Chapter 4: date tallyho!

"We are here!" Kagome exclaimed. They stopped in front of an arcade and Kagome pushed him through the door.

"WHAT IS THIS PLACE?!" Inuyasha was quite startled at all the moving pictures and all the people.

"Oh come on!" Kagome said buying tokens and taking them through all the games. There were games where couples would go so that their boyfriends would win girlfriends prizes so she immediately pushed him in that section.

"Wow Ranma! You are so strong!" she heard her friend from school, Akane, say. Ranma just won a plushy dog from the `test your strength' machine for her.

Kagome knew that Inuyasha could beat the pants off of Ranma so she took him to the machine. On their way there three more people were leaving with a cute little bunny under the guys arm and the girl making his ego grow.

"Wow Tamahome! You almost broke that machine with your superior strength!" the guy smiled

"Thanks Miaka." Then their friend popped out of nowhere startling Inuyasha and Kagome.

"Yes Tamahome your skills are quite exquisite no da!" The guy smiled some more.

"Thanks Chichiri."

Kagome rolled her eyes as two more couples came out.

"Yusuke you are so strong!"

"It was nothing Keiko!"

"Golly Kazuma! You almost broke the machine with your strength!"

"Anything to make you happy my sweet Yukina! I just pretended that the target was Uramaeshi's face and I almost broke it!"

"Sure Kuwabara that's the only reason you won! The machine cant fight back and I bet if it did EVEN THAT would be more than enough for you!" Yusuke said laughing

"SHUT UP URAMESHI!"

"Whatever!"

Kagome began to giggle at the fight scene about to break out and began to drag Inuyasha towards the prize game room.

"Wait Kagome! I want to see if that Ur-a-me-shi kid wins! He kind of reminds me of Sesshomaru and I!" Inuyasha said with a pout.

"Come on Inuyasha! With your strength you can break the machine!" Kagome wanted a plushy animal. She was never strong for those machines although she never really tried. She never wanted to humiliate herself in front of all those people watching. Plus, even the machine makes fun of you when you get a low score! And Kagome doesn't want to face that humiliation!

The plush toys you get at that machine were so cute and Kagome was finally going to get one. Inuyasha was still confused.

"What is this place Kagome? What mac-hine? What IS a `mac-hine' thing? What are you even talking about?!" Inuyasha was getting very confused.

"I'll show you when we get there now hurry up!" Kagome couldn't wait to get her hands on that new stuffed animal.
