Prologue: No Longer an Insubordination

 

 

Kagome didn't know why she even tried to change. He lied to over and over again. He said he loved her. He abused her heart her love.

 

 

He says you don't belong

He says you're not meant to be

On the face of this world

 

 

She knew she had an obligation. Did he have to through it in her face that she didn't belong. But she also knew she did belong, because even if she wasn't strong, she was the reason, InuYasha was back, she is the Shikon no Tama Guardian.

 

 

He says you're an insubordination

He tries to put you down

He says you are dirt

 

 

How can someone who wasn't and isn't even liked call another person dirt? It's not right. She loved him and he was the that always went to the clay pot not her.

 

 

HE says you mean nothing

HE says you're an insubordination

HE says you're ugly

To put you down

 

 

How do you trust someone who calls you the insubordination? How can you stick around knowing he thought nothing of you? It hurts. It hurts a lot, to know that you're only his shard detector.

 

 

But you're beautiful

You're amazing

You believe what you hear

You slowly destroy your beauty

 

 

She longer wanted to stick around. So she ran. If only she could see the beauty she held. Anyone she asked Youkai or human alike. She had grown. They had been defeated Naraku. So she stuck around anyway because she belongs there in the Feudal era now.

 

Hiding behind you mask

She ran and ran until she came upon a river bank. She looked into the water. There she saw the goddess that was once her. She looks upon herself. She knows not who she is. She is broken. There she sing her very song, its slow melody as she cries her tears.

Now she see her true self. Now she has learned everything that she was told was a lie because you can believe what you want or you follow you own path as long as you believe in your self.

 

So she choose.

 

Now she yells to the world that treated her wrong, so it will now know her place.
