A sharp inhale, and he was off. Slitted eyes ignored the darkness as he reveled in the feel, the sound, the scent of the breeze whipping through inky locks, bangs flourishing everywhere but his forehead.
He picked up speed, smirking all the while. Right now, it was the closest he could get. Dulled senses were bearable, despite feeling stifled. What he truly missed: wind combing his hair, splaying it behind him in a feathery trail.
The massaging force... the bloodrush.
