“Ahhhhhhh,” Dosojin said with understanding after Kagome explained to him about everything.
“So you see our situation?,” Kagome asked playing around with her gun
“Yes I do and I’ll glasly help but I have a favour I wish to ask of you,” he told her
Kagomes head snapped up and she narrowed her eyes
“What kind of favour?,” she asked with caution
Dosojin chuckled
“No need to get alarmed Kagome it’s a simple favour and you can choose to resfuse it.,” he told her
Relaxing a bit after she heard this Kagome was curious to know the favour.
“As you know I think you have the most remarkable singing voice,” she explained “And the Winters Solistace Ball is in a few weeks so I was wondering…”
“If me and my group would sing for you?,” she finished for him with a smile
“I’d be honoured Dosojin,” she told him
“Thankyou very much Kagome,” he told her and went over to hug her
She responded firecly, for even though she didn’t love this lord he was an excellent friend and ally.
“But me and my group must go back to our time a weeks prioir to the Ball,” she told him
“Of course now relax until then and call one of the servants if you need anything.” He told her leaving the study.
Kagome got up and stretched they had talked for over two hours and she was stiff.
Christmas and the Winter Ball are awfully close thoghter…she thought with mischief
Gotta make sure I have a HUGE supply of misltoe……
Walking out of the study Azumi was waiting for her
“Hey bitch,” she said with a smile
“Nice to see you to whore,” she said right back
Linking there arms through tighter they went to Kagomes room to change.
“Hmmmmmmmmmm Kags this kimono thingy would look HOT on you!,” Azumi squealed “Try it!,”
Kagome huffed and stripped down. She changed into the kimono and liked what she saw.
It was mid-thigh to begin with. It was a dark midnight blue with magenta blossoms on it. It had a very thin obi to go around. It was tight on her upper chest so it made an empashize on her….bust. It clung onto her curves like second skins. The sleeves were separate but Kagome decided not to wear them. She finished it off by tieing her hair up in a pony and pulling some of her long black spike heeled boots.
“Damn Kags you looks hot!,” Azumi commented
“Hn,” Kagome said pulling out an orange kimono similar to hers
“Wear this it’ll bring out your fiery red hair and forest green eyes.,” she told her
After they changed the girls decided they would do some combat with the katanas from the dojo in the garden.
The guys came out to watch
“Ahhh Kags is gona beat her ass I bet 50,” Jin said they all nodded in a placed there bets
Assuming position each girl bowed before taking there stance.
Azumi slowly stalked towards Kagome like a huntress and Kagome remained still.
Rin came running out to see what everyone was doing, she was going to yell when the guys turned to her and said
“Rin its ok there just practising come watch,” Jin told her
Smiling and nodding Rin came and sat in his lap.
At first he was a little tense but then he smiled down at her. Jaken following Rin, also wanted to see the practising so he sat himself against a tree. And of course Sesshomaru wondering where Rin and Jaken were came out and decided to watch as well.
Noticing they had a corwd Kagome smirked and gave a brief nodd to Azumi telling her not to hold back.
Azumi understanding charged at Kagome, katana in hand and ready to slash. Kagome sidestepped it and blocked then moved to attack her. Azumi blocked and countered not wasting a moment. Kagome did a series of back flips before her feet were solidly on the trunk of a tree pushing off she came to Azumi full force.
Azumi NOT expecting that took a full blow right on the arm.
“Damn…” she muttered and let her anger course through
Taking a quick flip with one hand she dodged Kagome’s next attack then reeled in for one of her own. An easy blow to the stomach was what she wanted. Kagome knowing Azumi was pissed easily sidestepped it, grab the wrist, wrenched out the katana and before anyone could blink. Azumi was on the ground two katanas in an X pointed at her neck.
Breathing heavily she let Kagome lift her up.
“Damn girl I should never let you train so much,” she grumbled comapling about learning to much and so on
Sesshomaru seeing this display was impressed.
She’s very interesting. Smart,beautiful,strong,understanding and kind when she needs to be.
And everything one woud want in a mate, piped in a little voice
He mentally groaned
You leave me alone NOW he commanded
Fine! it huffed But DON”T think I won’t be back
Sighing Sesshomaru went over to Kagome
“You are very talented miko, he told her
Turning around and seeing Sesshomaru she gave him a smile. A real genuine smile one that was very rare now a days.
And seeing that smile Sesshomarus heart fluttered
Damn stupid emotions he thought
Sighing she tossed the katana aside and plopped down to think.
Sesshomaru stood for a while then sat down next to her unaware of the loominous dark clouds filling the sky.
He stared at her and took in everything he liked. Her plump lips and eyes were the only things he liked the best.
As she stared Kagome thought about everything, Inuyasha, her life and friends, the pain and suffering and everything else.
Suddenly rain poured from the heaven soaking both of them and along with the tears from heaven Kagome cried to. At first it was a few loose tears then it turned into a full waterworks show.
Sesshomaru was startled and paniced. Yes the demon lord of the west was panicked, for he did not know how to soothe the young women.
Hold her the voice commanded
Not being sure as to what to do he obeyed sliding closer and wrapping his arms around her frame. She didn’t object just continued to cy out all her apin and suffering
Caress her, stroke her hair. it commanded once again
Sesshomaru did for he knew nothing of comforting women. He tucked her head under his chin and stroked her now wet hair. She slowed her crying a bit and her heart rate slowed down a notch.
Pulling away slightly she looked into his intense sun-set gaze. He in turn looked at hers.
Not knowing what she was doing Kagome leaned in slowly and planted a soft yet firm kiss on his lips. Both were startled but that changed soon. Sesshomaru wrapped his arms around her again and Kagome twined hers around his neck.
Though finally reliaznig what they were doing Kagome pulled back as he did.
“Thankyou,” she mumbled “And s-sorry about that I-I didn’t mean to,”
She got up and ran father away from the castle
Puzzled Sesshomaru said “Miko! Your going the wrong way,”
She turned around and said “I know I’m going to dance in the rain,”
Confused by the behaviour he shrugged it off and began trekking back to the castle. But his thoughts were clouded.
That kiss was….amazing, so sweet and welcoming he thought
He gave his head a good shake for feeling such things about a human and went in.
“Hey wheres Kags?,” Azumio asked
“Something about dancing in the rain,” he mumbled
She smiled and looked relived
“Thank god,” she said
Sesshomaru did his sginature raise the eyebrow thing.
Sighing Azumi explained
“Kagome is very fond of the rain for some unknown reason. Whenever it would rain she would run out and splash around dancing in it till it stopped she I always happy when she does that.”
“Hn” he responded heading towards his room.
