It was several weeks later. Maeghan and the girls had gotten along very well with the boys. Maeghan especially, but just as a friend. She was really friendly, since she was new to this whole country. Miroku had gone out with Sango a couple of times…they were pretty serious and in love. Inu Yasha was a swinging single, whereas Kagome hooked up with this guy name Houjo…everyone hated him, but put up with him since Kagome had to. No one knew why they wee dating…but they went a long with it all.

Maeghan looked around her room. She was tired and would have collapsed on the bed. She accidentally bumped into someone…Remus.

"Hey," she almost fell asleep on him.

"Hey…look, I didn't really know how I was going to do this, but I have something to give to you…I couldn't say it to you, but I decided I could find it on Kazaa!" Maeghan sleepily grinned, and accepted a CD from him.

"Thanks!" she said to his retreating back.

"Ya…" He walked off.

Maeghan popped the CD into her player, hoping that it would be nice a soothing. It was.

"Another day is going by

Maeghan had a tear rolling out of her closed lids. She fell asleep dreaming of Remus and what to say.

The song, it had perfectly represented her past. She was just about to go over to Remus' room, when she got a call.

"Hello?"

"Hello, Maeghan? This is Andrew…the guy from the airport."

"Oh…hi, look Andrew, I'm kind of busy right now, could I call you back."

"No…I need to talk to you…or I might chicken out."

"That's kind of sweet, but I'm really busy."

"Look, Maeghan I just wanted to ask if you'd come see a movie with me tonight…is that alright?"

"Um…sure I guess." She said it before she could react.

Remus heard the whole conversation. Maeghan turned to see him outside her door.

"Look, Remy…I need to tell you something." She said, pushing him into her room, and closing the door.
