Night Time VI

Inuyasha's saw her from the corner of his eyes, she was sneaking off into the woods again. "Fuck Sango, you are like a bitch in heat. What the hell has gotten into to you this last month?" he asked and silently jumped down from the tree he had been resting in. One night both Kagome and Miroku had awakened, noticing that both Sango and Inuyasha were missing. They talked and Miroku told Kagome that he too had noticed the change between their friends. Kagome was not jealous, the love she had for Inuyasha had turned into friendship. Miroku told her that he felt the same about Sango. They made a little bet - how long would it take for the two to get together? Miroku said two months and Kagome guessed three months. Who ever lost would make a really fancy dinner.

Inuyasha fell back from the group waiting for Sango to catch up with him. He could see that she was in deep thought and he smirked. "Ohh I wonder what my little night flower is thinking about…?" he thought when he saw her cheeks grow redder.

- What?!! he snarled.
