History repeats itself, just in a different way

Inuyasha stared at Kikyo. Courtney just had a sad look on her face. Inuyasha then looked at Courtney and seen that she was ok, but she really wasn't.

"Kikyo, I don't know why you just gave me that look but, I don't care Inuyasha is just a friend to me."

Inuyasha started at Courtney, and was not too happy about what she said but then remembered what happen to him and Kikyo 50 years before.

"Kikyo I don't care about what happen between you and Inuyasha 50 years ago right now. I only care to see Naraku dead, so why don't you, Inuyasha, Miroku, Sango and everyone else get out of here for I can kill Naraku with out any one getting in my way."

Everyone besides for Sango, and Miroku left the area.

"What am I doing I should be back there helping Courtney but why am I here with Kikyo. She pinned me to a tree for 50 years. Naraku turned Kikyo and I against each other." Inuyasha said to himself.

"Inuyasha, let's forget about the past. We can start over from the beginning, begin a new life together, in the world of the dead."

"Kikyo, I love you and I always will but my heart lies with Courtney."

"I see Inuyasha, but we will embrace hell together."

"Courtney be careful don't breath in too much miasma." Sango warned her.

"I'm a half demon, you two are humans get out of here or you will die because of it. Now leave!"

Sango and Miroku ran in the direction Inuyasha, Kikyo, and Shippo went in. When Sango and Miroku meet up with Inuyasha, they saw Kikyo leaving in the distance.

"Naraku you will die now! You will pay for all the innocent people you killed."

"I really don't think so Courtney."

"I've been hearing that a lot from you lately Naraku and I'm really getting sick and tried of hearing it!"

Courtney lunged at Naraku with her sword. Naraku filled the air with large amounts of miasma. Courtney then fell to her knees coughing. Naraku vanished.

"Coward! Get back here Naraku." Courtney then thought of what Kikyo said earlier. Courtney ran off into the opposite side of the forest that Inuyasha and the others went in. Courtney went way out of the reach of Inuyasha finding her.

Courtney was standing right by a big tree when she fell to the ground because she was so weak from the fight. The miasmas caused her to breath harder, and make it harder to move. Kikyo then appeared.

"Courtney, Inuyasha will come to hell with me. He will not stay with you."

" I'm not stopping you, take him with you." Courtney said in a sad voice.

"Inuyasha will forget, and forgive the past. He will start over with me from the beginning and start a new life with me in the world of the dead."

"I don't know about forgive the past but, then take him with you into hell."

"You don't get it Courtney. He refuses because of you. So now all of that will change. It's your turn, history will now repeat itself."

"What?!"

Kikyo pulled out her bow and arrow and pinned Courtney to the tree just like she did to Inuyasha 50 years ago. Courtney fainted.

"Well now, that takes care of that. Inuyasha will embrace hell with me. We will be together again now that Courtney is out of the way. I'm sure Naraku will be pleased as well." Kikyo said with a big grin on her face walking away slowly into the sun set going back out to search for Inuyasha to take him to hell.
