AN-Hi everyone im back, sry it took me so long to update, but I didn’t promise to finish the story so here it goes.
Resident Evil
Chapter 3
The train came to an abrupt stop and they all got off the train. They walked over to a small door that led to a door that led to the red queen.
“Miroku, Kouga, you know what to do. Ill stay here with them” Inuyasha nodded towards Kagome and Sango.
“Why dod you get to stay with the buetiful women?” Miroku asked.
Inuyasha sighed “Now is not the time Miroku, just do it”.
Miroku followed Kouga into the room and closed the door.
“What was that all about?” Kagome asked.
“Nothing. Just ignore him”
“Kagome did you see my mom when you went to my house?” Sango asked.
Kagome slowly nodded “Yea”.
“Is she allright?”
Kagome swallowed “no” she said in a small voice.
Inuyasha watched in interest as the two woman spoke.
Sango didn’t say anything, she just stared at the floor. All of the sudden all the lights went off and emergency ones came on.
“What just happened?” Sango asked.
“Miroku and Kouga shut down the Red Queen and unlocked all the doors”
“Oh”
“Whats the Red Queen?” Kagome asked.
He looked at her “ The Red Queen is a machine created to help protect the coorperation……A few hours ago she went homicidal killing everyone and everything down here….we were sent to shut her down and bring back all survivers that we find”.
“But what about Sangos dad?”
“I don’t know”
“What do you mean?” Just then the door opened and Miroku and Kouga came out.
“You ready?” Kouga asked.
Inuyasha’s ear perked up and he put a finger to his lips indicating them to be quiet. Kagome also listened and she could hear the sound of scraping.
“What is that?” Sango asked.
“Ill go check it out?” Miroku held up his gun and moved towards the noise. He Went around a corner and saw a woman with short black here in a long white lab coat. “Freeze” he said pointing the gun at her. Ignoring him she dragged herself towards him “ I said don’t move, any closer and ill fire” she kept walking towards him he pointed the gun at her knee cap and fired she looked up at him and opened her bloody mouth and made a hissing sound. He slepped backwards and tripped over something and fell onto him pack. The woman lunged at him but he held her away by the shoulders and they rolled around on the floor. Finally everyone else showed up and stared in utter shock. “Kouga, get her off of me”Miroku demanded.
Kouga grabbed the back of her coat and tossed her to the side. Miroku scrambled to his feet and started firing at her. She hissed again and flew back into a pile of tubes of some kind.
“What the fuck?” Sango said. Kagome had to look away.
Inuyasha looked at her “You ok?”
Kagome nodded and started away.
“Shes gone!” Kouga said.
Kagome turned around to look were she had landed and realized he was right. The body was gone.
“What do you mean shes gone?” Inuyasha asked irritated.
“That’s not possible, you shot her Miroku” Sango said.
“I know, but shes gone”
“Shes dead, that’s not possible” Inuyasha said.
Kouga looked at the blood trail on the floor and bent down to examine it “Look at this” he said to know one in particular. Kagome bent down in front of him and looked at it.
“Its coagulated” she said.
“Yea”
She looked up at him as tears formed in her eyes “That’s not possible”
“Why not?” she heard Inuyasha ask from behind her. She stood up and turned to face him.
“Because blood doesn’t do that until after your dead!”
He just looked at her “but that doesn’t make any sense”
She Looked at him “ Its impossible we killed her” he said.
“ that doesn’t keep them from walkin around” she said looking at the floor.
There was a sudden movement behind her and she spun around “mom” she whispered. It was the woman they shot. She lunged at Kagome and tried biting her “im sorry” she whispered again. She brought her hands up and in one swift motion snapped her neck. Kagome watched as her mother fell to the floor.
