Inuyasha was in full demonic mode; his angry had blinded him, if he would just take the time to analyze what was happening he would of known that Kagome scent was far off. But no, he was too blinded by angry.

Kagome didn't know what was happening to Inuyasha, for she wasn't educated in youkai, for if she were she would of known that Inuyasha was only a half breed who change when to a full blood when he was truly angry. All she knew was he lost control when he thought she was endangered. But why? this was what confused her the most, what was it about her that made Inuyasha so crazy. Did… did he love her. Love was still something that confused her, she never really shared love with anyone. The love she had was more of a family love. Even with Houjo it was more like brother than actually a boyfriend.

Inuyasha hand was blood stained, he was becoming a cold-hearted killer. Just than a familiar smell caught his nose, it was Kagome. Her smell was coming closer, could it be that she was alive. But this was a mistake.

Kagome, Sango, Miroku, and Kirara were closing in on Inuyasha. Kagome could see the flame engulfed hut and the angry mob of men. But the sight that caught her attention the most was Inuyasha. He was looking back at her, mesmerized. Than some men with spear charged at Inuyasha. He was too hypnotized by Kagome, that he didn't see the men coming. Than it happen three jagged spears pierced through him, one through the stomach, the others just cut his outer skin. He fell to the ground choking on his own blood. His last thoughts were about Kagome and how heavenly she was.
