Everyday is the same thing for Kagome. As a princess she must wake up at a reasonable time usually when her maid and her best friend Sango opens the curtains into the bright morning. She then must eat her breakfast usually alone, because her father, Radu, was always busy being the King. She barely ever saw him, but she never missed him. Kagome loved going to her tutor, Kikyou, because it was a chance to practice archery. She was a born natural. The days continue like this with dinner and maybe a little get together.

But this day was different and Kagome know it. It was the day she would turn 15 and her father was hinting on a surprise for the past few weeks

`Maybe it's a new horse, she smiles as she puts on her dark blue cloak so go to her fathers chamber. She trots down the long hall seeing people wherever she looked. She blushed, because she didn't change out of her nightgown and was just wearing a cloak over it.

She walked up to her father's throne and grimaced at her fathers displeasing glare of her clothes.

"As you know Kagome, today is your 15th birthday. The day when you're finally a woman. And as a woman there are certain responsibilities….."

Kagome watches her father drone on and on of her new responsibilities. Her father ushered a young man she recognizes over.

"And this, my lovely daughter, is you new husband, Naraku."

"Marriage, I've barely thought about love father!" Kagome gasps out.

"I will not hear such foolery Kagome…this is match made in heaven."

"Or hell," she mutters to herself as she excused herself to get dressed.

The hallway is starting to empty into the foyer so she is alone and the tears stream down her face. She never went to her room, she ran straight down the long dark stairs into the maids chambers. She closes the down behind her when she reaches Sango's room

"SANGO," she cried out to the empty room.

I wanted to say goodbye to you my good friend for I can not write you a note…that would only lead to complications and get me caught

She had to get out of this castle for ever. There was no way she was ever going to marry that disgusting excuse as a living creature. Kagome only met Naraku a few times, but those times were enough for her. He had a puppy once and he killed it because it bit him. Kagome grimaced at the thought. She walked over to Sango's dresser and pulled out a maid's outfit.

No one is going to recognize me in this. She slipped out of cloak and carefully put in on the cot and then pulled her pink nightgown over her head.

I don't look half-bad Kagome puts a little dirt on her face to hid her face. She then pulled the cloak over her petite body.

This cloak once belonged to my mother and it's the only thing my father let me keep after her premature death. She hugged herself thinking of her mother, Sasuke, as she made her way to the stable.

She arrived at the stables and she passed by many of her servants and no one recognized her. She smiles as she approaches her beautiful white stead. She has been riding this horse since she was 5 and she never hurt herself.

"I'm sorry, but I can't take you. The guards would know something was up if they noticed you missing," she stroked his head and went father into the stables. She heard someone behind and she ran into the closest stall. She peeked out and saw two male figures.

"Naruku," she gasped and slapped her hand over he mouth hoping they didn't hear her.

"Ahh at long last I get what I wanted." Naruku informed his companion

"What that bitch of a princess." Kagome frowned and almost ran over there but her brain finally talked her to sit back down.

"Ya, you know she has got a hot ass body though…"

"Ya so when do you get to bang her for the first time eh?" Kagome gagged at those words.

Ya my plan is getting better by the minute, there is no way I'm giving up my virginity to that creature.

"The wedding is in 7 days, so I guess around that time I get to be in her warm body," Naruku

"Over my rotting corpse you disgusting demon" she muttered to herself.

"What was that?!" the man whispered.

The two men started to make their way down the stables.

Oh no! I'm so stupid. She the dives into a pile of hay that was in corner of the stall that she was peeping at them. Footsteps start thunder right outside her stall. Kagome has to control her shaking. Tears come to her blue eyes when Naruku's boot crunches her hand.

"Ow shit that hurt," as she screeches those words, Naruku's powerful hand comes down and pulls her up by her long, black hair.

"What do we have here a spying wench?" He spits her face, "Who are you and what were doing listening to loyalty, you dirty bitch?"

Dirty bitch? She growls at him and spits back him, "Get you dirty hands off me you bastard!"

Naruku smiles evilly and smacks her across the face, "I say again what is your name?"

"Don't you know who I am, I'm Ka...Kaloni," that was close one, mentally slapping herself.

"Well Kaloni get your ass back to work, what ever you do that is."

"I'm cleaning the stables," she answers quickly surprised at her own lies.

Naruku pushes Kagome down and leaves with his companion, laughing at his actions. Kagome stood up clenching her fists cursing him to hell until he left the stables completely.

`Damn him, I best leave before anyone else sees me. Kagome walked down listening to her heels clicking as she made her way down the dirt path. The horse she chose belonged to the cook, but he wouldn't miss it for to long as long as the plan worked. The horse was dirt brown with black spots misting across it's back. She mounted the stead gracefully and started towards the dark woods. As if she was drawn to it.

"Good-bye everyone, here ends my life as princess and a new one to happiness!" she yelled back to the gloomy castle walls knowing no one would hear her last good-bye.
