Souta had just turned two and Kagome,Azari, and Ryuho, had run down to the post office to mail the video and the pictures to Kikyo and her friends while Kagome's grandparents watched Souta.
"Azari?" Kagome said.
"Yeah Kagome" Azari said as they began the walk back to the shrine.
"Why are your brothers traitors?" Kagome asked referring to last years video and the one she just mailed.
"Oh well its more of Sesshomaru being a traitor than Inuyasha" Azari said.
"Why though?" Kagome asked.
"Its a long story" Azari said.
"We have time" Kagome said "It'll take a while to get home"
"Well it all began when me and Sesshou were around five in human years" Azari said "Dad had been caught cheating with another woman and he swore to are mother that it was over never telling us about are four year old half brother"
Kagome nodded to show she was paying attention as Azari continued. "My mother found out about Inuyasha when we nine and they got a divorce even though Inu-youkai mate for life"
"But then how did they divorce?" Kagome asked.
"In the human way" Azari said "But in demon terms they were still together, so we still all lived in the same house thats up until three years ago"
"What happened?" Kagome asked.
"Izayo" Azari said "She couldn't stand sharing her mate with another so they moved away and Sesshou went with them"
"Oh thats so sad I'm so sorry, but why would Sesshoumaru go with his stepmother instead of staying with your guys mom?" she asked as they continued the long walk home.
"Because he is the heir to fathers business and the western lands" Azari said "And although he hated father for leaving us he wanted to get to know his brother and step mom"
"I see,so have you two even spoken since then?" Kagome asked Azari.
"Not really there's not much to say to each other. Though sometimes I would like to talk to Inuyasha." she told her.
"Well as soon as my training is finished you can see both of your brothers" Kagome said "And speaking of training when should we start Souta's?"
"I say now he's smart enough to understand waht's going on around him. Hey Kagome on a more serious issue is that bastard that did this to you, has he tried to contact you or anything since he's been in jail?" Azari asked.
"Not that I know of" Kagome said "But Grandma or Grandpa could be hiding the letters or what ever he sends if he does"
"Hmm, you might want to look around when they're not there, just to be on the safe side." she told her. Kagome nodded her head.
"I can't wait to see my friends and Aunt again." she said as they finally made it back to the shrine.
"I'm looking forward to it too" Azari said.As the two were walking up the shrine steps Ryuho jumped out from out of nowhere and scared the two girls.They both screamed and Kagome almost fell down the stairs as Ryuho laughed.
"Always the quiet ones" Kagome said grabbing her chest where her heart was.
"You should see your faces." Ryuho said as he continued to laugh, "hey Kagome the mail just came I was getting ready to take it in the house, but I saw a letter addressed to you." he told her and handed her the letter.
"Is it him?" Azari asked.thats when Kagome shoved the letter at her friend.
"Read it"Kagome said.
"Hello my love, It has been a while by now you have given birth to my son, yes I know you had a boy. I was suprised how ever that you would go and live with that wretch of a woman.But that can't be helped now. if you're reading this than that means you fianlly recived one of my letters, I hope that you're keeping your body in shape.the next time were 'together' I want to see that same figure I lusted for 2 years ago.Though I'm sure ceartain parts of you have grown, I guess you're wondering how I know so much about what is going on with you?, that is my secret. I have forgiven you for sending me to jail I realize it was that bitch you call an Aunt that made you do this, and for that your Aunt will pay.Im sure your tired of reading about business so lets talk about pleasure,soon my love i'll be able to hear you scream in pain just like the first time I took you--" Azari read but Kagome's sobs cut her off.
"Please stop reading" Kagome begged knowing what was coming.
"Blah blah blah blah love daddy" Azari finished.
"I hate him so much, Azari." Kagome cried.
"What a sick freak." Azari said.
"I don't understand how he even knows where I am." Kagome said as she took the letter from Azari and tore it up.Ryuho was speechless,he knew about Kagome's past but he didn't think it was that bad.
Kagome was no longer in the mood to practice. "Hey do you mind if we skip prcatice for the day I'd rather be by myself for a while?" she asked them.
"Yeah we can start Souta's training if you'd like?" Azari asked.
"Yeah, you can handle him on your own right?" Kagome asked her.
"Yeah, go rest I'll tell your grandparents that your just tired." Azari told her. Kagome smiled and the three went in the house and Kagome went up to her room while Azari and Ryhou went to find Kagome's grandparents and Souta.
"Kaede-Sama,Totosai-Sama" Azari said as they finally found the trio "Kagome-Chan has went to rest and has requested that me and Ryuho-Kun start Souta-Chan's training" she said with a respectful bow.
"Is she alright?" Kaede asked.
"She's just a little tired that's all." Azari told her.
"I see, okay take Souta he's been running around alot today, so you have to keep an eye on him." Kaede told her. Azari nodded her head. She picked up Souta and she and Ryhou left the shrine to go in the dojo. Kagome sat on her bed, her mind going over a what she was just read in the letter.Her eyes then traveled over to her newly bought computer,Grandma Kaede was going to wait until after her traing but Kagome had become depressed after sending the video so after she completed quite a few miko techniques and basic karate they had taken her to radio shack. Getting everything besides a web cam for the slim chance of someone Naraku hired finding her through a chat room.
Kagome walked over to her computer and went online and saw that Sango was online.She wondered also how Souta was doing with his lessons.Ryhou and Azari put Souta down, and let him run around.
"He has to much enegery for a two year old." Ryhou said. "Hey did you ever see a picture of Kagome's dad Azari?" Ryhou asked.
"No but she did say that Naraku looks alot like Souta" Azari said.
"Hmm, okay well let's get him started on his lessons." he said.
"Souta" azari called "Do you want to be big and strong like Ryuho?" she asked.
"You forgot handsome too." Ryuho said. Azari smiled at him. Souta smiled at Azari.
"Mommy says Im already handsome" Souta said "I want to be strong like mommy"
"And that you're."Azari said.
"Mommy crys at night time."Souta said as Ryuho brought a mat over.
"Why does mommy cry?" Azari asked.
"She says she's sad" Souta said.
"Did she tell you why?" Azari asked.
"All she says is that is has something to do with my dad." he said. Ryuho looked at Azari.
"Yeah" Souta said "She says daddy hurt her and if i see him to run away and tell a cop"
"That's good Souta but I don't think that you have to worry about seeing your father ever." Azari told him.
"And if you do, you'll be strong enough to beat him" Ryuho said "So lets make you strong like mommy"They began his lessons with medation all three sat in slience. Kagome had begun talking to Sango on Yahoo messanger.

Demon Slayer: Well I can't wait to see you in person how much longer?
Souta's Mom Has Got It Going On: Same here, Im not sure my training will be over in a year or two I will be home before Souta's 6th birthday I promise
Demon Slayer:Two years!, we have to wait that long, this sucks you'll be 17 by the time we see you again.

Demon Slayer: Still you'll be out of school and we'll be getting ready to go off to college

Demon Slayer: I guess so, so have you decided if you're going to stay by yourself or not?
Souta's Mom Has Got It Going On: Im not sure, I know it would be easier If I got an apartment with a friend or two hell with all the money that would be rolling in maybe even a house but I wouldn't want to be a bother with my son and all
Demon Slayer: Well maybe when you come back here we can get a plce together
Souta's Mom Has Got It Going On: I would feel terrible, you would be going off to college while I sit and rot on your couch looking for a job at wacdonalds
Demon Slayer: you can go to Souta would be in school by then.
Souta's Mom Has Got It Going On: yeah Kaede has me workin super hard to get a scholarship,but what about collega parties im sure you would want to throw?
Demon Slayer: I can always just go to the parties, or your Aunt can watch him on those nights, we'll work it out.
Souta's Mom Has Got It Going On: kay if we can get Kikyo and Azari maybe even Ryuho and the boys we could spring for a house
Demon Slayer: I doubt Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru are going to want to live with their sister.
