How can you mend a broken heart…

Whose shards are scattered to the far winds of Massachusetts

How can you go on saying "And the sun will shine"

When you have to keep asking yourself if you're dead or alive

They say to me "Let there be love."

But how can there be love in lonely days as these

I don't want to live inside myself

I want to see the first of May

Tomorrow, tomorrow…

Will I ever see the light of tomorrow

Then a voice inside, like a melody fair calls to me saying…

"Don't forget to remember…words are the key to your sanctuary…"

And it is words that will bring me the morning of my life.
