Scroll Two: Deadly Scream
After deciding on one room the women rushed to the baths, not knowing Naraku was watching them. The two human women sighed it felt so great to be taking a warm bath. Espically when they thought of the icy rivers that they had to use just to stay clean. Akane was even will to part with one of her oil bottles to make the women smell wonderful.
“It's strong enough to be smelt on your bodies, but subtle enough to not bother the noses of demons.” She had told them.
Inuyasha grumbled awaiting the women to finsh. “Why do women always take so long to do everything?” He whined.
“They're probably talking while relaxing. It's not everyday we get a great deal like this.” Miroku replied, “perhaps we should take a bath after them. We ourselves haven't had one in a while either.”
The half-demon looked at his male compain with one lazy amber eye as he thought it over.
“True…it would be nice to relax for once.” He finally said after a moment of silence.
“We're back!” the girls stated walking in the room, an aroma of orange blossoms surronding the girls.
Inuyasha sniffed the air, “Did that woman let you two use oils?”
Kagome smiled looking shy, “Yes, do you like it?”
“Not really. You don't need oils.” He said walking out.
Miroku followed after him with haste not wanting to feel the wrath of an angry Kagome. The demon woman had readied the male bath knowing even men couldn't resist a pleastful warm bath. She let a few drops of rosemary oil splash into the bath. She took in the scent taking a deep breath in and out then left the room. She bowed when the two arrived.
“Sirs your bath is ready.” She stated.
“Awe splendid.” Miroku replied entering the room, with Inuyasha right behind.
After washing up the two entered the welcoming tub of heat. Both had their eyes closed taking in the soothing heat.
“This is the life…a home cooked meal and a nice warm bath.” Miroku said, with glee.
“You said it.”
Akane smirked seeing they were distracted by their bath to keep their guard up. She went over to the room where the group was staying. Her flute tucked gently into her obi quietly she slid the door open.
“How were your baths?” She inquired.
“Magnificent.” Sango answered.
“Would you like some music to go with your meal?” the innkeeper offered.
“Yes, that would be nice.” Kagome replied.
A gentle and somewhat haunting song came from the flute, both women yawned as did Shippo. As the demoness continued to play the sleepier the human a little demon got.
“Why…is the music making me so sleepy?” Shippo asked with a large yawn.
“…It must be a trap. We have to warn…Inuyasha…” Kagome said weakly.
Kagome tried to stand only to find herself unable to move. Sango did the same finding some strength she looked to her feline compaion.
“Kirara…go get Inuyasha…” She commanded weakly.
The cat demon meowed sleepily about to hop out of the room only to be caught by Akane.
“Do not bother trying to move. Those cups of tea I served you have just enough poison to paralize you long enough to take you to my Master's manor.”
A mocking sneer was on the vixen's face as she laughed wickedly. As if sensing something wrong the boys bursted in the room slopply dressed due to rushing. Akane stood as they entered her flute at the ready staring at the two men. Before they could be warned by their human friends, she placed her flute to her lips now high pitched notes screaming from it causing them to cover their ears.
Meanwhile the scene of screaming notes was seen through the void's mirror by the dark half-demon. His ruby eyes looked to the wind witch.
“Kagura, go help Akane make her escape.” He commanded.
The ruby eyed women glared at the damp half-demon, but obeyed disappearing in a harsh gust.

As if things couldn't get any worst for the group Kagura appeared. A sly smirk on her face seeing the group now uncontious due to the vixen's flute.
“This would be the best opportunity to kill Inuyasha, yet all Naraku wants is the women. What could he possibly do with them?” Kagura stated, faning herself as Akane lifted Sango onto Kagura's feather.
“Who knows. Master is mysterious sometimes. You should know how much he loves to torment this lowlife.” She replied, brushing off her hands.
“Hmm you're right. Whatever he has played for these women can't be plesent for Inuyasha.” Kagura said.
Akane nodded throwing, Kagome over her shoulder. “I'll meet you at the castle.”
Both took off rushing back to Naraku's castle.

About an hour after the demonic women were gone the remaining group came to. All groaned rubbing their ears. Inuyasha's amber eyes searched the room noticing no trace of Kagome or Sango also the fact that the village was gone.
“What the hell happened?!” He growled, then noticed the famlir scent of his hated enemy. “It smells like Naraku.”
“It appears we were fooled into thinking there was a town here. That demoness must be working for him…” He trailed off frowning.
“Worst, that demoness took Kagome and Sango.” Inuyasha barked.
“…Oh beautiful…” Miroku commented bitterly.
Inuyasha stood up brushing dirt off himself observing more of the area with his keen eyes and ears.
“What do think he wants with Kagome and Sango?” Shippo asked.
“Who knows…but nothing good.” Miroku answered grimly.
He looked up at the sky that was blanketed in grey clouds. Sango…Kagome…please be safe until we arrive.
