Kagome opened her eyes slowly with a pounding headache. She slowly sat up and saw Kikyo laying on her stomach on the bed next to hers flipping through a magazine. Kagome looked confused and sat up on her knees.

"Kikyo?" Kagome said confused at the fact that her sister wasn't hurt. Kikyo didn't look up at her.

"It was about a time you woke up. I thought they killed you. But even if they did you wouldn't die." Kikyo babbled. Kagome decided to ignore Kikyo's comment.

"You're not hurt? I-I-I thought you were being tortured by Naraku." Kagome rubbed her head. Kikyo flipped another page still not looking at Kagome.

"Oh that's the load of bull they told you to get you hear. I thought they told something like if you don't come they would kill Inuyasha or something." Kikyo shrugged. "That was dumb of you."

"Why was that dumb of me?" Kagome asked looking around the room.

"Coming here just because they said I was being tortured."

"Well you're my sister what else am I suppose to do?" Kagome shrugged looking at her. Kikyo looked at Kagome in shock and looked back down at the magazine.

"Kagome don't get all sweet and soft with me." Kikyo snapped. Kagome shrugged getting off the bed looking out the window.

"I wasn't." She then notice people throwing some kind of liquid all over the roads and the building. "What are they doing out there?" Kagome asked out loud. Kikyo yawned loudly covering her mouth she then rubbed her eye.

"They're blocking your scent so your puppy doesn't find you here." Kikyo answered. Kagome looked back at Kikyo.

"Really?"

"Yep. They're gonna pluck our eyebrows, cut our hair short then dye it blonde and make us prostitute on the streets day and night hoping we get AIDS and die a slow horrible death." Kikyo said as flipped another page. Kagome gasped staring at her in shock. Kikyo looked at Kagome's astound face and actually started laughing. She smiled. "I'm kidding Kag god you take everything so seriously."

"Well Kikyo don't joke like that." Kagome told her as she sat back down on the bed. Kikyo smirked and looked at her sister.

"Don't worry they're not going to do that. They're just gonna kill us." Kikyo shrugged. Kagome laughed a little.

"Funny."

"Wasn't trying to." Kikyo answered. Kagome gasped and looked out the window.

'Oh god.' She thought.

The door opened and Kagura and Kanna stepped through the door. Kagome gasped looking at Kanna.

"Hey you're that little girl. But before you looked bigger so that's why I didn't recognized you."

"That's because you're dumb." Kagura snapped. Kagome growled at her. "Anyway you both put these on." Kagura tossed two pure white kimonos at them. Kagome held one up looking confused.

"What's this for?" Kagome asked her. Kagura didn't answer her she just left closing the door behind her and Kanna. Kagome looked at her sister and saw all the color drain from her face. "Kikyo what's wrong?" Kagome asked her getting a little scared she never seen Kikyo this scared before.

Senichi slowly drove up and down streets as Inuyasha tried to sniff out Kagome's scent. He growled getting impassionate and slammed his fist against the car door.

"We been up and down these streets forever and I don't smell her. Where the hell did she go?" Inuyasha snapped.

"Could it be that she was kidnapped by Naraku? I mean did have Kikyo in his vicinity. And god knows where that's at." Miroku said holding on to his stuff looking out the window.

"What if he needed her for something because Kikyo wasn't enough?" Rin asked out loud.

"What do you mean Rin?" Senichi asked her.

"Well I remember one summer when we went camping and we had to tell scary stories. Kagome told us about a myth that has been passed down throughout her family."

"Oh right I remember her telling us. But I forgot what it was about." Sango nodded.

"So how does a stupid myth help us?" Inuyasha asked sticking his head back in the car. Rin sighed.

"Because Naraku can be trying that. It has a lot to do with the Shikon No Tama. This ritual as Kagome explained makes the jewel tainted with evil and makes it powerful. And that's what Naraku can be after."

"Yeah but Kagome has the others and they're back at the house safely hidden." Inuyasha shrugged still getting her point.

"It doesn't matter. Kagome said that the Higurashi family was always trusted to protect that jewel so when all the family members of the Higurashi family die the jewel is unprotected by the Purity Powers the Higurashis possess so if the jewel is broken and all the Higurashis are dead the jewel will come back together as a whole."

"Causing it to become evil and powerful." Miroku added. Rin nodded her head.

"Exactly. But Kagome said it's difficult to do because if there are only a certain amount of Higurashis left then you have to kill the remaining amount at the same exact time at the same moment and same beat. If you shoot too soon before your partner they won't die."

"Oh no Kikyo and Kagome are the only two Higurashis left." Sango panicked. Rin nodded her head.

"So that leads me to think he's planning on doing the ceremony."

"What ceremony Rin?" Inuyoukai asked.

"Um Kagome called it something. It could fear the toughest Higurashi alive. It's um shot what is it called. It's called um....um....um"

"So-So-So-Soto Tona Hahira." Kikyo whispered. Kagome gasped and covered her mouth.

(Have no idea what I just wrote I'm being creative very, very creative right now so please just go along with me ^_~)

"No." Kagome whispered back and looked at the white kimono in her hand. "But doesn't it work if only we're virgins?"

"That would be the case if we were but since both of us aren't it will work just the same." Kikyo looked at the kimono.

"We have to get outta here Kikyo right now."

"And go where Kagome? How Kagome? Just tell me how do you expect to escape. He has all the exits blocked off you don't have any arrows I don't have any arrows. I'm weak and you're not strong enough to defend the both of us."

"So you just expect to die here and now! Kikyo you may except your death but I won't. There's no way I want to die now. I haven't been married or had a child."

"That's the point Kagome. We were are the last two Higurashis left and with us out the way the jewel will turn evil and Naraku will be able to use for whatever. Good thing we'll be dead so we can't see the horror he'll cause." Kikyo whispered.

"But the jewel can only be used for mind control."

"Yeah when it's pure. But when it's tainted with evil who knows what that jewel is capable of." Kikyo sighed as she began to undress. Kagome looked down and tighten her fist that were resting on her lap. She fought to hold back tears that were about to surface. "Get dress Kagome. We have to purify ourselves after." Kikyo told her sister.

"OH it's um So-So-So Um So Sango help me. It's So something." Rin looked at Sango. Sango rubbed her head trying to think.

"I think she said Soto and the other letters start with a T and H." Sango said. Senichi stopped the chair short making everyone jerk forward. Miroku rubbed his forehead.

"Dad what was that for?" Miroku asked. Senichi turned back and looked at Rin and Sango.

"Soto Tona Hahira?" He asked them. They gasped and nodded their head. "Shit we have to find them quickly the girls are in grave danger."

"Why what is that?" Inuyasha asked.

"It's a slow form of torture where the pure spirit is pulled from their bodies and they suffocate. The messed up thing about it is that in process the girls can either die or become evil."

"Oh no Senichi we have to find Kagome. She's not evil."

"I know." He sighed.

"But where can we find them Senichi?" Inuyoukai asked.

"Yeah they can be anywhere." Inuyasha looked at Senichi.

"No there's only one place were it can be performed and I know where it is." He quickly did a U-turn and sped down the rode leaving marks on the road.

Kagura and Kanna guided Kikyo and Kagome in a room to purify themselves. After they did that they met up with Naraku. He smiled looking at Kagome.

"Ah Kagome it's so nice to see you again."

"Go to h-" He quickly covered her mouth.

"Not ah. You just purified yourself and if you curse you'll have to redo it and we have no time for that. We have to get you in your places before sunrise." He smiled and held his arms out. Kikyo and Kagome connected their arms with his and they walked off.

They arrived at the Higurashi shrine which had been abandon for years. Naraku turned to his minions.

"Makes sure we have no visitors." He looked at them.

He led the girls all to the back with Kagura and Kanna close behind he opened a door to a bedroom that looked normal enough. He then pressed a red button and the room started turning they stepped back. The room flipped and there was now an oversize ocean with several long gray stones that looked like beds. He tighten his black kimono and led to the girls a stone bed. He helped Kikyo on one and helped Kagome on one right next to her. Kagome felt tears fall down her eyes as she secretly trembled with fear. Naraku sighed looking at them as he stood between them.

"Two beautiful Higurashi sisters here. Sadly I have to you kill you in order to get the whole jewel and turn it evil."

"Do you honestly think you'll be able to handle to jewel's power. It'll suck you dry of all the evil energy you have and you'll die trying to control it. Onigumo." Kikyo lied hoping he would buy her bluff. The truth was there was nothing as evil as him and if anything he would absorb all the evil in the jewel making it nothing but a mere memory.

"Hmm that's interesting I never knew that about the jewel." He nodded his head. "But hey I'm an adventurous guy and I'm willing to try anything. So if I die in the process and at least I know I'll have you two to keep me company."

"If you think we're all going to the same place when we die you have another thing coming." Kagome snapped. Naraku chuckled and bent down crushing his lips to hers. Kagome pushed him away and turned her head the other way.

"I like you Kagome." He laughed he then did the same thing to Kikyo who didn't budge. He climbed out the water standing directly in between them. He raised his arms up and chanted something quickly and the sky became dark very, very dark filled with an evil aura.

Miroku gasped and held his head tightly. Sango looked at him and put her hands on his shoulders.

"Miroku what's wrong?" She asked him quickly.

"The evil aura here is thick and pure." He groaned out.

"Great we're close." Senichi sped down the road they arrived in front of the Higurashi Shrine. They hopped out the car all kinds of demons were staring at them ready to attack. Inuyasha growled charged at them.

"GET OUT MY WAY!!!" He started swinging the sword like crazy. The others watched him in complete awe. Inuyoukai then looked at Sesshoumaru.

"Sesshoumaru didn't you teach him skill. And what happened to the Wind Scar he couldn't killed them in one shot."

"Ah figures." Sesshoumaru rolled his eyes. "HEY DUMMY WHAT DID I TEACH YOU!!!" Sesshoumaru yelled at his younger brother.

"BITE ME!!" Inuyasha yelled back as he chopped the last demons head off. Sesshoumaru ran over to Inuyasha and put him in the head lock and actually bit him.

"Ow!!! What you do that for?!!" Inuyasha yelled.

"You told me to bite you!"

"Dad he bit me!" Inuyasha told Inuyoukai who just shook his head.

"Then don't tell me to bite you then if you don't want me to bite you!!"

"I didn't mean it literally jackass!!!"

(Come on we can't be serious all the time ^_~)

"When you two are done you can follow us we're going to find Kagome and Kikyo." Inuyoukai said embarrassed that his sons are over twenty. They others followed Inuyoukai. Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha looked at them then they looked at each other.

"HUMPH!!" They stomped behind the others looking childish.

(You have to love brotherly love sometimes)

A green light started to glow from Kikyo and Kagome as the girls choked for oxygen. Naraku smiled looking at them then the fragments of the jewel started flying towards him it started forming into one whole jewel. Kagome managed to look up at Naraku.

"You won't get away with this." She barely whispered but he heard her. He smiled and crossed his arms.

"And how's going to stop me? Your dog boy has no idea we're since I blocked your smell." Naraku laughed evilly. The sky began to roar as lighting strike and the thunder yelled angrily through the sky. Kikyo turned her head to look at her younger sister.

"Hey Kag." She whispered. Kagome turned her head and looked at her. Kikyo chuckled a little smiling. "I know we always been distant to one another never really communicating and never really trying to. But I want you to know you're my little sister and I want you to know even if I never said it I'm proud." She gasped and struggled to finish what she had to say as it became harder to breath. She looked back at Kagome. "I'm proud of you and I'm proud to be your big sister. Even though I gave you that tough love. I only did it so you could be strong in life. But I love you little sister." Kikyo smiled at her as tears fell from Kikyo's eyes. Kagome gasped shock to hear Kikyo let out her emotions like that but Kagome was glad to hear how she felt.

"I love you too Kikyo and even though you put me through a lot I still wouldn't change my past. And I hope after we die I can be reborn as your little sister again."

"And this time we can be closer to each other and have a better relationship. Promise me you'll wish for that."

"I promise Kikyo." They both smiled at each other and yelled out in pain as two giant hands came from the sky and grabbed Kikyo and Kagome's throats lifting them up in the air. Naraku laughed evilly as the jewel now whole spun around and around slowly turning black but converting back to pink every now and then.

Inuyasha smelt Kagome's scent and took off to the room.

"Inuyasha wait!!" Miroku yelled out. Inuyasha didn't say anything as he didn't stop he kept running he then kicked a door down. Kagura and Kanna stood up looking at the invasion. Kagome opened her eyes with all her strength and saw Inuyasha.

"Inu-Inu-Inuyasha." She whispered and closed her eyes. Inuyasha heard her call and growled out.

"KAGOME!!!!!!!!!!!!"
