Ranka stared in shock. "Wait! I…I can explain everything!"

Every one stopped and stared at the girl. Kagome was VERY mad.

"Good then start explaining!" Kagome hissed.

Ranka flinched at the harsh voice. "Okay… well umm…when Inuyasha-sama came to my village the elders thought he was Sesshomaru. **sighs** my elders thought that Sesshomaru returned because I had attacked him…"

"YOU! You attacked Sesshomaru! Feh! Don't make me laugh!" Inuyasha remarked rudely.

Ranka glared at him. "Hmp! I wasn't finished dimwit! Anyways… I didn't really attack him... all I did was through a rock at him… and I missed my a mile… however the elders insisted it was all my fault so they tied me up and gave me to Inuyasha which they thought was Sesshomaru."

"Keh! You didn't have to come along ya know!" Inuyasha said with a hint of annoyance.

Kagome lost all her anger at the girl. "I'm sorry, so they just gave u away? Why didn't ur parents try to stop them??"

Ranka's face darkened. "They're dead. I have no place to go now that my village has rejected me as well…."

Miroku grinned. "You can stay with us!" `Yay! Another beautiful female companion!!'

Sango and Kagome smiled as well. "Yes, you should stay with us!"

"But you better watch Miroku there… he's a pervert!" Sango said and glared at him.

Miroku looked hurt but kept his mouth shut. Everyone looked at Inuyasha.

"What?? Why's everyone looking at me??" Inuyasha barked.

"Inuyasha?" Shippo squeaked. " Can Ranka stay with us??"

"Keh! I don't care... as long as she agrees not to be my slave and STOP calling m Inuyasha `SAMA'."

Ranka's eyes brighten a little. `YAY! I don't have to be his slave anymore! I suppose I will like my new life after all!' "Can we go to Kaede?? So she can take of this illusion off Inuyasha??"

"Sure, what ever." Inuyasha said as he grabbed a ramen cup. "I'm hungry, lets eat first!"

"Illusion??" Sango, Miroku, Shippo and Kagome asked at once.

"Hai… it's a long story…." Ranka said suddenly sad again. Then she explained her whole history to the Inuyasha gang. "Umm… I know this will sound odd… but may I ask… what is ur a name??" she said sweat dropping.

"ooh! I'm kagome, this is Sango and this is Shippo."

"Hey?! U forgot to introduce me!" Miroku was pouting. "Never mind I'll do it myself. Good day Ranka I'm Miroku a traveling monk… will you bare my child??"

Ranka's face faulted. "Umm…." **blush** the poor girl looked dazed. then she snapped out of her trance. "HELL NOOOOO!!!" she screeched and nearly sliced him in half with her staff ((blade on a stick thingy.)) ((You know. It looks like Sailor Saturn's but different… ^-^* and yes she had it with her the whole time.))

"Eeep!" Miroku squeaked as he looked at the pissed neko hanyou in horror.

"Ummm…. Sorry Miroku... u startled me…" Ranka said in an emotionless voice.

It was sango who broke the silence. " uum… well lets go back to Kagome's village to find Kaede.

"ooh! Hai!" Ranka smiled in delight. `I can finally see how I look like as a hanyou!'
