SP:Hiya!I'm back with chapter 2!Yay!

Inu:She's hyper again.She's already climbed a tree and fell out of it.Who knows what she'll do next so beware!

RinD:Inu...shut up.No one will get hurt by SP.You know that.The only person she'd hurt is herself.And maybe you.

Inu:Why me?

RinD:Because...oh I don't know.

SP:Can I get back to my story peolpe?!

Inu/Rin:*nods*

SP:Thank you.Now on we go!

Chapter 2

"Ready guys?"Inuyasha asked.His brilliant amber eyes shone through the darkness so that Miroku and Sango could position him.

"Yup."the two answered.They silently walked to the door.Inuyasha popped the lock and waited for his friends to exit.Sango hugged Nina one last time before she left the room.The Sceme Team quietly made their way down the dark hallway.Sango was shaking madly.

"Miroku,I'm scared."she whispered.Miroku turned to her.

"It's alright Sango.A demon slayer like you can't be scared of the dark.Just think,we're finally gonna get out of here."Miroku slung one of his arms around Sango's shoulder to comfort her.

"Thanks Miroku.That helped a lot."Sango smiled.Inuyasha glared at them.

"If you two don't shut up,we're gonna get caught.Now hush!"he hissed silently.

"Well sor~ry.I was only helping Sango."Miroku shot back.

"Whatever.Just come on."Inuyasha moved to the side of the hall."Wait!Someone's coming.Get against the wall.Hurry!"Sango and Miroku rushed to to stand against the wall.Sure enough,Kikyo passed by them.Inuyasha stuck his tongue out at her as she passed him.He wanted to trip her,but thought best not to.He instead crept silently to the destined door.Miroku and Sango appeared besides him.

"Wish me luck."Inuyasha sighed.

"Good luck."his two buds cheered.Inuyasha stuck his sharpest and thinest claw into the lock and began to work.Sango and Miroku waited quietly as they heard clicks and clanks come from the lock.Then finally they heard a big click.They looked at Inuyasha who had a wide smile on his face.

"Sceme Team,meet freedom."Inuyasha pushed the door open.The 3 kids smiled as they felt a wind rush past their faces.

"I can't believe it.We're out.We're free!"Miroku ran past his friends and began to hop around,happily humming.Sango joined him.Inuyasha let them frolick for a minute before he hushed them.

"Come on guys.We still need to get away from here before they catch us."Inuyasha walked down the alley.Sango and Miroku hurried to catch up.Once they were on the street Sango decided to ask.

"So where are we going now?"

"When I was little,I remember a big forest that no one goes to anymores and I was thinking we could live there.We could build the tree house we always wanted there.The forest isn't that far away."Inuyasha said.

"Well let's go then!I don't want to wait here forever!"Miroku said with a smile.Inuyasha nodded and lead the way down the street.Down to their new home.

"Oh look at this tree!It's really big!I think this one will be good.Don't ya'll think so?"Sango looked above her.A willow stood proudly in front of her.It had huge branches that shot out a good 20 feet.It had tree house written all over it.Inuyasha and Miroku walked over to see what the demon exterminator had found.The boys smiled as they too looked up at the mighty tree.

"Well...let's get started Miroku.We found the tree,so now we need stuff to build a tree house.It has to be really big too.It'll be the bestest tree in the whole world."Inuyasha grinned.

"I know where we could get some wood and building stuff."Miroku said.

"Where?"Sango asked.

"There was a building place somewhere here in town.I remember seeing it when I was going to the foster home.It can't be too fars away from here."Miroku pointed to the left."I think it's that way."

"Well let's go!"Inuyasha ran to the beginning of the forest.Miroku and Sango ran to catch up.

"You need to go slower Inuyasha.We can't run as fast as you can."Sango panted.Inuyasha rolled his eyes.

"Slow pokes.I'll go on ahead and see if I can spot the place.Okay?"Inuyasha sighed.

"K."the two besides him agreed.Inuyasha ran off to scout ahead.He ran for a good bit before he spotted a place with a ton of wood around it.

"This must be the place.I'll just grab some wood now so I won't waist time."the little hanyou said as he reached for the nearest pile of stacked wood.He grabbed as much as he could,then ran off to find his buds.

"Are we done yet?My legs hurt and I can't feel my arms anymore."Sango moaned.The group had collected as much wood and other materials that they could,and now,they were beginning to tire.Only Inuyasha wasn't.

"Oh come on Sango,all you carried were the hammers and that stuff.You can't possibly be THAT tired."Inuyasha said.He was getting a little tired of the girls constant complaining.

"Inuyasha,let Sango rest.She isn't as strong as you are and she is a girl.Be nice."Miroku sat down on a fallen log.

"No.If she wants to live in our tree house,she's gotta do as much work as we do.Girl or not.I don't care."Inuyasha barked.Miroku sighed and hung his head.

"Why must you be such a dumb dumb?You can be a real pain in the ass sometimes."the young monk said.

"Thanks for the compliment.Now let's move!I don't think that tree house will magically built itself.And Sango,no more damn complaining.I don't want to hear another moan or groan out of you."

"Who said you could boss me around?Your not my mommy or daddy."Sango huffed.

"I don't want to be your mommy or daddy and I said I could!Now move it!"Inuyasha fumed.Sango marched past him mumbling something about 'stupid doggie hanyous and their thinking 'I'm the boss and I can tell you what to do'attitudes.'Miroku followed her.

"You need to work on your people skills Inuyasha."Miroku said as he passed the hanyou.

"Whatever."Inuyasha snorted before he took off.

"OWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"Miroku screamed for the fifth time that day.(It's the next day.They all slept under the tree.)He grabbed his finger and stuck it in his mouth.

"For crying out loud Miroku,how many times are you gonna crunch your stupid fingers with a hammer?!"Inuyasha groaned from his position in the tree.The little boy on the ground only whimpered and held back tears.Sango ran over to Miroku.

"It's okay Miroku.Here,let me see your finger,"Miroku took his finger from his mouth and showed it to Sango.It was a velvet color."Good thing I grabbed some supplies before we left.I've gotta act like your mommy."Sango laughed as she finished doctoring Miroku's finger.

"Arigatou Sango.I feel much better."Miroku sniffled.Sango nodded and shooed him off.She then returned to her spot on a fallen log.Inuyasha snorted in annoyance before he turned around to complete his job.

"How can humans be such bakas?Why me?Why do I have to be the one stuck with these two?"Inuyasha paused and looked to his 2 human friends."But I guess they're better than having no friends at all."the hanyou smiled and continued his rapping on the wood beneath him with the hammer.He then frowned when he once again,heard Miroku's girlish scream.

"Wow.It looks so big."Sango gaped at the now finished tree house.

"It has to be.Inuyasha needs his room.I've learn't that."Miroku laughed.Inuyasha growled at him.

"Shaddup.I might just give you another boo boo on your head."Inuyasha sneered.Miroku grimaced.Sango frowned.

"Inuyasha...hush.You now as well as I do that teasing Miroku here will get us nowhere."the girl patted Miroku to give comfort.Inuyasha snorted.

"Keh.Even if it won't get us nowhere,I like teasing him.He does me,so why can't I?"

"Because...your teasing is too harsh."Sango backed up.

"Can we onegai go inside?The bugs out here are starting to irritate me."Miroku interrupted.Inuyasha and Sango glared at him,but agreed.Sango and Miroku climbed the ladder as Inuyasha jumped to the porch of their new home.

"Welcome home friends!"Sango said as she placed an arm on both boys shoulders."Welcome home."The 3 of them walked in.It was so empty.

"I guess we need to fill this place up.But how?"Miroku asked.

"I know a way...But ya'll won't like it.It what I had to do before I came to the foster home."Inuyasha murmured.

"You don't mean..."Inuyasha nodded as Sango gasped "We're gonna have to STEAL?But that's so wrong."

"It's the only way we can get stuff.Besides...you can get all the stuff you wanted if you steal.I did."Inuyasha smiled weakly.

"I have to agree with Inuyasha.It is the only way.But it is wrong.What if we get caught?"Miroku looked at Inuyasha.

"We won't.I promise.So are you with us Sango?"Inuyasha smiled at the girl,showing his small fangs.

"Hai.I am.Even if I have this bad feeling in my gut,I'll steal.For the Sceme Team's sake."Sango smiled brightly back.

"I know...I have the same feeling.But we can get over it.The Sceme Team is way to good to give in easily."Miroku said.

"You mean to dense."Inuyasha joked.

"Look whos talking,Mister No brains."Sango giggled.

"Hey!I do too have brains!"Inuyasha barked back.

"You do,but you never use them."Miroku chuckled.Inuyasha 'hmph'ed and sat down,looking at the wall.Miroku could have sworn that he saw steam come from Inuyasha's ears.

"Oh come on Inuyasha,don't get mad.We were only joking.Don't be mad."Sango said.

"Who said I was mad?"Inuyasha shot up and started to chase his friends around."I'm ANGRY!"Sango and Miroku laughed as they tried to get away from the fuming hanyou.No luck came.Inuyasha pounched onto them easily.He then softened his expression.Miroku looked to Sango,confused.Before he got an answer from her,they were both being tickled.They laughed hard.Inuyasha laughed as well.It was good to have friends.He learnt this.It was even better to have friends who lived with you and cared for you.He smiled as he stopped his attack.He sat cross legged and looked to his now panting friends.

"What do we do now?"he asked.

"I guess we need to get working on getting food and room stuff up.It would be nice to have this place full.It looks scary like this.So quiet,so dark,so...empty."Sango shivered.

"Well let's get going."Inuyasha hopped down to the ground.Sango and Miroku soon joined him.They all smiled at each other and made their way to town.
