Kagome awakened in a white room surrounded by people she had never seen before and an annoying beeping noise.
"W..who are you where am I?" she asked as she looked at all of them. "Kagome you're at the hospital, your friends called the cops." one of the doctors told her.Memories of last night came rushing back to her,and she lowered her gaze to her bandaged and bruised body.
"Lets continue this talk outside" A cop said and the group of strangers left the room and her friends and family entered.
"Where's my dad?" she asked her aunt. " He's in jail right now, he going on trial for what he did to you." she told Kagome. Kagome didn't say anything else. Sango didn't know what to say none of the kids did.
"There is more" Her aunt said.
"What is it?" Kagome asked her, "what else could there be?" she wondred.
"Kagome its standard in a rape case to give a pregnacy test and it turns out that your almost four months" Kimi,her aunt said sadly.Kagome was shocked she was only 13 years old and she was having a baby, "No!, I don't want it this can't be true how could he do this to me" she cried.
"Shh, Kagome it'll be okay if you want we can put the baby up for adoption, but it's too late to get an abortion." Her Aunt Kimi told her.Kagome hated Naraku even more now, and most likely she would have to go to his trial.
"I can't" Kagome cried "I can't give my baby up"
~5 weeks later at the trial~
Kagome sat in the court room along with her Aunt Kimi and Kikyo, Naraku looked like he didn't have a care in the world, his lawyer had told him that Kagome was pregnant, the trial was over it was sentencing day for him. He turned his head and saw Kagome and winked at her.Kagome almost hurled at his plain display indifference.No guilt,no remorse,nothing.
"Mr. Ongiumo is there anything you wish to addresss to the court before your sentencing is read?"The judge asked.
Naraku stood up and gave a devilish grin "Your honor this trial is nonsense" Naraku said "I didn't rape Kagome Higurashi,she gave her self to me".
"You liar!" Kagome screamed. "You raped me overe and over again!" she screamed.
"Order in the courtroom!" The Judge bellowed. Naraku turned to look at Kagome as her Aunt tried to calm her down.
"Rape is such a strong word love" Naraku said"You said over and over again but did you once tell anybody..thought so you liked it didn't you Kagome"
"You runied my life I'm pregnant because of you, I hope you rot in hell!" she screamed, before running out of the court room.
"Kagome the baby" Her aunt yelled as she ran after her,Kikyo was again crying now she didn't understand how all of this could happen tp such a nice and caring person.
"Mr. Onigumo it seems that you have no regerets as to waht you have done, I hve no choice but to sentance you to the maxium time of 15 to 25 years to life" The judge said.The judge slammed his hammer onto the desk and a laughing Naraku was dragged away.
"This case is closed" The judge said,Kikyo slowly got up and went in search for her cousin and mother to tell them the good news.
