Chapter 10: Don't Kiss And Tell
Sesshomaru knew his father was a youkai, and his mother was also so. But Inuyasha's mother was human, thus he was subjected to human emotions. This made him weak, and that girl would only encourage that side of him. It was pitiful, being half-human. Sesshomaru would rather be an imp like Jaken, than exiperence mortal life.
Because of such, Sesshomaru despised Inuyasha and vowed to be the one to end his life, but that didn't mean he did not harbour feelings of respect for the hanyou. For one, he was his half-brother, and two, he still had youkai blood flowing in his veins. For that alone, Sesshomaru respected his brother, but he didn't have to like him because of that.
Naraku was pissed because Inuyasha was allowing Kagome to encourage his human side, thus he was pretty much telling everyone he wanted to be human. That he loved and embraced it. Youkai would be quite pissed as well, because it would dishonor the inu-youkai bloodline. And that would be fucking with the order of things, within Shikon High and possibly spread throughout the world.
If Sesshomaru had to kill Higurashi, he would surely do so, if for only the sake of the inu-youkai heritage, or perhaps for his brother's soul.

"Someone's threatening Kagome!"
"Ah, Ms. Taijya, what's this about?" Principal Kaede questioned, when Sango and Kagome burst through her office door. Kaede was sitting at her desk, typing on the computer, when Sango spoke.
