"Its a bit late for that, wolf." It was almost midnight, and the tall, steel buildings of the downtown area were dead and dark. The streetlights illuminated what the blocked full moon could not as the two made their way to a 'hidden' little gentleman's club in the area. One had the idea, the other was being dragged along.

"God damn, Sesshomaru." Kouga grumbled, "You say that every time! But you know I only ask when Vanilla Rose is performing. You're the one who doesn't say no." Wrong thing to say if the icy glare was anything to go by. "I don't know why you just don't, you know, talk to her or anything." The dog demon did not respond to that and the wolf was not surprised in the slightest. He didn't get him. What was so hard about talking... to a stripper of all things? Cerulean eyes glanced at his friend, before sinking into the black leather seat. He was missing something here. He rubbed his chin in thought. Was he disgusted at the fact she was a stripper?

That seemed to a be reason Sesshomaru would have. With his principles and honor and all that crap he went by. The girl wasn't as innocent as she put on, his sense of smell told him she's not a virgin and has the smell of sex lingering so faintly on her every night she's there, it was impossible to tell with who she's been with. At least that meant she had one partner only, right? (–or she's using something to hide the smell) Not a whore like some of the other women there... Like Ms. Kaze. He shuddered in disgust just thinking of her scent. It was so heavy of sex and about 3 or 5 men every time he has seen her. And poor Sess, that woman had her eyes on him.

But was that it? Kouga glanced at his friend again, hoping he could see something on his face. Of course, it was in vain. Sesshomaru never let anything show, never joined anyone in activities, never spent time with anyone longer than necessary. Only those scarce times when the wolf or Miroku could convince him to do something with them, did the dog do something sociable. And even then! He just glares at anyone who tries to speak with him! That's why he had to know. It was so insanely out-of-character for Sesshomaru to show the slightest interest in anyone and anything but when it does, he does anything to have it. And it doesn't matter how many times the dog promised death in his eyes when he spoke of it, that girl caught his attention.

So why is it that Sesshomaru hasn't done anything about it? The car veered to the right into a wide alley, which opened up to a small parking lot and a two-story building in the back. The building was plain on the outside, only having a neon pink lit sign that in curvy letters said 'Booby Trap'[1]. The dog parked the car and two handsome men exited the vehicle and enter the building. Now inside was a lot nicer than outside. The walls were painted a deep, rich red; the floor was made of shiny black, durable material that he didn't care to identify.

The bar was always kept and fully-stocked by the gay... transvestite... cross-dresser... something... Jakotsu who really knew how to make the most amazing drinks. There are about 10 table and 8 booths, and chairs lined on the main stage and the two secondary ones. Five of the tables though had there own poles, while the booths were lined evenly divided on the east and west wall, where there was dim lighting and booths even had canopies with black curtains that could be shut for even more privacy.

"Mm, Kouga, its so good to see you. Oh! And you've brought your friend. Long time no see." Jakotsu greeted the two males, with a wide smile and an odd, lustful glint in his eyes as he licked his lips at the wolf. Kouga immediately began to laugh.

"Stopping thinking of me in bed and give us some AmberBock." The wolf ordered with a grin as he laid the money on the counter. Jakotsu poured the beer, but not without a small pout on his purple-colored lips.

"Then stop teasing me, wolf. You know I love it when you come in with that suit on..." His brown eyes leered at him and he could feel the man undressing him in his mind. The feminine man handed him the drinks and when he turned around to hand one to Sesshomaru; the dog demon was watching a black-haired woman run past them and into the back rooms. A few sniffs told him who it was.

"That was her, wasn't it?"

"She was limping." He felt something weird in the air. Like if they were trying to see something they shouldn't see. Kouga had to literally shake the feeling off before giving Sesshomaru the drink, which he accepted with a raised eyebrow.

"Yeah, I know you don't really drink but whatever. Let's sit, enjoy ourselves."

[1] "Booby Trap" is the name of an actual strip club in my city. Never gone to it though.
