Authors Note: Yay! Another Chapter! ^___________^
DISCLAIMER: This is a pirate story and I admit I was inspired by Kagome and the Pirate Captain, The Silver Hanyou (old version) by Sailor X. It's a good story. Go read it! Also I do not own Inuyasha and anything related to him. I'm not making money either cuz if I was I'd be out shopping and not writing. ^_____^
Chapter Two:
Deep in the bowels of Port Charles sat a pub, and in that dark, dingy pub sat a cloaked figure. He sat quietly, drinking a mug of rum. He glanced at the door occasionally, expecting someone. The door flew open, revealing a rather small man of 5'4 wearing a large, worn out overcoat. On his somewhat braided and beaded head sat a feathered hat. The heels of his boots clicked as he made his way across the room to the hooded man. The hooded man followed his every movement from when the door opened to when he sat down across from him. The hooded man regarded the man's cloth covered face warily.
"So," the hooded man said first," You are the notorious Captain Slayer."
Slay's voice was raspy as he spoke," Who were you expecting? A tavern wench?"
"Of course not," the hooded man replied with humor in his voice.
"Now what was it you brought me here for Naraku?"
Naraku threw furtive glances around the pub before leaning in closer to Slay," I have a business proposition for you Captain."
Naraku then pulled out a small bag. It clinked and clanked ominously as he set it down on the table in between the two.
"There's more if you pull it off."
Slayer stood quiet for a moment before also leaning closer," I'm listening…"
Inuyasha lay on his bed staring up at his ceiling.
`House arrest… I can't believe this!'
It was late at night and Inuyasha still lay on his bed wide awake. He was fuming over what his brother had done to him. Suddenly he sat up and strained his nose in the balmy, sea air.
`Gun powder… I smell gun powder!'
His ears twitched as he listened through the open French doors leading to his balcony. There was a whistling in the distance then a loud explosion causing him to wince since he had been listening so hard. His room stopped shaking and he stumbled to his feet. He leaped through the French doors and onto the railing of his balcony. He looked towards the bay of Port Charles and grimaced. Pirates… pirates were attacking Port Charles. He looked at the ship and felt his heart clench slightly but not a lot.
The Lady Huntress, the demon slaying ship, and they were heading for the house. He leaped from the balcony, his thin white shirt and hair whipped above him as he landed on the ground gracefully. He looked around before heading to a small patch of woods that surrounded the manor. He had to try and get to the stables and find a horse. But suddenly he heard a crack of a twig. He whipped around but saw nothing. He sniffed, there was at least five of them. He could take them. He cracked his knuckles and bent his knees, ready for a fight but there was a strange sound now. Something was flying through the air… like a bird… or… a boomerang? With massive force the object hit him in the back and of the head, sending him flying forwards into the leaf-covered ground. He slowly lost conciousness, the last thing he remembered was a hand grabbing his hair and lifting his head and a pair of intense brown eyes staring into his.

Sesshomaru grabbed his pistol out of his drawer and loaded it quickly. His wife, Rin, stirred in her slumber then woke up suddenly.
"Sesshomaru? What's wrong?"
Sesshomaru turned with pistol in hand and said," Pirates. They're attacking the Port."
Rin's brown eyes widened and she said frantically," The children!"
"Come on," Sesshomaru ordered while grabbing his wife's coat and tossing it to her. They boat ran down the hall to the children's room and burst in. The two twin boys and younger girl all sat straight up.
"What the-," the two boys chorused at once. Their father rushed to their closet and pulled out their coats.
"Hiroshi, Akira! Get up!"
The two boys scrambled out of their beds and stood by their father. Rin went over to her daughter and picked her up in her arms. She cooed her, singing a soft lullaby as distant sounds of explosions could be heard. Sesshomaru threw the boys their coats and then carried Aiko's coat over to her. He slipped it on her and said," We're heading down to the cellar."
Hiroshi asked," What's going on father?"
"That's on a need to know basis," his father replied while rushing them out into the hall towards the stairs.
Sesshomaru's keen sense of hearing picked up the scuffling of feet outside on the sides of the house. As they quickly arrived at the bottom floor he rushed them to the cellar door and pushed everyone in including himself. They sped down the stairs as the sounds of the maids shrieking and gunshots grew louder with each step. Sesshomaru then proceeded to the darkest corner of the cellar and pulled up a trap that door that was invisible if he hadn't known it was there. His family piled into the hole and finally he joined them. It was a tight fit but it would have to do. He closed the trap door just as the cellar door burst open with a loud smash. Slow and loud footsteps could be heard as the large pirate descended into the cellar. The family didn't move or even breathe as the man took a look around the room, occasionally turning over a barrel or knocking over a chair. The man left and the family waited. It was not safe to come out until dawn broke.

Inuyasha's sense of smell was the first thing to come back to him. He could smell the salty sea air, it was very strong. Mixed in the sea air was the dirty smell of humans. Well that was strange, they didn't live this near to humans. And in the midst of the dirty smelling humans he picked out a very, very faint wonderful smell. It reminded him of his mother…
His eyes shot open and he gasped. He was surrounded by humans, not just any humans either. He was surrounded by pirates. They were all leering at him with malicious grins on their faces. He tried to bring his hands to help himself get up but found them tied with rope. He brought himself to his feet without the use of his hands and realized that he was sailing on the Lady Huntress. They were sailing with no land in sight at all. He felt the tug of panic on his heart but he surpressed it. Through the grinning pirates appeared a woman. She was quite beautiful with her long, straight hair and dark brown eyes. She wore pink eye makeup and pink lipstick. Her pink colored lips stretched into a smile when she saw him.
"So the hanyou has finally decided to grace us with his conciousness?"
Inuyasha puffed out his chest and raised his chin as he asked," What do you think you're trying to pull?"
The woman gave a short bark of laughter before turning to the men around her and shouting," You hear that men? He wants to know what we're trying to pull! Can anyone tell this mentally lacking hanyou just what we are trying to pull?"
"I can Lady Sango!"
A man wearing a low pony tail in his hair stepped forward, his purple eyes glittering in the sun. He walked up to the hanyou and grabbed him by his shirtfront," That would be none of your business hanyou."
He then pushed Inuyasha slightly, causing him to lose his balance for a second.
Sango chuckled then said," Alright crew! Stand tall! I'm going to get the captain."
The crew grew silent and they all stood a little straighter. Inuyasha felt his heart race as Sango disappeared into a door. He would be coming face-to-face with Captain Slay himself, and he probably wouldn't live to tell the tale. The door flew open and Sango stepped through, followed by…
Inuyasha bit back a laugh. This guy was short! He was shorter than Inuyasha! Inuyasha stood at 5'9 at the age of 18. This man was probably 5'4! He was wearing some huge overcoat and his face was covered by a cloth. He was staring straight at Inuyasha. Inuyasha recognized those eyes, they were the ones he had seen just before he blacked out back at the manor.
Slay peeled his eyes off Inuyasha and studied his crew. They were all standing straight and giving him all their attention. Slay walked out onto the deck, then turned and ascended the stairs to the deck where the wheel was. Sango followed Slay and when Slay turned at the top of the deck to stare at Inuyasha, Sango did the same.
For a moment Inuyasha wondered why a captain would let a woman follow him like that. Unless she was his wench, this seemed likely but then not. Sango was dressed in trousers and a white shirt with a tight fitting vest. Inuyasha couldn't help but notice how the outfit displayed certain "attributes" of her body. The outfit was all black too. Usually the only one who followed the captain like she was doing, was the first mate. But this was impossible. Women couldn't be first mates.
"So," Captain Slay spoke with his raspy voice," you are the hanyou? Son of Taro and Mikori Usetasu, brother of Sesshomaru Usetasu?"
"Half-brother," Inuyasha corrected him automatically.
"Half-brother…" Slay repeated as if trying to humor the boy.
Inuyasha couldn't help it and began to ask questions," What do you want with me?"
Slay, expecting this, answered," We have been given a hefty sum of money to kidnap you. And we are simply making a living."
"You're holding me for ransom?"
"We could always do that too…"
Inuyasha growled and Slay chuckled.
"Are you going to bite me little hanyou? Because the puppy dog is upset that he actually got captured by a HUMAN pirate crew?"
"Little? Look who's talking shorty."
Slay glared daggers at Inuyasha before she said," You filthy half-breed. You're scum, that's all you are. And your mother is nothing but a tart to have mated with a demon."
That was the last straw, Inuyasha used his demon strength to break the rope and he leaped into the air before any of the crew could get a hold of him. He landed on the ledge of the crow's nest. The crew down below were starting to climb the mast but Slay stopped them.
"No need to go fetch the dog, he'll come straight to us."
Inuyasha snorted, fat chance of that.
"Come on hanyou. Come beat me. You can beat a weak mortal man can't you? I bet you haven't met a man that can match to your strength."
Inuyasha pondered over it and found that there were no strings attached. They were humans, just weak little humans. He could take them all.
"Alright," Inuyasha answered with a cocky grin," I will then."
He leaped off the crow's nest and landed on the ship deck before bounding towards the mast and using his momentum to push off the mast and send himself hurtling at the motionless captain. The captain stood motionless until he suddenly brought up his hands. Inuyasha sensed the immense power too late. Pink light crackled through the air like lightning as Inuyasha flew head first into a spiritual barrier. He yelled as the power surged through him painfully. His back arched in agony until the power stopped and he fell to the ground in a heap breathing heavily. He lay there for a second catching his breath before bringing himself to a kneeling position. He stayed kneeling and stared at the captain, his chest heaving as if he had just run a marathon.
Captain Slay stood as he had before, with his hands to his side and his brown eyes fixed on Inuyasha's amber-gold ones. He hadn't even broken a sweat!
"Now see," Slay said with laughter in his voice," I said you probably haven't met a MAN who can match your strength. But I never said a woman."
Inuyasha looked at Slay with complete and utter confusion. What the hell was this crackpot talking about? Inuyasha watched as Slay turned to Sango and said," It's grown quite hot Sango. Would you mind helping me out of this coat?"
Sango grinned and walked over to Slay, who's back was facing his crew and Inuyasha. She gripped Slay's coat and slid it off. Slay stood with a loose fitting white shirt on. It fluttered slightly in the wind. Slay then removed his gloves along with the cloth that covered his face. Though, you still couldn't see his face with him facing the other way. Slay the slipped off the white shirt and Inuyasha felt himself emit a soft gasp.
Not that Slay had nothing under. That would've been nothing since seeing men with no shirts is not at all uncommon. The reason Inuyasha had gasped was because he was that Slay was not… Slay. He wasn't the notorious captain of the Lady Huntress who was said to be the meanest man alive. He wasn't even a HE!
What Inuyasha was staring at now was a beautiful woman. She wore tight trousers along with high heeled pirate boots, and also a white shirt just like Sango, but her vest was red. And Inuyasha DEFINITELY noticed her attributes. Along with her ebony hair that was beaded and braided like most pirates but also her chocolate brown eyes that now stared at him coldly. She was stunning. This had to be some kind of joke.
"Surprised," she asked with a voice like an angel.
Inuyasha snapped out of his daze and said," This is some kind of joke. Where's the REAL Captian Slay?"
"I am the real Captain Slay," answered the woman.
"But… Captain Slay is a man!"
"Whoever confirmed that?"
Inuyasha was stumped. Then something clicked. This woman was obviously a miko if she could have a spiritual barrier like the one she had just used. And he HAD always wondered how an all human crew could possibly slay so many demons. This was probably how. The captain was a miko. She could kill demons easily, hell she could've killed him if he had not been leverage for them. But Inuyasha's thought's were interrupted when Slay started to speak.
"Since I'm sure if you had the chance you'll try another stunt like that," she stared at Inuyasha with cold brown eyes," I'm going to make sure you're subdued for most of the time."
From a small leather bag tied to her waist she pulled out a blueish beaded necklace with a few fangs stringed along with the beads. She held them in her hands and closed her eyes as she chanted a silent spell. The beads shimmered with pink light before shooting towards Inuyasha and reconnecting around his neck.
"What the-!"
Inuyasha pulled as hard as he could on the beads but they would not come off or break. Captain Slay laughed at his futile attempts and then uttered a word that Inuyasha would grow to hate.
"Sit."
Inuyasha flew face first onto the deck as if the beads pulled him toward it by the neck. He struggled against the spell as it dissipated slowly. His head snapped up to the laughing Captian. She smirked and said," Welcome aboard the Lady Huntress Hanyou Inuyasha."
