Past Forgotten 2: Human Urges

 

He tenderly pulled the fire rat haori from its box he had so willingly kept preserved since the last battle of Naraku. It still smelled of forest and Kagome's scent as he slipped it on over his shoulders Inuyasha. modeled in the mirror. His mate slept soundly in his bed. Kagome purred and rolled over, her long black tail scraping the floor as she did. He smiled. She had been out of his life for nearly 500 years and there she was, naked and sleeping in his bed.

 

Sometimes he forgot how lucky he was. “I'm not gonna get any more pregnant by you staring at me.” The neko hanyou growled burying her head under a pillow. Weight settled on top of her. “Well I know something that will…” Inuyasha growled dragging the silk sheets off his kitten, kissing down inches of exposed skin. “He's gonna be born with a black eye if you keep this up.” Kagome murmured with her head tucked under the pillow, her mate moved it to kiss the back of her neck and the tips of her ears.

 

“He'll live.” Lifting her naked body on to his lap, Inuyasha bared her neck to his gaze, licking the mating mark he'd left there. “Besides I hardly doubt you'll be having one pup.” He sniffed her neck. “Maybe two or three but never one.” Kagome stilled with a hand over her belly. “Nani?” He smirked against her skin “Don't be startled, you'll be a great mommy.” “It's not that Inu-kun…” She meowed as his hands groped her breasts, teasing the nipples to hard peaks.

 

“It's…” “Yes?” The sunset left orange rays to filter the room as bodies changed to humans. Ears disappeared and claws shrunk. “How will we explain this to them?” Inuyasha stilled. He'd been more or less terrified every time he changed. Scared of going anywhere without his demonic powers to protect him, especially after his mother died.

 

“We will tell them the truth, that's all we can do hime.” Kagome nodded and leaned into his embrace. Inhaling the sweet scent of his love, he turned her to face him. “ I want to make love to you….” “Inu…” He placed a finger over her lips. “Slowly…” he kissed down her neck. “I want to make you call my name, not scream it into the night for once…”

“My koiishi.” Kagome mumbled before falling to sleep in Inuyasha's arms.

 

“Good morning kitten.”
