Of Fallen Angels
A/N: I have so many ideas for this fic its not even funny. And I cant help but keep writing since I don’t go back to school for almost a week. Yeah, I do have better things to do but meh. I want to write.

Chapter 3: Club Zero

Kagome pulled the shirt down to cover her naked torso and straightened it before looking at herself in the mirror.
She wore a pair of white denim short shorts with a longish lack t-shirt which was an old vintage concert top. Pleased with her appearance she slipped herself into a pair of black leather flats and walked out into her living room.
There she found an equally good looking Ayame who had just finished putting her hair up into a high ponytail.
Deciding then to let her hair stay down she walked over to the hook near the door which had her handbag and short waist length brown leather jacket. Hey, it was Summer in New York. Wasn’t that cold.
Ayame walked up behind her and grabbed her things as well.
“Ready?” She questioned.
“Yeah. I start at eleven on the dot and finish at 1. So after that we can dance for a couple hours before coming home. Sound good?” Kagome replied.
“As always.” Ayame grinned back before the pair headed out he door and to their destination.
Club Zero.

“Nah man, I’m beat. Think I’ll just chill.” He said to his friend over the phone.
“Inuyasha! Dude! When was the last time we went out on a Saturday Night?” Miroku pleaded.
“Last Saturday?”
Silence...
“Touche.”
“Actually, I just changed my mind, I want to party…again.” He laughed.
“There’s my boy! I knew I could swing ya. Now, where to go? That is the question.” He asked in a bad English accent.
“Dunno. Kagura was wanting us to come out to her club some time soon.” He suggested.
“Club Zero it is then.”

“Man, I havent been here in like…weeks!” Miroke said giddily.
“Yeah. Fluffster called saying that if I didn’t get my sorry butt to this club soon, Kagura was gonna castrate me. What a lovely Sister in law.” He shuddered.
“Cant blame her there man. You and Sess hardly get on. She just wants you to act like the brothers you are. And if that means she has to lure you to her club, so be it.” Miroku explained.
“Meh.” He replied as the two headed towards the club entrance where there was a massive line out the door.
“Inuyasha! Miroku!” They heard a distinctly female voice call.
Turning around they saw a happy go lucky Sango walking over to them, and an equally cheery Rin next to her.
(A/N:I know I usually do RinSess pairings but I wanted to have Kagura in this…so yeah. Rin and Sess are like brother and Sister. Same with Inuyasha)
“Hey guys. Wasn’t expecting you two here.” Inuyasha said as he gave each of them a kiss on the cheeck.
“The perv called me. We were gonna come here anyways, coincidentally.” Sango explained.
“Well lets not stand around like idiots, I want to get my party on!” Miroku called as he made his way to the front of the line.
The others quickly followed as they were let in by a giant bouncer.
Walking down the small set of stairs at the entrance they came out onto a balcony looking over the entire club.
Strobe lights and disco balls covered the ceiling as they lit the massive floor where many people were dancing and grinding away to the steady thump of the bass.
Plush red couches and chairs lined all the deep purple walls with cherry wood tables in front of them. The long bar lined the entire wall to the left of the balcony where stools were set up in front of it. To the right, there was a large stage that was currently unoccupied with the curtains pulled. Looking straight across from where they were standing was another large balcony known as the VIP lounge. Other smaller balconies lined all of the walls occupying tables and chairs for the people who wanted a break from dancing.
Very modern. Very chic.
This was a nice club.
“Guys!” They heard as they all made their way down the stairs of the entrance balcony and they looked to see a happy looking Kagura waving at them from behind the bar.
“Hey Kagura.” They all called back in unison.
They watched as she gave a guy his drink and walked around the bar to greet them. She immediately threw herself at Inuyasha, kissing his cheeks and foredhead as if she hadn’t seen him in ages.
“Hey! Your getting lipstick all over me! Gah!” Inuyasha whined.
“Sorry. I just havent seen you in what…3 months?” Kagura said as she unlatched herself from him and wiped off the lipstick that stuck to his face.
“Yeah, sorry bout that.” He replied as he scratched the back of his head nervously.
“Don’t worry about it. You’re here now!” She said as she went to greet the others as well.
Looking around the club Inuyasha had to smile to himself. This was a great investment his brother had made, even though it was primarily run by Kagura.
Sesshomaru usually just kicked back and let the money roll in. After all it was Kagura’s idea for the whole thing, so naturally she would want to call it her own.
Speaking of him where was he?
“Little Brother.” A cold voice called from behind him.
Spinning around Inuyasha came face to face with a slightly taller and older version of himself. The eyes, the hair, short of the facial features, all the same.
“Hey.” Inuyasha said casually.
“What brings you here?” Sesshomaru asked airily.
“Uhhh…other than the fact that if I didn’t your wife was gonna eat me?” He replied.
“Ooohh, when is that? I’d like to get tickets.” Sesshomaru asked with a chuckle.
Chuckle? Inuyasha raised a brow. Maybe the bastard was getting softer in his old age. Or the fact that he hadnt seen him in well over 6 months had something to do with it.
Whatever it was, Inuaysha liked this side of him.
“You’re evil.”
“That’s what I’m told.”
“Hey Inu! Come on man, we got a table in the VIP!” Miroku called as he walked towards the stais that led to the VIP lounge on the larger balcony.
“Shall we?” Sesshomaru questioned.
“Lead the way.”

Making their way to the front of the line Kagome smiled at the bouncer she knew as Hikori.
“Hey Kags.” He said politly as he lifted the rope for the two girls.
“Hey. She’s with me.” Kagome pointed to the rd head behind her.
“Isn't she always?” He grinned at Ayame.
After making it onto the same balcony Inuyasha stood on only moments before the two girls looked out onto the dance floor.
“Quite a turn out tonight. Looks like I’ll have my work cut out for me.” Kagome stated.
“Yep.”Ayame nodded.
“Ok, I don’t want to hear about you getting I trouble while im working, k?” Kagome pointed a finger at her friend.
“Me?” Ayame replied sweetly.
Sighing Kagome made her way down the stairs and headed towards the bar where she went behind and put her bag and coat at.
“Kagome!” She heard from the crowd.
She smiled as she saw the familiar face of Kagura; her boss. She walked towards the bar and sat gracefully onto one of the stools.
“Hey Kagura.” Kagome smiled.
“Hey Kagura my ass. You havent worked here in what…three weeks? Where the hell have you been?”
“You know where I’ve been. Ever since you got that other girl whats her face working full time there hasn’t been any need for me here. Besides Im just a call in girl. I work all the clubs, you know that.”
“Hmmm.” Kagura grumbled as she eyed the girl she had grown quite fond of.
“What?” Kagome asked as she handed a young girl her drink.
“Oh nothing. Just that I fired said girl and might need to find someone permamnent.” She turned her head and fought to keep the smile off her face.
“You mean…?” Kagome froze.
“Uh huh.” Kagura full out grinned this time.
“Ah!!!” Kagome jumped for joy behind the large bar.
“You start your full time work tomorrow. That means you have to be here at 6 every night to help set up and we close whenever. Can you do that?”
“Of course I can!” Kagome said happily.
“Good. Now get to work!” She shouted authoritively and walked away with a smile on her face.
Kagome grinned cheesily sa she went back to work serving the half drunk ad half naked club goers.

Kagura returned to the VIP lounge to find Sesshomaru, Inuyasha and Miroku sitting on the couches surrounding a glass coffee table.
“Hello my lovelies.” She cooed as she sat on the arm rest next to Sesshomaru, putting a hand on his shoulder affectionately.
“Hey.” They greeted back.
“Oh! Honey, thought I should lt you know I’ve hired Kagome full time now. I probably should have done that a while ago but I thought with Christie working here longer that would have been a better idea. Anyways we need to start paying her through her bank account now instead of cash. Damn, I love that girl.” Kagura finished.
“Kagome?” Inuyasha questioned as he sat up abruptly.
“Yeah. One of the call in girls that’s been working here for a while. You know her?”
“Nah, he just fell in live with a girl called Kagome earlier at the coffee shop.” M iroku chimed in as he patted his friends back.
“I did not fall in love with her! I just…” He trailed off.
“Aw well I'm sure it will work out.” Kagura said in a motherly tone. "In fact, now that I think about it, there arent a lot of girls in New York called Kagome. Maybe it is her.”
“Only one way to find out.” Mairoku grinned.
“Shall we?” Kagura asked as she stood and headed towards the balcony.
Inuyash grumbled as he got up, followed quickly by Sesshomaru and Miroku.
Kagura stopped at the balcony and leaned against the railing, taking in the view.
“Well?” Inuyasha asked as the three boys stopped next to her.
“There.”
She pointed towards the bar.
And there she was.
That’s girl from the coffee shop.
Kagome.
