou had been killed but he was hiding in the bushes.
Hachi carried everyone on his back except for Sango and Kohaku who were riding on the back of a transformed Kirara.
"Miroku will they be all right?" asked a worried shippo
"Yes as soon as we get to Kaedes we can tend to theyre wounds and they will be back to normal as fast as you can say "Tetsaiga"! he answered confidently
"Tetsaiga" Shippo mocked
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~
When they arrived at Kaedes it was late. Miroku jumped off of Hachi and ran into her hut yelling:
"Kaede, come quick, Kaede!"
Kaede woke up startled from the monks cries
"What is it Miroku?" She tiredly said while walking out of the hut.
"Oh My God bring them in quickly. Shippo go with Kirara and get some more wood for the fire behind the hut" she ordered in a more serious tone. Shippo obeyed.
While Kaede was giving orders the others had already laid the wounded Kagome and Inuyasha in the hut.
She walked in and looked them over.
"Sango you and who is this?" she asked looking at Kohaku
"Kaede this is Kohaku, he is free from Narakus spell, we or i mean Inuyasha killed Naraku."
"And my windtunnel is gone!" an excited Miroku added.
"Well Miroku, you and Kohaku go to the river and fill up 3 buckets of water, be careful ye two it is dark out!"
They obeyed and Miroku with 2 buckets went out of the hut followed by Kohaku with 1 bucket.
"Sango, go get Shippo and help him he is taking to long"
She obeyed
Kaede then pointed to Hachi "You go into that room and get the chest with medicines and herbs."
Hachi obeyed
Sango returned with an armload of firewood followed by Kirara with a sleeping Shippo on her back
"He couldnt lift the wood and it being so late and him being exhausted he callapsed. he is nly just a kid." Sango explained
Kaede nodded and Kirara put Shippo on a Futon in a corner of the room.
Miroku and Kohaku returned to the hut with the water, amazingly Kaede had already started a fire, but next to her was a box of matches that Kagome had given her awhile back.
She then shoooed the boys (Kohaku, Miroku and Hachi) into the other room and told them to stay until they were called.
Sango stayed and helped Kaede, while Shippo and Kirara slept in the corner.

About two hours later Kaede said "OK booys ye can come in now!"
Kagome and Inuyasha were still unconcious.
