I Keep Crying for You…But You Won't Listen

 

 

Masahiro tapped dirt around the seeds he had just planted. He sat back and brushed his hands together to remove the dirt. The morning was getting warmer and he thought about taking a break and getting something to drink

 

“Wait! InuYasha…aaahhh…ahhh….AHHHHH!”

 

“Can't…stop….RRRAAARRR!”

 

Boom!

 

Masahiro closed his eyes and sighed, shaking his head. For two days, InuYasha and Kagome had been trying to have Tantric sex. The couple had come very close yesterday to delaying and slowing down their orgasms enough for Kagome to take control of her power as it shot through her. But so far this morning, this was the second time he had heard them lose it, followed by the explosion.

 

`Time those two took a break,' thought the monk. `I'll bring them some food and water.'

 

InuYasha and Kagome lay next to each other on the futon on the platform, panting. They were covered in sweat, and their hair was matted and stuck to their faces and bodies. As they came down off the highs of their orgasms, they turned their heads as someone approached them. Masahiro came around the side of the house with a bowl of fruit and cups of water.

 

“Oh, how wonderful, I'm parched,” said Kagome with a groan as she pushed herself up from the futon, which was damp from their sex and sweat.

 

Masahiro handed up the bowl and cups and InuYasha and Kagome gratefully accepted them, gulping down the water thirstily before biting into the fruit with relish.

 

“So far you have not done the full Tantric ritual,” said Masahiro as they ate. “It is as important to do the whole ritual as it is to do the culmination of it, the sex you have been practicing -albeit unsuccessfully.”

 

InuYasha growled irritably around his mouthful of fruit. There the monk goes, picking on him again. What he wouldn't give to punch that sanctimonious monk right in the face…yeah, right and then get sat and an ofuda smacked onto his back. Nope, he just couldn't win that one…bad idea. Vaguely, he realized that before Kagome had pressed his sacred spot thingy he would have done just that, and paid for it already. It felt really weird to actually not get into bigger trouble then he was already in.

 

“How do you do the full ritual?” asked Kagome.

 

“First, one sets up their sacred space. Usually incense or candles are burned, and the couple listens to music and lights a fire,” replied Masahiro. “Then you bathe and massage each other with oil, do some yoga, and meditate focusing on synchronizing your breathing.”

 

“All that before having sex?” said InuYasha with a laugh of amazement.

 

“That is not all,” said Masahiro. “Next, you move to honoring one another as goddess and god.”

 

“Wow, how do you do that?” said Kagome.

 

“First the man honors the woman, massaging her with oil and adorning her with colorful scarves, telling her how beautiful she is and how he worships her as his goddess,” said Masahiro. “Then he slowly touches her body in a deliberate, predetermined sequence while she visualizes her energy growing and increasing and rising up through her body.”

 

“And exploding…” said InuYasha sarcastically.

 

Kagome rolled her eyes and shook her head.

 

“Well, that's what happens to you, Kagome,” said InuYasha, crossing his arms and looking at her with an evil smirk.

 

“Just don't visualize any explosions,” said Masahiro with an air of weary patience, “and without you inside her, I doubt she would create any explosions anyway.”

 

“See?” said Kagome, and stuck her tongue out at him.

 

“Next, the woman honors the man in the same fashion,” said Masahiro. “The ritual, as practiced in India, which I prefer, includes the sharing of meat, fish, wine and grain before having sex.”

 

“All that before having sex?” said InuYasha in astonishment.

 

“Yes, that is the proper way to do the Tantric ritual,” said Masahiro, “and I expect you and Kagome to follow it as well.”

 

“Sounds too damned complicated to me,” said InuYasha sourly.

 

“I think that sounds wonderful,” said Kagome, a thoughtful expression on her face. “In fact, I would like to go home and get a few things for our ritual.”

 

“If you decide to do that, I think it would be a perfect time for InuYasha to practice meditating with me,” said Masahiro.

 

“Uh-uh. I'm going with Kagome,” said InuYasha, but they were not listening to him.

 

“And I haven't been able to take a bath since we blew up the hot spring,” said Kagome. “It will be so good to go home and take one - I'm so sticky and smelly.”

 

“I will get someone to take you down the mountain,” said Masahiro. “Meet me in front of the house Kagome.”

 

“Thank you so much,” said Kagome, standing up a bit stiffly. “I'll get dressed and get my bag.”

 

“Hey, what about me?” said InuYasha angrily. “I said I'm going with you!”

 

But Kagome and Masahiro were already half way to the house. With a growl of frustration, he got up and followed Kagome to their room.

 

Kagome and InuYasha got dressed and Kagome grabbed her backpack after taking out a few things to make room for what she would bring back. Then they waited at the front of the house for Masahiro, who came back a few minutes later with an old man riding a horse who would take Kagome back to Kaede's village.

 

“I'll be back tomorrow,” said Kagome, handing her backpack up to the man on the horse.

 

“No way that I'm staying here without you,” said InuYasha. “You can tell the old geezer you don't need him `cause I'm going with you.”

 

Kagome turned to look at him, and frowned in exasperation.

 

“No, you are staying here and meditating with monk Masahiro to help you learn control,” said Kagome.

 

“I am not, wench!” InuYasha yelled angrily.

 

“Sit boy!”

 

InuYasha hit the dirt and it puffed up around him. While Kagome climbed on back of the horse, Masahiro grabbed InuYasha by the ear.

 

“Ow! That hurts!” said InuYasha as the spell wore off.

 

“Come with me, young hanyou,” said Masahiro. “You have a lot of work to do.”

 

InuYasha tried to stand up, but Masahiro kept a strong grip on his ear, causing him to bend over almost double.

 

“Kagome, don't leave me here!” InuYasha whined angrily.

 

“Bye, InuYasha,” said Kagome with a wave as they headed down the road. “Behave and learn all that Masahiro has to teach you while I'm gone.”

 

“Kagome! Kagome!” InuYasha whined.

 

But the hanyou was dragged into the house, and she was gone.
