Kagome walked down the long aisle. In the wooden benches sat people staring at her in her wedding gown. The gown was pearl white and showed her shoulders. Her bare feet touched the soft carpet. Her hair was pinned high with Baby's Breath intertwined with her black hair. Kagome looked absolutely beautiful. But she felt like dying. As the guests gazed at her, her eyes would not leave the man she was about to marry. Naraku stared at her hungrily making Kagome want to bring up her small breakfast. Music flowed through the large room. Each note bringing her closer to her hell.

This is wrong. I'm not supposed to be here getting married to this fiend. Kagome wanted to jolt out of the church, but the castle guards surrounded the exits. Her father seemed to anticipate her decision. She sighed, there is no way out. She came to the end of the aisle and stood next to her husband to be.

The priest coughed and began his ceremony. Kagome felt the world closing in on her. This is not how I wanted to get married. I wanted to marry the man that made my heart soar. The man who would fill my inner pleasures and love me forever. As I would love him forever. And Naraku is none of these things.

"And Kagome do you take this man, Naraku, to honor and obey till death parts you?" the priest cut in to her thoughts.

NO! NO! NO! "Yes," Kagome said sealing her fate.

She had a ring in her palm, she slipped it on his cold finger without much knowledge. She felt her ring being slid upon her finger. The silver ring seemed to way her down.

"You may now kiss the bride," the priest said concluded the sacred ceremony to bind to loved ones.

Kagome's eyes shot open as Naraku loomed over her. His lips crashed upon hers. There was no tenderness to the kiss, just force. She broke free and the chapel broke in applause. They walked down the aisle, arm in arm.

"So my dear, are you ready?" Naraku said hissing into her ear.

"For what?" she asked.

"For tonight," Naraku said making Kagome shudder down to her core.

The reception went on, with out any interesting events. Kagome sat in a chair alone. Occasionally the guests would come up and offer their blessings. Kagome would politely thank them. People eventually stopped coming up to the princess, her depression ruining their good moods.

The events were over and Naraku and Kagome made their way to her bedroom where he would claim her as his own. Kagome dragged her feet staring at the carpet. He opened the door and pushed her inside.

"Wait here, my love," he closed the door behind him and locked it. The click echoed in her mind. She was being held captive in her own living quarters.

She walked over to her maple wood dresser and pulled the drawer open. She shuffled her clothes and pulled out a long box. It was dark and had an inscription on it. `Fate brought you here. Hate steals you away.' She opened the box exposing a long dagger. The handle is in the shape of a dragon. The fangs were blood red. The blade gleamed as she lifted it.

"The dagger that ended my mother's life will soon end mine. To be free," Kagome declared into her room.

A single tear strolled down her cheek as she lifted the dagger in between her bosom. She took her final breath and squeezed her eyes shut and pulled the dagger back preparing for death to consume her.

"Being a bit dramatic aren't we?"

Kagome spun around and the dagger dropped to the floor. The long knife clanked as it collided with the carpet.

"Inuyasha," she breathed.

He was lying on her canopy bed. She raced over to him.

"Oh Inuyasha please forgive me, I'm a fool," she pleaded.

He pulled her into a long, passionate kiss.

"I forgive you, Kagome. I realized that you were going to tell me. I wish I would have done more to stop it," Inuyasha said stroking her wet cheeks.

"Oh Inuyasha, I'm married. That's why I was about to commit suicide. I'm married to this fiend, Naraku. This marriage is the reason why I ran away from this life," she said.

"That's why you're wearing that gown," he said chuckling.

"Why are you laughing?" she demanded.

"Because, we can escape together, alive," he told her, "We can run away, far away. A place where no one will think to look."

"Really, you would do that for me," she said staring into his eyes, "why?" she said trying not to sound ungrateful.

"I would do anything for you, because I love you," Inuyasha tried to say but it came out more like, "IwoulddonethingfoyoubecuzIluvyou."

Kagome got the jest of it and jumped onto him, wrapping her long legs around him, pulling him into a deep kiss, "I love you too," and kissed him again. They parted, a flushed look on their faces.

"I need to change," she said hurrying over to her dresser.

"Yeah, a wedding dress isn't really right for travel."

Kagome ripped the dress off her body. Beads bounced across her floor. She threw it in a heap onto the floor. She stomped on it, before she spit on it. Inuyasha starred at the girl fighting with the dress practically naked. He turned around feeling aroused.

"Kagome maybe you should get dressed before I strip you down all the way," he said.

Kagome looked up from her destruction and sauntered over the blushing boy.

"Oh Inuyasha," she murmured into his hair, tracing her fingers on his muscular arm, "I want you." Inuyasha turned around, "But I have to get ready." And she slipped back to her dresser.

"Bitch, stop teasing," Kagome just giggled before pulling on a pink gown. It hugged her every curve gently. It was long, passing her slim ankles. It showed the right amount of cleavage. The sleeves were quarter-length.

She looks gorgeous, Inuyasha thought gaping at her. Her hair was still up, but tussled down to her shoulders.

Kagome spun around showing Inuyasha her outfit.

"You like?" she questioned.

"Very much," he walked up to her and picked her up bridal style and kissed her attentively. He set her back down.

"Get packed, we have to get going."

"I guess so; Naraku should be here by now."

"Feh I can take him."

"Sure you can," she said pulling out a yellow bag, "What should I bring?"

Inuyasha ignored her sarcasm, "Probably another set of clothes, some money, jewels so we can pawn them off later on, and I guess some keepsakes," Inuyasha said listing things off on his claws.

Kagome opened her dresser again and shifted around her clothes. So many choices…which one…which one… Kagome decided on a blue gown. She threw the gown inside the bag. She walked back across the room.

""How did you know this was my room?" she asked as she crouched down underneath her bed pulling out a small safe.

"I could smell your scent as soon as I entered this area. I leapt up here and waited for you to return," he explained watching her crack open the safe pulling out a velvet bag, "What's in the bag?"

"Just some sapphires, rubies, and diamonds," She told him tossing the sack of jewels into her bag like it was trash, the same with her money. She looked around the room in search of what she should bring. Her eyes caught the silver frame that held the photograph of her mother and herself when she was just a tiny baby. She wrapped that up in a silky cloth before setting it in the sack. She also included a brush, a toothbrush, soap, and other objects such as those.

Kagome seemed satisfied by what she was bringing and set the bag down.

"Done," she told him. Inuyasha starred out the window, bored with her running around the room. He pulled the bag towards him. He threw in some money and jewels, less than Kagome's amount. He included a First Aid Kit, courtesy of Kaede. A black pair of his clothes identical of his red clothes. Then he added a framed photo of his family, the one that was in his room.

"Kagome you forgot this," Inuyasha said to her and handed over a familiar object to her.

"Oh my gods, my cloak, I thought I would never see it again," she pulled on the cloak soaking in the familiar feeling.

"Ready?" Inuyasha inquired.

"Wait," she went over to the wedding gown that still lay on the floor in a pile and spit on it once more. She pulled off her ring and picked up the dagger that was still on the floor. She set the ring down on the dresser top and stabbed through the ring. "Ready," she said happily. Her smile was contagious.

She threw the bag over her shoulder and pulled the dress up before climbing upon Inuyasha's back. He hiked her up and pushed open the window. He walked out onto the balcony.

"I love you," Kagome murmured into his fuzzy ear.

"I love you too" he said leaping off the balcony, leading into their new life, together. Forever.

Author's note: THE END… I know it's a bit OOC, but I liked it. And I couldn't decide if it should be a happy ending or a sad one. I eventually went with happy since most of the story was uplifting. Thanks so much for reading it! It makes me happy that people read it. Three people would even make me smile! Lol I'll write more stories probably, but school is going to start soon. Blah… Well good bye for now! *Mwah* Thanks again ^_^

Author's note Again:

Dear Readers,

I realized that my last chapter does resemble the movie `Princess Bride' a lot more than I originally planned. I only meant to use the breast part because I love that movie and I watched it the day before. The dagger was the one that was found in her mother's heart so I thought it would was a good idea for her to die like that too. Like mother like daughter. BUT I changed it, because it was a lot like the movie since Buttercup was going to use a dagger, the words, and the bed. I also just used the bed so Inuyasha could wait for her comfortably. LOL. But I changed the words, because the other parts I thought were my own. Which were my own, but the words were sadly not. But as for the name Gondor, it is just a name of the guy. I was thinking of names one night and I couldn't come up with one for the commanding general. I am reading the book now so I guess it was fresh on my mind. It's just a name, but I'm not changing it. Because Gondor is the land not a person at least I didn't use Pippin or Frodo or something similar along those lines. I'm sorry readers that I disappointed some of you. I tried my best to keep it to the original story line, but the dagger was my own. And the bed was just there. But the words "Kagome…there are few perfect breast in this world. Don't ruin one such as yours," Were not my work so I changed them. Sorry and thank you. I hope that if I pissed you off that you forgive me. And read my future works.
