After Dinner, Kagome and Sango started chit-chatting about music.Stuff like,"Oh my god, did you see that nose job on her?!" and "Oh! Her song is so Cool!! I love Pop!!" . It was driving Rin mad. Rin was more of a, Punk/rocker. She loved the White Stripes, Linkin Park, Simple Plan, etc. "Oh, hey Rin, What kind of Music do you like?" "I like Punk and Rock." They were silent for a few moments, like they were thinking of how to judge her.

"Uh.."was all Kagome could say, she looked unsure of herself. Rin just blinked, and was about to say something but Inu-Yasha beat her," Punk & rock? Do you like-" "The White Stripes?!" Sesshoumaru asked Anxiously. None of the other girls they knew like the White Stripes, or even knew who they were. Rin was suprised they liked that music, since they had two 'I love everything thats popular! ' for friends, or at least thats what she thought. All she knew was they talked like valley girls.

A grin crept up on Rin's face. "I love the white stripes! Do you like the song ' The Hardest Button To Button'?" They nodded their heads happily. Even Miroku liked the White Stripes. Rin looked at Kagome and Sango who looked expressionless. ' Oh no!! Are they mad at me?! Please please please dont be mad...' she thought to herself, nerviously. " Wow, your the first girl I've met who likes the same taste of music as them!" Kagome smiled happily, she didn't really seem to mind the fact Rin was different.

Sango smiled, liking the song they were talking about. She didn't listen to the White Stripes much, and she didn't like em much either. But, she loved the song ' The Hardest Button To Button '. Sango liked Simple Plan and Good Charollette. "At least we all like the same TYPE of music..."Kagome laughed. "So Rin, how old are you and what school are you gonna go to?" Miroku asked curiously as he looked her up and down. "I'm turning sixteen soon and I'm going to the school down the street, Romuwashi High." "Hm, thats what I thought! You can walk with us tomarrow if ya want."Inuyasha said, putting on his whole, ' feh, I don't care!' act. After awhile, rin started to feel confortable around Kagome, Sango, Miroku, Inuyasha, and especaily Sesshoumaru.

The next day, Sesshoumaru went to Rin's house to pick her up to goto school. "come in, I have to pick out an outfit okay?"Rin told him as he stepped inside. As she got dressed in the other room, he looked at the pictures of a younger Rin, much younger. She walked into the room wearing a short black school girl skirt, with a black short-sleeve T-shirt with a smiley face sticking its tongue out on it, along with knee high boots. Sesshoumaru was wearing baggy blackish-blue pants with a White T-shirt that read, "Some day's your the dog, and some days your the hydrant". Rin lightly giggled, "Cute shirt." He just smiled and walked out the door with her.

"So, where are the others?" " Inuyasha and the others would meet them at Shikon Park, that was maybe a few blocks away from Romuwashi High school." After that, they walked rather slowly down the street. It was silent and all they could hear was Ravens chirpping. It was dull outside too, they sky was grey and not a single hint of blue showed, It was grey clouds. To break the silence, Rin spoke up.

"You know what?"

"What?"

"I think I'm just gonna call you Sess, or Sessy!"

"...."

"okay?"

"...."

"Okay!"

"....Why?"

"Because, you need a nickname!"

"Oh.."

"We can Call Inu-Yasha Inu, or Yasha for short, but I guess Sango and Kagome don't really need Nicknames, do they?"

"We can call them... Wentch1 and Wentch 2."

"Thats so Mean!" Rin played as she pushed him slightly. He just smirked at her and lightly pushed her back. This time, Rin pushed Sess harder, making him step over a few feet. His smirk grew larger, then he pushed her lightly harder and then she fell into a bush. "Ow!! Hey!!"She said as she got to her feet and chased him, swinging her backpack at him playfully. "Come back you dork-a-zoid!"

"What kind of a name is Dork-a-whatta?"

"Hey!! Ow!! My foot! Damn you for making me run in high heals!!"She said giggling as she limped over to him on one foot. He finally let out a small laugh and picked her up onto his shoulders. "You DO realize I am wearing a skirt, don't you?"she said trying to pull it down. "Yeeea, I do, but we need to hurry up and meet our friends."he said as he ran as fast as he could to get to Shikon Park, witch was fast.

"Pfft! Finally you two are here!!"Inuyasha blabbed on about. "Feh, I almost came back for you guys."Inu mummbled.

"Oh yeah, Inu-Yasha, Rin thinks me and you need nicknames."

"So? whats wrong with that? You Sessy my dear, are going to be called Sessy or Sess and your going to Like it! AND Inu-Yasha, you are either Inu or Yasha. Either one, but I personally think Inu sounds better!"

Kagome and Sango laughed shaking their heads at Rin. They knew Inu-Yasha and Sesshoumaru since the begining of eighth grade. They knew that they wouldn't exept a nickname, especaily Sesshoumaru, but...They thought wrong.

"Sounds good. Kagome, Why didn't YOU ever give us nicknames?"

"Because, they came up with stupid things like...'Fluffy' "Sess wrinkled his nose when he said the word, 'Fluffy' too. It was cute in Rin's eyes.

"Ooh, maybe I should just call you that insted of Sess, Sessy."

"..No.."

"Aww...your mean!"

Sess just shook his head with a smirk on his face. " We should be heading to school now." The unnoticed Miroku suggested. "Yea, lets go." With that, they were off.

As they walked down the halls, Sango and Kagome peered over Rin's shoulders, trying to see her first class. "Oh!! You got Home Room First Period with everyone!...Then you have Art with Me, Sango, and Miroku, Then you have Biology with Sesshoumaru,Lunch with everybody of course, Then Math With the boys, Then you have Cooking with just me and Sango, Then you have P.E. With Inuyasha AND Sesshoumaru, then you have Language with everybody, and last period you have Drama..With everybody!" Kagome smiled.

"Oh good for you Rin! You get Math with the boys! How lovely..They always get Perverted In math, thats what our friend Ayame tells us."

"Yea, but you can never tell about Ayame, she's kind of werid...Don't worry Rin, she doesn't hang out with us!"

"Yea, she's friends with Kikyo...The bitch.."Sango mummbled.

Rin raised an eyebrow, but she didn't bother to ask about her. "Okay, first class, Home Room!! On ward!!" Rin said as she linked arms with Sess and Inu. They laughed as they all went to their first day of the new trimester. As they entered class, Miss Kaede welcomed them, as they were early. "Ah, You must be our new student Rin." she said smiling at her. Rin nodded and took a seat next to her new friends. Then the bell rang and class started.

"Before we actally start doing work today, I'd like to interduce Two new students. Rin Washimarai, and Naraku Omigumo." They both stood up. "Please, tell about yourself, Rin and Naraku." Miss Kaede smiled and nodded at Rin to go first.

"Uhh...I just moved here, and its a plesure being here with everyone...And I've already got some new friends..And thats it! I guess..Uhh...Thank you.." Rin slightly emmbaressed, sat down and covered her face. Then Naraku smirked, "I am Naraku, and I as well just moved here. I'm glad to attend this school, thank you." he said proudly and took his seat. Then Rin looked over to where Naraku was sitting. He was sitting by a girl with black hair and lifeless eyes, and a another boy who had black hair and blue eyes.

Then it hit her. She knew who the boy with blue eyes and black hair was. It was a boy she knew from a long time ago and he hadn't seemed to have changed one bit, at least in looks. "Kouga.."she said under her breathe. She knew Kouga for five years as a young child, untill her dad decided they were moving to a new home, leaving Kouga, her best friend Behind. That was then and this was now though, not to mention he was kind of a arragant jerk who claimed people for his own. Rin wrinkled her nose at him and tried to forget how he was her only friend she had when she was six through the age eleven. He was a baka anyway.

"Okay class, since it's your first day back, you will be silently writting about anything that is Appropriate for school."Miss Kaede told them, then every thing became quiet all exept for the quiet noise the pencils made. Rin got out some paper and wrote a note to Sesshoumaru who sat next to her in class. It read, 'Sess, Im so bored...Do something before I end up passing out from boredom! -Rin' she through the note at Sesshoumaru, slightly hitting him in the head. She woke him from his daydreaming too. He blinked a few times and looked at Rin, raising his eyebrow. He looked down at the note and started to write on it.

He wrote, 'Rin, class is always boring! >,< Don't pass out now! Look at the guy infront of us, the one with raven colored hair! He is ...well you see!! -Sess' he threw the note to Rin lightly chuckling under his breathe. Rin looked at the boy in front of her and saw him dozed off with a penicl stuck up his nose. Rin clapped her hand over her face lightly laughing under her breathe. Then, Rin grinned evily. Sesshoumaru mouthed to her, "What are you gonna do?" She grinned and pointed to the boy with her pencil. Sess just raised his eyebrow and watched.

Then, Rin poke the boy with her pencil causing him to wake up and then the pencil laudged up his nose. Rin jumped back startled as the boy started to bleed. Her eyes went wide and she started saying quietly to herself, "Oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god!" "Miss Kaede!! My nose!!" "Dear boy, not again!!" Miss Kaede ran to the phone and called the office. The nurse brought the boy out of the class and that was the last time they saw him that day.

After Biology with Sess, Rin and him headed to the lunch room. "Sess, is that boy gonna be okay?"

"From earlier? yea, that always happens!"he put on a half-heartedly smile on is face, looking at Rin who looked Guilty. "He's just a Baka, he can't foucus on shit, trust me, Inuyasha and I betted him he couldn't and we were right." Rin giggled and took a seat by her friends with Sess, now chit-chatting about their day so far. What A day it was going to be for her.
