I stood there watching his face, taking in his fine, chiseled features, arrogant smirk and all. After pinching me mercilessly, he kissed my nose and stooped to pick up his son. "I'll be back, Ayame," he said still as arrogant as all Hell and smirking like the Devil himself, "then we'll talk.." He sauntered toward Kaede's hut, Hiko squealing with happiness at being able to see everything from his vantage point on his father's shoulders, my god if..if he drops my baby, I..I'll I don't know what I'll do!!

He came back a few minutes later after obviously dumping his son off on some poor, unsuspecting idiot. "You're not getting out of this one. .you know," I managed pathetically before he kissed me, "That hurt," I said after our lips parted "Yeah, but you liked it.." He replied still smirking "S-so" I stuttered oh so intelligently, "so I'm gonna take you with me and we're gonna talk.." "And who'd you dump Hiko on?" "The Monk"
"You didn't!! the Monk.. Miroku's going to.. to, to…. God I don't even want to think about what he's going to tell my son.." "Baby, shh Hiko's fine Sango's with him.." "I'm still not going.." "Well In that case.." There was an evil glint in his eyes as he threw me over his shoulder and sped off into the forest…
