No moon Date

It was a beautiful night as Kagome was walking with her friends in the park. It was the first time in a while since Kagome has been with her friends seeing as she always had to deal with dog boy following her around. She could never have some alone time to herself without the hanyou yelling at her to hurry up and detect more jewel shards before Naraku gets the entire jewel.

`He just doesn't understand.' Kagome thought as she began walking with her friends to the movies, they decided to take the scenic route through the park. Kagome rolled her eyes as she heard her friends talking about how that cute guy who passed by them had a nice butt and an adorable face. The guy blushed as Kagome's friends stopped him to scope him out.

`Typical…they sure haven't changed.' Kagome thought as she watched her friends flirt.

`I wish Inuyasha was here…he could probably find something fun to do…Wait a minute, what did I just say?!?! All Inuyasha cares about are his stupid jewel! Like he is the fun outgoing type! I totally have to stop thinking about him right now!' Kagome mentally kicked herself but then blushed at the thought of having Inuyasha with her in her time. `Even if he isn't the outgoing type, it would still be cool if he was here…with no Miroku, Kikyo, or Koga hunting us down then we could have a nice quiet night to ourselves. That would be so cool.' Kagome looked down and sighed admiring sighs whenever she thought about having a quiet night of just her and Inuyasha. Just then, one of Kagome's friends, Eri, came over and decided to have a little fun and tease her.

"Hey Kagome, what'cha blushin' over? Thinking about your boyfriend?"

Kagome immediately opened her eyes and glared at Eri giving her a `Do you know what you have just done?!' look. Eri winked at her and snickered. She always got a kick out of teasing Kagome. Kagome immediately got prepared for what was coming next… the questions. `Here we go' Kagome thought and the minute Ayumi and Yuka heard `boyfriend', as if on cue, they immediately ditched the guy they were flirting with and ran over to Kagome. The boy, immediately sensed this was his time to escape and he ran faster than Koga before anyone could notice he was gone.

"Dreaming about your boyfriend again?" Eri reiterated with a smiling grin

"SO NOT!" Kagome yelled at Eri

"Oh, so you are saying you do have a boyfriend then?" Eri chirped back at her.

`Uh oh' Kagome thought as Eri and the rest of them looked at her. They began to move in on Kagome, eying her like she was some type of circus freak.

"You DO Kagome?!?!?!??" They all screamed in unison. They were shocked usually Kagome would totally them her gossip! A girl not telling her girl friends gossip is like a girl's phone not working after the captain of the football team asked her out! (A/n That's a bad thing! ^_^)

"I DO NOT HAVE A BOYFRIEND! WE ARE JUST FRIENDS!" Kagome wasn't fooling anyone. They all knew that she was lying. She loved Inuyasha and she knew he loved her back. They just never told each other how they felt before.

"So, what's he like?" They all asked. They were freaking Kagome out. They were all talking the same and it felt like they were blinking and breathing the same.

"I'm not telling…he is just an arrogant jerk who is in love with a dead girl that wants to drag him down to hell that's all…" Kagome looked at her friends to see what they thought of what she just said. They didn't believe anything that just came out her mouth. They just walked a little bit away from Kagome and started whispering.

`This doesn't look so good.' Kagome thought as she watched her friends huddle together and whisper. `What are they talking about?'

"Care to create a plan girls?" Ayumi asked her fellow companions.

"Totally lets…**whispers the plan**!" Yuka said.

"I am so up for that, she would have to tell her after that!" Eri said.

"I'm glad we know our Kagome so well!" Ayumi giggled.

"YUP!" Yuka and Eri said.

The girls all winked at each other and started to walk towards Kagome like nothing.

"Alright, we have decided to just drop the conversation and let you keep your secret admirer secret." Eri said.

"Yes, if you don't want to tell us, that is totally fine with us" Ayumi said.

"Totally!" Yuka said.

Kagome was really confused and didn't trust it. But she decided to let her guard down anyway.

"Whatever" Kagome said, "C'mon lets go to the movies before we can't even watch anything!"

"Agreed." They all said.

As they began to walk Kagome was in front of them and when she turned to look in front of her Yuka, Ayumi, and Eri ran towards her screaming.

"NOW!"
