InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ New Demons ❯ Nice meeting.... ( Chapter 3 )

My body started to grow, at least four feet. That human or what ever it was that I took the form of was small! The ragged clothes upon my body begain to shrink. My friend, KiaKarie, threw me some of her old clothes. I tore the dress that was now a shirt in half, putting on a purple and white haori. I slipped it over my head and slipped on the tight pants she threw at me. Quickly I punch a hole in the back so that my tail may stick out. " Thanks. " I muttered, all she did was stand crossing her arms and looking up at the sky. " What's wrong? " I asked worriedly walking over to her, my hands in my pocket and my black tail swaying.

" I saw the strangest demon on my way to rescue you... " Her voice trailed off. I've never heard her voice like it did then, was it something to do with her past? Her past was never bad, maybe she found someone she likes... " Really? Was he cute? " I looked at her face that pointed to the sky. My tail swayed around my waist to look like a belt, smiling hoping to get her tone to change alittle. She smiled some, I guess she was remembering what he looks like. " He was fire... like in the middle of the night. " She chuckled, " but he had a girl hanging off of him.... " I nearly fell over. " He didn't by chance have silver hair and dog ears did he? " My voice nice and clam, at least trying to be. She turned and looked at me with astonishment. " How did you know? " A sweat drop appeared and I rubbed the back of my head. " Good guess? " I asked. She nodded and averted her gaze back to the sky.

~~~~ Back to the village. ~~~~

" Kaede are you okay? " Inu Yasha asked. The old lady groaned and sat up in the bed he made when she was knocked out. " Yes.. do not fret over me Inu Yasha. " From the door in walked Kagome with some fresh water and a rag. " You took a great deal of a knot. " Kagome laughed alittle damping the rag into the cool water. " What happened? " She asked. " All I remember is seeing the little girl you were looking for and a blur... " She trailed off. " Hm.. " Inu Yasha stood looking to the burned out fire next to the broken cage. " Odd.. who would want that little brat. " He walked over to the bent bars. " I do Inu Yasha. " Kagome blurted out. " She was just so cute. "

" You like anything. " He said turning to her. " It was another demon. Maybe it ate her. " plainly said and he walked out. Kagome set down the water next to Kaede, running after him she yelled, " Don't say that! " He only huffed which made her mad. " Sit boy! " She stood straight up, her eyes closed, and her hands balled up. With a loud crash there was another hole in the village. " You fucking bitch! " He mummbled from the ground. The villagers stared and a few children laughed and pointed. " When I get this damned thing off your thoat will be on the ground! " He yelled with his eyes blazing with anger. He looked at her breifly and walked the other way. " Inu Yasha i'm sorry. " She cooed after him, her hand stretched out toward him. She crossed her arms and followed behind him, the dark starting to take affect on her now that she wasn't near Inu Yasha. " It gets really cold out here you know.. " She said breaking the silence between them as the lights of the village dissapear.

His arms crossed and his hands in the sleeves. " Yea.. " He called back not wanting to speak with her.

~~~~ Back to KiaKarie and Ice ~~~~

Ice looked back with her piercing blue eyes to the woods. " Inu Yasha... " She whispered. " What? " KiaKarie looked back to her friend. " Who is Inu Yasha? " " Someone who is cruel to children. " She took her hands out of her pocket and crossed them over the haori. " Gee sounds like you. " KaiKarie smirked. " He does not! " yelled Ice. Kaikarie only nodded like she was lying, then the scent hit KaiKarie. " It's that demon that I saw! " She told Ice. " You mean... ew.. " Ice gave her a sickening look, " That's wrong. " KaiKarie tackled Ice into the bushes as Inu Yasha and Kagome walk out from the woods. " I could of sworen I smelt her here. " He turned around. Kagome poked his nose and smiled, " Maybe it's broken. " " Oh my god that dumbass! " Ice whispered before getting slapped by Kaikarie. " Shut up. " She whispered back.

" That's it! " Ice yelled. " I'm sick of you pushing me around! " She stood up in plain sight. " Your going to die! " She jumped down on KaiKarie and tossed her out of the bushes. " Calm down! " Kaikarie screamed landing by Inu Yasha's feet, she layed on her side her kimono ripping. " Neveruh! " Ice pounced on Kaikarie her nails extended. KaiKarie quickly moved rolling to a sitting potion as Ice stabbed into Inu Yasha's foot instead of KaiKarie's face. " Fuck! " Inu Yasha took his foot from my claws that dug into his skin. He held his foot close to him, Kagome stood there in disbeif. " You... you filthy demon! " Kagome once again pointed a finger at me. I stood up and pointed my finger that had Inu Yasha's blood from his foot. " You stupid ignorant fool! I'm tired of you yelling at me like i'm some kind of a child! " She yelled at the black haired girl.
