Inuyasha, his father, and Sesshomaru are all sitting down at a table discussing Inuyasha finding a mate. Inuyasha does not care for slaves or about reproducing. This doesn't matter to his father who sends him and Sesshomaru to a slave trader.

"Why do I need a mate?!" Inuyasha yelled at his father and brother.
"Without a mate there is no way to carry on our line. Inuyasha we run almost all the land around here. You need a son along with Sesshomaru to make sure that our line is carried on. Sesshomaru has plenty of slave girls and mates. Why can't you just except the fact that you are of noble blood and this is your duty?" His father got angrier the more he talked.
"I will take you to the slave trader tomorrow and we will find you one new slave girl. If she works out for you then we won't have to go through this again." Sesshomaru growled.
"Fine whatever. I'll be in my room." Inuyasha got up and stormed out of the room.
Inuyasha was a half breed. He was only part youkai. He had long silver hair and amber eyes. He was full of so much anger and saw no reason that he needed a woman to try and "help" him.

"I'm so sorry mama." Aurora cried into her mothers arms.
"No I am sorry. I can't believe they picked you and your sister just because we couldn't pay those taxes. It was only one time. You are strong…you always have been. Take care of her…please. Now you must go, they are outside waiting. I love you…be strong." She kissed her daughters on the forehead as the tears washed down her face, they never seemed to stop after that.
Aurora got in the back of the van with the rest of the girls. She shed one tear and knew from now on…she would never be able to cry.
