me: well,i just wanted to try this out of the normal pairing,its cute in my opinion,but, here it goes.summary: 20 years after narakus defeat....im not saying anything more.disclaimer: i dont own inuyasha.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~chapte r 1: shippo's patrol.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~It had been 20 years.20 years since kagome shot the deadly sacred arrow into naraku's heart and kagura and kanna were set free.20 years since miroku and sango got married and had a child named yukina, and 20 years since inuyasha became human to live with kagome.Kagome and inuyasha had a child named hiro.seing inuyasha was now human,shippo and kilala were now protectors of the village.shippo now stood about six foot six and looked to be about 25. he had grown a bit muscular and his auburn hair was in its same style 20 years ago.this day however,would change shippo's life forever.on his daily patrol,scouting for any attacking demons,a bolt of lighting strikes ,just narrowly missing him as he stumbles backwards in shock.now standing where the lightning had struck stood a woman around the age of 23,she had long black hair in a ponytail and pale skin. she was about shippos height and had the perfect curves. she was currently wearing a outfit similar to what hiten had worn and she was carrying a thunder like pike. she also had two earrings,one on each ear."You better leave while you still can!" said shippo to the demon,getting in a fighting stance."Why dont you make me?" retorted the demon.Kilala growled as shippo spoke."I warned you.""We'll see." replied the demon."FOX FIRE!""LIGHTNING STRIKE!"both attacks collide and explode,causing no damage to either demon.'Where have i seen that attack?' asked shippo in his head'i know that move,but from where?' thought the demon."DEMON! are you by any chance called,souten?"the lightning demon's eyes just widened."HOW DO YOU KNOW ME?!" asked souten."we met before,remember? its me,shippo."soutens eyes grew wider."sh...shippo?"shippo just nodded."its me alright....good to see you again souten." replie dthe kitsune calmly,not beleiving such a girl had become this gorgeous.souten runs to shippo,embrcing him in a hug in which he blushes."i thought i'd never see you again....oh shippo im so happy to see you." said souten,burying her face into shippo's shirt.shippo just smiled and stroke her hair.within minutes,the two are sitting on the grass,kilala curled in soutens lap,as the two catch up over the last 20 years.shippo just smiled at souten as she talked about her battles as the sun was going down."oh,shippo,i just remembered,i have something for you.." said souten,blushing a bit as she handed shippo a peice of paper.taking it,shippo opens it lightly and looks at it.it was the picture souten drew of him.shippo just smiled and blushed a bit."it's lovely souten." said shippo as he put a arm around her neck.souten just blushes and leans into the embrace."i missed you shippo." said souten before falling asleep in his embrace.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~end chapter 1hope u liked itShane.
