After hours of waiting and complaining, the group set out to look for Kagome. Expecting an enemy, InuYasha clutched his faded sword handle, Miroku his staff and Sango clutched her weapon by the head. InuYasha sniffed out, they searched the forest from head to toe and called out to her, but there was no replies. “Just why?” Sango complained, “ You always acted like a jerk to Kagome and now she's gone.” InuYasha turned to face her and gave her a really cold stare. “It's not MY fault she's gone.” He stubbornly grumbled, turning back forewards.

The large black sleeve wove around Kagome's nose and mouth, blocking her breath. She grew furios, yet had no intention to breathe. She tried to fight the opponent off, but she couldn't move. Then without warning, the opponent dropped her and she fell to the wooden floor like a rag doll. She heard a laugh. A laugh that belonged to a woman.

“Your dead.” The opponent brought up, “That's why you can't breathe. I brought you back to become my slave. Stand Up.” Without thought, Kagome stood up. `Oh, no. This isn't good. How will I get back to normal?' Kagome felt the sudden coldness in her legs and ache in her knees, knowing she can't do anything about it.

 

“Talk to me.” The opponent ordered. “You are able to speak.”

 

Kagome screamed through her mouth with no expression, “You can't control me! You're nothing but a coward, I bet you don't even know why you captured me!!!”

 

“You have the powers of a priestess. I can sense it. I have absorbed many preistess' powers, and you're my guest.”

 

“State your name!”

 

The opponent glanced at her, her soft golden hair shining. She was pretty, Kagome had to admit, she felt jealousy.

 

“Suki.”

 

“So.” Kagome said knowingly, “Suki… I know that name. I recognize you. WHO ARE YOU?!”

 

Suki's green eyes glistened in the light. She owned a whole castle, she was rich and selfish. She didn't know it though. Kagome thought she might be jealous of her powers and probably would try to absorbe hers so she can gain powers.

 

Suki moved closer and slid her fingers under Kagome's chin.

 

“You won't be here for long…”
