A/N- I changed the first chapter and I apologize sincerely for not adding any more chapters. The reason is I had a very evil writer's block for a few months and with school and all, it got worse. "Urgh, brmgh!" Kagome mumbled angrily as she climbed to the top of the well. Her face was flustered as she reached the top. Usually when she did go through the well, she was light as the wind; ok maybe not that light, but not as today. Something was wrong or she was going insane.
As her feet took her to Kaede's hut, a dreadful thought came into play, ~What if it was her monthly you-know-what that was causing this "extra weight"!? ~ She screamed mentally and was dumbstruck at the thought, freezing in the Inuyasha forest. Birds flew by, but she still remained, how to say, "frozen".
Little would she know that the dog eared mongrel named Inuyasha was on his way, only because he had took in her extreme womanly "essence" and had mistaken it for her being in trouble. You couldn't blame him, after all the last woman he had smelt that smell had been Kikyo, and that was over fifty years ago. Over time, dog boy had forgotten what that meant, even with his own animal instincts (a/n- since dogs and other sensitive nose animals no when you are having that "special time" they act more affectionate towards you in their own way, unlike Inuyasha XP >.<)…
As the jumping monkey, he lunged and jumped from tree to tree to investigate, this "new" kind of smell. Meanwhile at Kaede's hut, Miroku and Sango were having an argument, "The correct way to put a young child sleep." Since poor old Shippo had gotten ill with the cold, he became restless and needed to rest but couldn't. So as any "involved" couple, they debated each other instead of focusing on Shippo, the sick fox boy. Usually they would agree, but earlier that day, Miroku had groped Sango many a time when she hadn't been looking, and Sango had hit Miroku with Hirakotsu many a time as well though she still was very mad about it.
As we go focus on the lost in thought Kagome and the curious hanyou, things had seemed to gotten weirder by the minute. He came and sniffed her, and could still smell the luring odor. Inuyasha stared at Kagome with a "Is this a joke or something" face once he looked around a bit and nothing came up. BUT wait… he never checked her body, maybe that was where it was coming from. Inuyasha was dead nervous at first, but gained confidence once he came up with a reason. Hopefully it would defend him or Kagome would slaughter him, the poor lamb…
